This is an excellent location to the river and old city along with luxury shopping. Amazing location. The amenities are great but no treadmill in the gym….its ok though as dusseldorf is a perfect city to run outside. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant too.

Keurig hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Betaalde parkeergarage direct ernaast gelegen, eventueel voordeliger indien een parkeerkaart van het hotel beschikbaar is. Kamer was prima en het ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid en voor zover mogelijk corona proef.

Unfortunately, the fitness facility was out of commission which was important to me. The staff was adequate but not exceptional... just not very warm or overly helpful, but that may just be the German culture. Great location... beautiful market across the street, shopping, sightseeing, and food all very walkable. No A/C.

What a beautiful hotel, and how beautiful is Düsseldorf😍. The hotel was easy to find, car park is next to it, our room was wonderful, and all of the staff were so kind and polite. Düsseldorf really does show off a rich German history, beautiful buildings, and such a vibrant night light life. I'm told over 300 bars😲 Breakfast here was amazing, the bar was lovely for having a drink before we went out. Overall a wonderful hotel and one we can't wait to visit again. Thank you for having us.

Prachtig hotel, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Extreem goede locatie met een parking naast het hotel. Hele mooie kamer met super mooi uitzicht. Het enige "minpunt" is dat de badkamer verouderd is ten opzichte van het moderne interieur in de lobby en de kamers. Ik kom hier zeker terug!!!

Sehr gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten gleich neben dran. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sehr klein und mit Fenster in den schmalen Innenhof. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Duschkopf defekt. Grundsätzlich sauber, aber muffiger Geruch. Würde eher nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit modernen, renovierten Zimmern. Betten waren super gemütlich, und die Ausstattung ist super. Lediglich die Badezimmer sind echt alt und brauchen dringend mal eine Renovierung… da fühlt man sich direkt wieder wie in den 80ern, und z.B. der WC-Rollen-Halter war in einem Zimmer komplett unbrauchbar, eine undichte Duscharmatur wurde mit einem Klumpen Silikon geflickt, der ziemlich bäh aussah, und die Duschkabinen hatten einige Schimmelspuren in den Ecken. Ansonsten aber super sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Personal sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Einziges wirkliches Manko: Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig zum Flur hin, ab 8 Uhr war Schluss mit Schlafen wegen Housekeeping, das so laut hörbar war als wäre es schon im Zimmer…

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Porém não possui ar condicionado. O que passa batido em estação mais fria mas para nosso caso seria verão e a janela ficou aberta por quase toda estadia mas é muito abafado. Colocaram um ventilador mas era poeira para todo lado. A água de cortesia parecia ser de torneira e a tampa e a garrafa ser de uma garrafa já usada muitas vezes. O banheiro era muito escorregadio e toda água do chuveiro caía no chão do banheiro onde não Tinha nenhum ralo para drenar essa água que passava pela vedação.

Das Einzige was es seit Jahren zu bemängeln gibt, ist die defekte Klimaanlage und die Bäder, die in die Jahre gekommenen sind. Es ist leider nur bei dem Musterzimmer Nr 101 geblieben. Es ist sauber, hat ein sehr gutes Frühstück und ist sehr gut gelegen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut Central. Wir buchten ein Comfort Zimmer für 2 Tage. Aber naja unter Comfort versreh ich was anderes. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, man hörte immer wenn jemand im Flur war und zum Aufzug raus kam. Und wenn man zum Fenster raussah, naja eine Aussicht voll gegen eine Wand und gegen die Fenster des eigenen Hotels. Also wenn man im Zimmer ist und man möchte mal raussehen bringt es nichts. Das Gratisgetränk wurde leider nicht angeboten, dass kenne ich als viel reisender Geschäftsmann von anderen Hotels besser. Das Personal war sehr nett und besonders die Damen welche das Frühstück zubereitet haben sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder gehen, aber kein Comfortzimmer mehr buchen. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.

Very small rooms but ok. Price very high but Dusseldorf always is mugging people for MEDICA. Cleaners very noisy in the morning, loud talking. Great location with helpful supermarket. Reception staff were perfect.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Altstadt Lage. Der Service und das Personal waren ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön renoviert und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Auch das Bett war hervorragend. Die Lobby mit Bar und Frühstücksbereich sind einladend und ansprechend gestaltet. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im "Das Carls Hotel" und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im Januar 2024.
