This is my second stay at this property in 5 years Absolutely convenient for a short stay in Madrid. Well staffed, a decent breakfast, clean, effective room service and very close to the airport. Bedding was nice and comfy. The hotel has no frills like pool, gym or business facilities. The rate is very competitive.

Good hotel with clean basic rooms catering to mostly airport travellers(flight info display in the lobby).Excellent breakfast 4am(yes!)-1030 am,check out time is 12 noon.Big supermarket 50 yards away .Hotel itself is only half mile straight line from airport but you can't walk there and they have no free shuttle.We found taxis way too expensive(€27 for 4 min drive),metro too(€ 7 per person for 2 min ride) but very hepful metro staff directed us to bus stop outside terminal 2.We took modern,very clean electric bus # 101 to Barajas main plaza(Plaza Mayor-this is last stop,can't miss it) for € 1.50 per person,,tickets with bus driver,he also pointed to us Avenida General where hotel is located,after 5 min walk you're there.To return to airport do the reverse,same bus will take you to terminsls in reverse(i.e first T3 than T2 than T1,if your flight is from T4 get of at T3 and take free airport shuttle to T4.Very friendly and helpful people at airpot,metro station,hotel,bus and on the street.

Nice enough property for a 2 star hotel, but it’s the only airport hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have a free or any airport shuttle. Add $25 to your room price when comparing to pay for a taxi to the airport. The other Ibis airport I stayed in last month did have a shuttle.

The common areas are rather unkempt. The walls in the rooms are thin so you can hear everything happening around you (suitcases hitting the floor and rolling upstairs, babies crying in the next room, people slamming doors and walking down the hall). Reception was kind and beds were comfortable.

La cuna para nuestra hija estaba bien preparada, aunque las paredes de malla eran demasiado elásticas y la niña podía meterse entre el colchón y la malla; sería importante mejorarlo por seguridad. El desayuno era muy completo, y tanto la decoración como el mobiliario son muy acogedores. Como punto a cambiar, el olor a ambientador al entrar al hotel es demasiado intenso y no resulta ni fresco ni agradable.

Convenient hotel close to the airport but not as close as other review stated. It's not at walking distance. You have to take a taxi for Eu22 for a 5 minute ride but it's the best way to get there. The metro station is 700 meters away, not bad and the area seemed safe and clean. One thing we hated is that the bathroom bowl was dirty and my wife had to put gloves and cleaned it. This is something you do not expect in a hotel

el calor era insoportable, esto fue a finales de julio, el aire acondicionado esta bloqueado en cuanto a la funcion, entonces solo hace circular el aire, no lo enfria, por lo que esa noche fue de lo peor un calor que parecia horno, ni en amsterdan ni belgica nos hicieron eso, solo en ibis madrid aeropuerto, no vuelvo para nada. si es cierto que estan restringidos por las reglas ambientales, al menos deberian instalar abanicos de techo o pedestal, sigo molesto por esa situacion

The major dislike was that the Ac was not working in the 2 rooms we booked, the heat was on and impossible to switch to the Ac (it was cool outside). We had to open up the windows and slept with a lot of noise.

It wasn’t terrible. The hotel itself was nice but between the housekeeping crew screaming down the hall to each other and all the banging from what I believe was construction or renovations going on, I couldn’t barely sleep. Probably won’t go back.

We stayed at this hotel in late March 2024. Check in was excellent. We went into the room and it was very warm. We turned on the AC and went for a walk and supper. When we returned the room was extremely hot. I called the front desk and was told, "we don\'t have air conditioning, open the window" The room finally did cool down around 3 oclock in the morning. Completely ruined our stay.. Other than that the room was fine......

Our room was incredibly hot, we turned on the AC unit but it didn’t do anything to change the temperature, even with the window open it was too hot. I let the staff know and they said the AC was off for the hotel but the rest of the hotel was cool and other guests said their rooms were fine.

August 2 checked in at 12 in the afternoon. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after experiencing blatant racism from a staff member. I was traveling alone with my three daughters (ages 5, 9, and 11) and had booked a room for three people. I understood we were one over capacity, but the hotel offered no alternatives except booking a second room. When I asked if the rooms were connected, they said no and I couldn’t leave one child alone. I suggested my brother (staying at another hotel) could take one of the kids for the night. The woman at the front desk responded, “I know your kind and I know this story.” As a Middle Eastern woman wearing a headscarf, exhausted after a long day of travel, I was shocked. I broke down in tears and had to call my husband, who ended up booking another room just to resolve the situation. In the end, we stayed together in one room, while the second room went unused simply because of her discriminatory assumptions. I never expected this kind of treatment in Spain. Racism has no place in hospitality.

As an “airport hotel,” for 1 night the room was fine. Due to my early departure, I did not experience the breakfast. However, upon arrival, I asked the representative the methods for transport to the airport. She said taxis are available outside even at very late/early hours. I asked for the rate to Terminal 2 and was told approx 8 EURO. When I took the taxi the driver charged me 22 EURO. As an airport hotel, this is a scam for the taxis as the representative said it was basically the only alternative. That is ridiculous. 22 EURO for a 5 minute taxi ride at 4 am!

I was looking for a cheap hotel near airport. I was really surprised by quality of this 2-star hotel. Very clean, fun, and had an amazing breakfast buffet that is open from 4 am to 11 am. Staff were also very friendly.

Fijn hotel voor een kort verblijf, op loopafstand (15 minuten) van terminal 2. Sinds kort is er zelfs een net wandelpad vanaf de terminal naar Barajas, waar het hotel is, inclusief wegwijzers. In de terminal eerst richting metro lopen en vanaf daar naar de loopbrug (begin wandeling naar Barajas) met als beginpunt min of meer de betaalautomaten voor de parkeergarage.

Localização conveniente, à menos de 10 minutos de carro do aeroporto, com acesso interno para estacionamento coberto e seguro ( pago). Tem um supermercado ao lado, o que é bem prático e muitas opções de restaurantes/cafeterias por perto, além da oferecida pelo hotel, que é boa, embora tenha um serviço meio lento. O entorno não é bonito, com alguns pedintes ao longo da rua do hotel.O café da manhã começa cedo, 4 horas da manhã, o que é simpático com os hóspedes que vão viajar cedo. O quarto é pequeno e funcional, com portas anti-ruído e cama confortável. Não tem amenidades exceto sabonete líquido e shampoo, nem frigobar. No geral é uma boa opção para quem vai viajar cedo no dia seguinte.
