The room looked ok at first glance. When we pulled the sheets back we could tell they were not changed for our stay. The pillows were yellowed. They had dirt and hair on the sheets. The bathroom floor had a lot of hair on the floor. The pool is closed. The towels were yellowed and then. When we went to the front desk he asked if we wanted to change the sheets. If we wanted to change the sheets? Really? We got a refund and went to another location.

Five star wonderful staff. Five star mattress and sheets but cigarette burns on the blanket made you question cleanliness.
