Great place for an overnight stop to and from our trip to New Jersey. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were up to date. Location is pet friendly with only a small pet fee which is appreciated. Designated Pet relief area is nice. Will definitely stay again

This was a very unexpected interaction with the management from grave shift: Im highly allergic to feathers and had asked when 1st came to check in about the pillows and was told no feathers are in the ones in our room. We were out after checking in, fast forward hours later well im breaking out due to the feathers in pillows and was told no pillows available because it was sold out hotel and that was not her job to make sure i have no feathered pillows. This lady was rude also told my daughter and I to leave swimming area 10 minutes before it actually needed to be closed. On top of that the pool was freezing, dirty with some type of oil residue that wasnt noticed until we got in the water!!!!! No refund or discount was offered due to the pool being closed the next 2 days of our stay. Highly disappointed and spent alot of money for so many issues and the unprofessionalism is concerning.

We were there to celebrate my sons birthday. Was counting on going to the pool and having a great night. When I went to check in I had to wait. The person who checked me in wasn't even on the clock. I was told the pool was closed because someone got sick in it. Maybe it would be open later. Nothing. I don't even think maintenance was called to take care of the issue. It was very annoying. When I went to check out I was told I could leave a complaint about the pool online. Not with them. Just upset. Any other place would get their main feature taken care of on a busy night. The manager told me like "oh well".

We were so looking forward to swimming after our six hour drive but arrived to find the pool was closed due to flooding the previous night. Very disappointing! Our room smelled like a combination of marijuana smoke and mustiness. Called the front desk to say I don’t want to be charged for the odor in the room, knowing the hotel is completely booked so couldn’t switch rooms.

This is behind a defunct mall. Area is overgrown and unappealing. The hotel is decent except for pool (floors dirty/not clean). Breakfast amazing. Staff phenomenal 👏

There were alot of abandoned buildings around the property. It was tucked back in a corner so i made sure to park in the front of the building. The shower in the room had mold so i wore my shoes. And the chairs had stains. The service was fast and friendly.

Staff were great on check in. Lobby was clean as was our room. The only thing we didnt like was the neighbourhood. There's a derelict, closed old Days Inn hotel next door and a closed mall, made us concerned about the safety of our vehicle. Staff reassured us there were no issues.

This is a great hotel that seems to be the last remnants of an abandoned area. Therefore, it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, comfortable, and the front desk is quite helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable.

No issues with the property itself had a few minor issues with the room such as one flickering lightbulb there was an aggravation all night, the fridge was not very cold, some pieces of furniture had very visible stains. Other than that, a decent stay for the price.

Our room was beautiful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room has a storage room on one side and the kitchen on the other. So we were woke up at 5:00 am when they started cooking. Doors slamming, heavy walking, floor squeeking, etc. Other than that everything was good.

Cleanliness was fine, but the overall vibe of the hotel was not up to the standards I expect (and paid for) at Hampton Inn's generally. The construction seemed shoddy - the floors in the hallways were uneven and had depressions that felt very uneven. The room was nice enough, although we paid extra for an accessible room for a walk-in shower but it had a bathtub! Who puts in a bathtub for accessibility? The worst part was that you could hear absolutely everything from the floor above. There must be absolutely no sound barrier or subflooring. And while it wasn't the fault of the hotel that the people were moving/walking/jumping/bouncing around up there ALL NIGHT, I still laid awake imagining them crashing through the ceiling since I could hear every single step. It was not at all restful.

I stay here every year and never have an issue. But this year on Saturday the 20th at around 10pm we had made the mistake of asking for some body wash (none in our bathroom) and a couple blankets and towels. The lady was so mad about it that she tossed the washh on the counter then went back to grab the linens, but when she came out with them she SHOVED them in my face so hard it pushed me into the coffee pots and down to my knees. And almost a week later and nothing from corporate like the manager said should of happened.

The staff was very pleasant and genuine. I used to work at a hotel front desk and I know how difficult it can be at times if reservations come in through a 3rd party. The lady who checked me in was new and so pleasant and so friendly to my dog. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were pleasant and always said hello or good morning. The checkout lady was very cheerful and genuine. I will stay here again!

I rarely feel the need to write a review on a hotel, but this stay made me want to. Check in was smooth. We had our bulldog with us, who they enthusiastically greeted. We were given one of only a few first floor rooms which makes taking said bulldog out so much easier. Our room was spotless. The breakfast available was hot and ready when they said it would be.A stay over Thanksgiving always feels like something could go wrong, but this particular Hampton Inn and Suites made our trip so smooth and restful. What a fantastic staff and hotel.

This hotel was very disgusting and was hidden behind a huge abandoned hotel. It took us over 30 mins trying to find it our GPS had us circling the mall over and over again. So finding this off the highway is very difficult. The service was unimaginably unprofessional we stood for over 3 to 5 mins and my husband even seen the man back behind the door on his phone . He had to whistle to even get his attention. He then walks over very short with me and says what do you need? Never a hi, how are you ?welcome to the Hamton Inn and suites how man i help you today. Highly recommend anyone to find a different hotel near the area.

We recently drove cross country; this particular Hampton had the best staff, best breakfast, and quietest location of all the ones we stopped at. Front desk both at check in and check out were super friendly!! We will definitely be staying there again for future travel.

We had been traveling for 13 hours and just needed to get inside and rest. The lobby and adjacent lounge area were very busy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, kind, and sweet to my dog. He made the check in process as quick as possible for us while juggling other tasks and requests from other guests.

This property is clean and well run. Front desk staff are friendly. The hotel is very convenient to I-80 and I-90. There are other hotels in the area, but this one seems best: modern, well-maintained, well-run, clean, organized, no frills but nice and solid. Lots of chain restaurants in the area. Drawback is that there is a closed, abandoned mall right next door. It’s deserted and makes the area look lonely. However the hotels are busy and I like where we’re staying.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Convenient access to Interstate 80, but just a bit convoluted entering from a mostly closed shopping mall parking lot. Hotel is a prominent landmark so easily found. Restaurant is nearby.

It was a nice 2 day stay, there breakfast was really awesome I was surprised how good it was, it was like eating McDonald pancakes or I-hop the coffee was really good to! The room was clean great walk in showers so I will stay here again!

Our check-in was smooth. The room was clean. Two negatives one the bed was not comfortable. This was surprising since we have stayed at other locations of Hampton Inns and everything was excellent. The other thing was breakfast was not the top- notch . My son’s inlet looked cooked on the outside but when he cut in to it it was not done. Also the oatmeal was watery- although the oats were cooked it was watery and not good at all. Those were the 2 things that made the grade that I gave in this survey.
