All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Room was clean and easy to access. Had to pay for parking and shuttle to airport but was convenient and easy to use. Restaurant on site had delicious food! Would highly recommend.

A excellent motel for airport travellers. We’ve stayed here a few times now prior to flying out. The recently refurbished foyer and restaurant look lovely. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, with secured parking and access to airport transfers and a short walk to Mascot train station and an easy 5-8 min drive to the terminal. There are shops and restaurants in Mascot, however the airport train line takes you straight into the city circle. Great place to stay and somewhere we’ll definitely stay again.

This was a nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite being near the airport. The staff were very friendly! The breakfast buffet was awesome! They even had barista-made coffees. There was some construction/renovation going on with a lift, so some there was a little debris with that, but otherwise everything was quite tidy. The parking was a bit steep as we stayed 4 nights. I guess that’s the price you pay for convenience, though. It was super easy and quick returning our rental vehicle and getting to the airport.

The hotel is worn and needs refurbishing. Access To gym and pool is pretty bad. However pool is nice once you go in and out and in to access. Very much an airline employee stopover. No good walk about area. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Loud with airplane noise due to location and lack of soundproofing.

The disappointment with our stay was with housekeeping. It was unbelievable that the state of our room was considered clean and tidy. The beds were not made properly; it looked like a 5-year-old did it. There were dirty, used coffee cups and towels left in the room. We immediately went and saw the duty manager in reception after sending the day out. He was so embarrassed and apologetic and gave us a new room. I told him he would see housekeeping immediately, and this shouldn't happen again. The next day, we left for another city excursion for the day and came back to the same thing. Again, approached the duty manager, sent housekeeping up, spoke to the housekeeper, and they said they were understaffed, and it wasn’t housekeeping that made up the room, but a cleaning maid who doesn't service rooms. Very disappointed. There's a service guarantee note left on the beds; your room should be the same each day, as if you first checked in. This wasn't the case.

Not good at all. Checked in went well but when entering room I found the bedside coffee table had stains all over it. After a long haul flight all I wanted to do was watch TV in bed. Wasn’t possible. TV didn’t work and when I called to report it I was told maintenance had left for the night. Then decided to order some room service and the wrong item was delivered.

Even though we were only there for one night it really was a lovely stay, the staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms were very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, and the lovely staff member proactively offered a discount, really went extra mile. The room was great but the staff was exceptional especially Satoshi in the front check in area. He went out of his way to help us, with weighing out luggage to getting a tape measure from the maintenance so we could measure our luggage to coming to our room because we were having trouble with the A/C. I can’t express enough how helpful he was in making our stay great. He is definitely a great asset to The Crown Plaza Hotel.

The water temperature in room 303 was horrible. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. There wasn’t an in between. The female (purposely used that term) at the front desk was very rude by continually placing either my ID or Credit Card on the counter when I place it in her hand.

Really convenient location and such a short walk to the train makes getting around really accessible. Full breakfast is beautiful and provided sustenance class throughout the day. Found the staff to be really friendly and did a great job including rooms, consistently. Will definitely stay here again if it was well worth the money.

Hotel is very close to airport and in a residential area. Many people around all hours of the night so very safe. Restaurants and supermarkets around. 8mins by train to the city. Awesome we originally came from Sydney so this hotel was central and convenient. Buffet breakfast is a 7/10 . I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport and a two minute walk to the Mascot subway station. The harbour area of Sydney is just a few subway stops away. The room was very clean, quiet, modern and spacious. I would stay here again if in Sydney.

The hotel service in general is excellent. The only thing i have noticed is the resturant, while i was waiting for my voffee to go, i have noticed one if the resturant staff wasing the used juice cups and coffe cups by just rinsing them under running water witout washing them. This is unhealthy way of washing and cleaning.

We were able to check in as soon as we arrived rather than waiting until the afternoon. We were able to walk to the nearby train station & ride to St. James for some shopping. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.
