Tote Wanze zwischen Schublade, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, dreckiger Wasserkocher, unangenehmer Geruch bei der Rezeption. Käfer im Zimmer. Zu wenig Parkplätze

Unterkunft ist mit Parkplatz ausgelobt, diese sind aber nicht vorhanden.

Noone at the front desk when checking out. I needed to move my car out of their parking. Clerk was late

Alles war sehr schmutzig. Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein Gefängnis. Erstens: Der Aufzug funktioniert nicht. Auf dem Boden im Zimmer lagen viele Haare und viel Dreck. Das Bett, die Kopfkissen und sogar die Handtücher waren voller Haare – einfach ekelhaft! Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht gut schlafen und warteten nur darauf, bis es Morgen wurde, um zu fliehen. AUF KEINEN FALL ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!

Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Super zentrale Lage und die Messe ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer hat leider nach Rauch gerochen. Frühstück war sehr lecker. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

I ordered this hotel because they had a car charger for my Tesla. And they did. But the guy in the office lied and said it was busy and i could not use. But there was no other car and it was not in use. So they lied to me. The guy in the morning was very upset and agreed that this is not how it shoud be. It is also VERY hard to find parking as the streets are full. And the car charger was empty all night. NOT recommended.

Die Bettwäsche hatte Fremde hatte sowie einige Flecken. Hotel ist in einer guten Umgebung (Skyline Plaza/Messe). Für eine Nacht okay, aber keine Empfehlung.

Amazing and we love it. Free parking in don’t hotel

Our biggest issue with this property was the parking. They advertise limited free onsite parking and free offsite parking. However, our ONLY parking option was at a mall that was a 10-minute walk away, and it cost 27 euros per night. In spite of the advertised free parking online, this was even the recommended parking at the hotel as the QR code with directions to this mall carpark was posted at the check-in desk. A fee of 27 euros per night is far from free. When we tried to revise our reservation to one night because of this unforeseen expense, the hotel was unwilling to provide a refund. They were unwilling to even listen to our plight. When Expedia tried to call on our behalf, the hotel told them that limited free parking is available in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 street parking places in front of the hotel that can be used by anyone in the city, and the hotel is on the edge of a massive housing complex. If street parking is considered hotel parking then ANY hotel can claim that they provide parking. We were never able to find street parking. Traffic officers were also writing parking tickets for people parked illegally. The hotel was not honest in its depiction of the hotel and was unwilling to accommodate when confronted with this dishonesty. The customer service was abhorrent. If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not expect much, and know that you WILL pay for your parking.

Bugs in room. Everything from the room was gross. Bedding and pillows had yellow stains on them.

Zimmer dreckig und abgenutzt, Staub seit Monaten nicht gewischt. Die täToilette und Dusche verschimmelt, dreckig und nach Urin stinkend. Frühstück: Auswahl minimal. Ich erwarte ja bei drei sternen kein Rührei o.Ä. aber nicht mal aufgebackene Fertigbrötchen und je eine sorte Billigwurst und Käse und ein lieblos hingestelltes Nutellaglas mit einem verschmierten Messer drin geht nicht für über 15 euro für das Frühstück..

Bugs in the room, very dirty

Very dirty, toilet seat and hair dryer were both broken. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. No air conditioning.. No amenities except for soap.

Leider wurde eine Reklamation trotz dreimaliger Bitte um Klärung völlig ignoriert. Zimmer, Bad und Ausstattung gut. Es lagen allerdings noch Medikamente vom Vorgänger auf dem Nachttisch.

Leider nicht wirklich sauber, Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gestunken! Bilder von den Zimmern entsprechen nicht wirklich den Zimmern, zumindest sah unser Zimmer viel runtergewohnter aus.

Unglaublich ein bisiness confort Zimmer gebuch und die Bilder hab nichts mit dem Zimmer zu tun. Das Zimmer liegt im Keller mit winzigem Fenster. Es stinkt muffig und penetrant nach Lufterfrischer. Tagsüber wird Heizung ausgeschaltet. Küche siehe Bilder - da will man nichts eessen .... Fernseher funktionier nicht. Trockner- und Wadchraum mit bis 21:00 laufenden Geräten auf dem Flur. Hellhörig und keiner spricht kommunikationsfähig deutsch. Chef nicht zu sprechen. Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt ...

Guter Service, gute Preis-Leistung, Bett auf Dauer eventuell etwas unbequem (sehr dünne Matratze auf Brett)

Vi havde familieværelse/ lejlighed i kælderen. Luften var dårlig/ indelukket hovedtræk var svært at lufte ud da vi var under gade niveau. Dobbeltsengen var knækket i den ene side hvilket betød at den faldt sammen på midten og knirkede hver gang man vendte sig i sengen.

Für eine Nacht ok. Aber mehr nicht. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Das Fenster war defekt, der Schrank auch. Alles notdürftig geflickt. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Automatischer Late-Check-In klappt sehr gut. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Die Matratzen sind ganz merkwürdig. Sie haben eine leuchte Welle/Erhebung im Schulterbereich, was zu einer ungewöhnlichen Schlafhaltung führt. Ich glaube, dass dies vom Hersteller gewollt ist... vielleicht ist es sogar gut... wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist, sorgt es bei mir aber für 3 schlechte Nächte am Stück. Ich würde deshalb nicht wieder kommen.

スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーです。14時チェックインですが、掃除が終わってないからと1時間ほど待ちました。そこは注意が必要です。

Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel fast unmöglich. Ein Anruf vor der Ankunft war beteits ein mentales Problem weil man mich nicht verstanden hat. Die Sprache war das geringste Problem. Bei der Ankunft war die Gepäckabgabe zu Aufbewahrung ebenfalls nicht möglich. Erstens war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und ich habe 25 Minuten gewartet und dann sollte mein Gepäck einfach unbeausichtigt im Treppenhaus stehen ( mit Firmenlaptop und co im Rucksack ) Ausserdem ist die Rezeption nur bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und da meine Abendveranstaltung bis 23 ging sollte man das Gepäck auf Zimmer bringen. Da die Antwort ja wahrscheinlich bringen wir es aufs Zimmer blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als das Gepäck wieder mitzunehmen und meine Abendversnstaltung abzusagen. Ärgerlich wenn man den Geschäftstermin wegen einer solchen Angelegenheit absagen muss .... hier besteht deutlich Verbesserungspotential zumal ähniche Vorfälke auch bei meinen letzten Besuchen pasdiert sind. Werde mir jetzt wohl ein anderes Hotel suchen ...

Had a great stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

My experience at this hotel wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Don’t get me wrong — the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. However, the real problem started when I checked in and entered my assigned room. It turned out to be someone else’s room — I could clearly see an open suitcase and personal belongings inside. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the staff. He seems surprised and gave me a different room and key. That room didn’t have anyone’s belongings, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, I was worried I might get charged a fine. I went back to the front desk again and asked for another room, explaining that the second room smelled heavily of smoke. They gave me a third room, but by then I didn’t feel secure anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily I had entered someone else’s room earlier - what if someone could do the same to mine? Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety concerns, even though the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

They have cancelled our reservation without information. We, 5 people, went there at midnight but without a room. The only good thing was they responded phone call and arranged an other hotel.

My checkout was on Sunday. I booked in a train trip so I calculated the time to leave to the station after breakfast. The breakfast, which was supposed to be available at 7.30 am was not. There wasn’t even a person in the reception. I left without breakfast and had to buy something to eat at the station. I was very disappointed because that disrupted my day and that breakfast was paid for.

Great Service! Great location for the exhibition.

Relatively close to the train station. Close to a new shopping mall. An underground station is under construction but there’s a tram station nearby. Was a little disappointed they didn’t have a toothpaste and free bottled water in the number. But generally a good choice for its price.

Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet und uns wurde gesagt, dass eine Änderung vorgenommen wird, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Frühstück lohnt sich unserer Meinung nach nicht. Es gab keine Abwechslung, das Brot war sehr hart und das Angebot insgesamt enttäuschend. Positiv ist jedoch die Lage des Hotels, die wirklich sehr gut ist und vieles gut erreichbar macht.

I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.

Dålig service och ej hjälpsam personal. Frukosten serverades inte i tid men vi fick inga ursäkter. Vi fick checka ut utan att hinna äta frukost och personalen ville inte hjälpa oss att få tillbaka pengarna för frukosten som vi betalat extra för. De flesta i personalen tittade inte ens upp och hälsade när vi gick genom lobbyn.
