We loved the room - huge bath and shower pressure was amazing. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but for the most part very happy. Great views too from 15th floor ( city side). The rooftop pool is small but wonderful. My daughter used the gym and jacuzzi too. The chairs on roof top are so comfortable we sat out there for hours. Would be good if they served cocktails up to there instead of just can of beer or seltzer. Also lifts getting changed and they are super slow and soooooo inconvenient and really frustrating. Staff were so friendly and courteous and chatty.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gepflegt, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, leider von der Eingangstür sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, die Preise sind angemessen, gleiches gilt für die Bar. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker, einzig der Kaffeeservice könnte schneller sein. Der Poolbereich sowie die Duschen bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung und kleinere Reparaturen. Fitness ist ausreichend vorhanden. In Summe aber deutlich zu empfehlen.

Property was good and breakfast buffet was very good too. Only problem was the elevators were under maintenance and we had ridiculous wait times sometimes up to 15 minutes for an elevator! If they fix it which I assume they will soon, the location and accommodations are very good!

I was surprised that the heaviest weight at the gym is 10 kg and it is pretty small. I think it is time for the hotel to renovate the gym facilities. The gym is located at the top floor which has fantastic view of the park and city skylines.

Unfortunately the lifts were really out of order during my stay, and for being a 5 star hotel the amenities were pretty poor poor pool and gym but staf were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good and had a good variety

I (we) found the state of the room as far as cleanliness goes (and corridors too) was very poor from the minute we walked in. We didn’t have the room cleaned everyday though as an experiment!!! The second last day of our stay we asked for it to be cleaned and other than fresh towels and an empty trash can we could not tell any difference what so ever. The carpet was still un-vacuumed and dust was evident on all surfaces as on the very first day of our arrival. Other than that, breakfast was quite good with a small but adequate variety. They may have needed a couple more staff though as the ones on the floor and kitchen were running around like headless chooks (excuse the pun). They were all very obliging, friendly and helpful, it has to be mentioned. . And so were the staff at reception while checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel was a big plus for us, too!

Liked the convenient location of the property. Liked the renovated room on the 21st floor. Liked the availability and quality of food options in the bar. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good but the same every morning. Carpet in my room could have done with more thorough vacuuming. Would be happy to stay here again.

Location cannot be faulted. Only experienced the room, the lobby, and the bathrooms in the lobby. The room itself was fine. The overall look of the hotel still has a modern twist to it, but looks to not be maintained well. This is evident in the bathrooms in the room and the lobby. The poor design of the bathroom in the room meant constant flow of water from the shower out into the bathroom floor. The seals in the shower were pretty much moldy and coming apart. The bathroom in the lobby had just been 'cleaned', and yet it was not very nice.

Excellent customer service and nice lobby but this is not a 5 star hotel. Beds were comfy snd clean but carpets filthy and hallways carpet smelled and so walls damaged all thru. Pool is very inaccessible with no handrails and first step is very deep for someone with knee injury or a shorter person. Same for hot tub

It's really disappointing to give such a great hotel with such great staff and facilities like it's gym and breakfast restaurant a rating below 5 stars. The TV service is just way below the standard it should be amongst everything else in the hotel. I came up from Melbourne to go to an AFL match, the team I follow was staying in the hotel, and a large range of channels weren't working including Fox Footy. Even if they were working, the TV service needs to be a lot better, it has fallen behind other high quality hotels in Sydney and sadly (given it is a really nice hotel with great staff) is enough difference for me to stay somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed. Booked the Junior suite expecting all the features usually attributed to a room of this name. Room was dated, furniture worn and had tears in material. Powerpoint in bedroom did not work. Lighting in room was poor. No USB outlets. Mould in bathroom around joints in tiles. Door was hanging off fridge cabinet. AC definitely was not working despite the thermostat saying the room was at 18.5 degrees. Would not recommend this hotel. My wife and I travel alot, one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Lights out above reception desks and you could see the dust on the lights and other areas in the lobby. Had to wait ages for a lift and on our particular stay 'lift waiting' was a common complaint of others when you eventually got a lift. Not sure how this hotel has a 5 star rating.

We arrived at the property at 2:30 PM and we were advised that the room was not ready. Their check-in type is stipulated at 2:00 PM. Likewise, we left the room at around 7:30 am for an early meaning. We got back at around 2:30 and our room was not yet cleaned. Really very poor service.

Front desk staff were constantly on phone during busy check in and out times leaving guests enjoy standing in queue for the basic stuff. Elevator is in last century. See better running elevators un third world countries. Value for money, but avoid if you expect basic stuff from this " 5 star " brand like smooth check in and functioing elevator so you can go to you room, forget about it. They should return 2 hours worth room ccost per say as all guests have been wasting while waiting for elevators at least 2 hours a day. Do better Pullman. Please.

Upon checking out we were told that a receipt would be emailed to us, However, our credit card has been charged twice in two identical concurrent transactions that appear on our statement. We have contacted reception, but have been brushed off. No one has yet responded and we are left waiting… This does not compel us to return, as inadvertently being charged twice, with being left hanging is very unsatisfactory

Could not fault the staff. Courteous & considering the below - they did the best they could. Firstly, the elevator(s) are going through renos. Which wasn’t communicated when booking, or at reception during check in. During peak times there was 1 lift out of 3 working. I was told by reception they “could” open the service lift if urgent, but never saw this happen. My feedback would be, open this up during your peak times. At times I waited almost 10 mins for a lift, and ended up walking up or down the stairs to accomodate this. I am a fit, middle aged person & would hate for others to be put in this kind of situation. My room - overall, huge. Comfy bed & quiet. Great location. What was wrong: + the heating didn’t work (fixed the day after) + there was a leaking window, was given towels to catch the water. Which thankfully after all the rain Sydney have been experiencing, stopped for the last couple of days I was there. + the phone did not state on it a reception line, So I ended up having to head down & report these things. + huge balcony - but after attempting to go out there once, I was unable to get out & back in without breaking my arms or hands, I never used it again. Reported to reception, and unsure if it got fixed. The night before check out, I came back to the hotel late with a fruit platter in my doom (left out on the counter), along with a note of apology. It was a kind gesture, and appreciated, but a little too late as I was checking out the next morning.

I've stayed at the Pullman a number of times over the years, primarily because of its convenient location. Room was comfortable enough with great views. A few annoying things, although minor: no drawers in wardrobes for clothes (only a few hangers); room wasn't cleaned one day; staff couldn't get the internet connection to work on my computer (works in all other hotels I've stayed in) and firstly booked taxi to airport wrong day and then double booked correct day (taxi driver gave me an earful about it).

Ideally located on Hyde Park. A short walk from Museum Station (which connects to airport without transfer), and all of the city's landmarks, this is a convenient place to stay. Selecting the right room can be bewildering in available services. My first stay allowed me all Foxtel channels. My second stay only gave me restricted channels, so I upgraded for my third stay and got none at all. Quite a problem when you want to watch the cricket. The restaurant serves great food - recommend the barramundi.

Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay.

Good location. Good service. Disappointed that cafe had few gluten free options as I am coeliac. I had to find a restaurant on the Sunday night that offered some options. This may be a factor as to whether I would stay again.
