Le parking sécurisé gratuit est un vrai plus. Côté chambre la salle de bain aurait mérité un bon coup de jeune. Mais dans l’ensemble les lits était bien fait et confortable. Par contre il n’y avait pas d’oreiller supplémentaire. Le petit déjeuner était copieux nous avons beaucoup apprécié

J'ai apprécié de pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner express à 3.50 € (boisson chaude + viennoiserie). Il existe 3 formules petit déjeuner très appréciable.

Nous avons eu un appartement de 2 chambre pour 4 personnes dont l’une des chambre avait visiblement subi un dégâts des eaux et sentait donc très fort le moisi. Le mur était tout gris de salissure. Il aurait fallu ne pas louer cette chambre. Nous l’avons signalé et on nous a offert le petit déjeuner ce qui a été appreicé.

Comme déclaré à la réception lors de mon Check out. L’équipe ménage devrait utiliser plus souvent le produit magique qui se nomme « huile de coude ». Ce produit magique enlève les restes de sodas collants sur la table de chevet. Ce produit miracle enlève le jaunissement des joints de la douche et supprime les traces noires qui apparaissent sur ces mêmes joints..

Para no repetir. Estado mediocre y poco limpio en general. Lo peor de todo fue descubrir despues de haber dormido que las sabanas estaban manchadas, es decir, que no nos habían cambiado las sabanas y usamos las que ya habían sido utilizadas por otras personas. Para mas colmo, en la recepción en vez de disculparse nos preguntaron a ver porqué no nos habíamos quejado antes para que nos hubieran cambiado la habitación.

The staff are excellent. Fresh air is a plus with opening windows. Convenient location. The air-conditioning is extremely noisy. The rooms have no glasses, water, tissues and limited power outlets in the room. 1 towel only per person with no hand towels provided.

Personnel agréable et emplacement pratique pour le Parc Expo. Cependant, l'hôtel est vieux et ça se voit. Les équipements de la chambre sont également très vieux (Sèche-cheveux fixé au mur style années 80, qui brûle les doigts et qui est cassé ; mobilier vraiment très sommaire avec une chaise de bureau en métal et bois pas confortable du tout, un fauteur en simili cuir lui aussi au style très ancien ...). De plus, dans la chambre, il n'y a aucun accessoire à disposition (mise à part le sèche-cheveux cassé) : pas de chausse pied, pas de cotons ou cotons tiges, pas de mini frigo, pas de bouilloire... etc).

Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. All the staff were wonderful, so welcoming, in particular, Bart, the young Dutchman, who was incredibly professional and polite and who could not have done more to help us with several queries; he should be in management as he is obviously very intelligent and brilliantly polite.

We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night.

Decent budget hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Good trams nearby. There was a rugby match on the night of arrival so very busy. Good restaurant next to the hotal. Staff worked very hard and were fantastic 👏

Hôtel où l’on se sent bien! Chambre spacieuse, propre Le restaurant Courtepaille au rdc de l’hôtel, un vrai plus! Et la proximité avec le tramway allant au centre-ville de Bordeaux également !

Bon hôtel, personnel accueillant, agréable et serviable. La literie est très confortable et l'hôtel très calme. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Un petit regret sur la formule proposée sur Hotels.com car l'hôtel propose 3 formules petit-déjeuner. Et également sur la fin de service du petit-déjeuner à 10h qui limite la grasse matinée. Sinon l'hôtel est bien positionné avec le tram juste à côté ce qui permet de se rendre sur Bordeaux facilement et de laisser sa voiture dans le parking privé et sécurisé de l'hôtel. J'y retournerais sans pb si l'occasion se présente.

Hôtel très bien situé avec parking avec accès barrière mais gratuit. Très appréciable. Chambre très confortable avec une belle vue sur le lac en face. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner express à 3.50 € (boisson chaude + viennoiserie). Il existe 3 formules petit déjeuner très appréciable.

We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night.

Everything you need, clean tidy and not a bad location with the tram nearby. Staff were excellent and everything went smoothly. We were given access to the secure car park upon arrival which made taking our luggage to our room much easier.
