I had a free upgrade which was amazing and given it was my birthday i arrived very late but was still able to check in. The staff were amazing but the mini bar doesnt exist. The only down about this hotel is the pool, it is small and murky and it wasnt even full when i stayed.. also very

Great facilties, great location, excellent staff. -1 star as we had paid for parking to however, the clearance for the parking garage is 1.9m which unfortunately would not accomodate our car (2m would have been fine for our hilux, no mods or lift kit). As a result we had to park next door at the meriton (however that is also another story).

A few issues considering the cost of $1000 for two nights: - live cockroach in room. - about 15cm of the toilet seat was sticky like it had the fluffy residue of an old sticker on it. That wasn’t pleasant. - the shower is very temperamental. It goes from warm to scorching hot then back to warm then to boiling your skin off. - pillows had no support and you just sank into them. ELEVATORS!!!! They are shocking. The wait time is ridiculous. 15-20minutes each time and this is at all hours of the day, not just busy check in/out times. On the positive: location is good, buffet breakfast was delicious, the lounge and service was excellent, room was quiet, bed was comfortable.

All the staff we spoke to were so nice and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection, and I love that you can make your own juice. The rooms are in good condition and clearly freshly renovated. The bathroom is a little small, when door opens it almost touches the toilet. The lobby is currently being renovated and it was a bit noisy during breakfast. Nice gym and pool. Although a little on the cold side, it was refreshing! It’s in a great spot near the river and Church street eateries.

The service was excellent and the dining both at the hotel and the surrounding areas was very good. The only negative was that the pool was too cold.

Great location near dining and transport, room was renovated and well designed, bed was very comfortable, perfect for conferences or short term stays. No sign on the elevator where the pool is, Pool was small and extremely cold, parking was an additional cost, Toilet had no hand soap in the foyer, hand sanitizer was empty. I would personally not stay here again.

I’ve stayed at the Parkroyal Darling Harbour many times and expected a similar standard here, but the Parramatta location really missed the mark. The soundproofing is non-existent; we were placed in a room with a connecting door to another room we didn't request (not sure if all rooms have the option of being connected), and we could hear the neighbors’ normal-volume conversations so clearly it felt like we were in a library. It was incredibly uncomfortable because we felt like we couldn't even turn on the TV at night incase we would disturbed them. When I raised this, the management just offered to tell the neighbors to be quiet, but they weren't being loud; the building is just poorly insulated and you can hear everyone walking past the door or opening or closing there's. Logistically, it was a headache, there was no warning message to say the pre-paid parking could be full on the day of check-in although able to email you about promotions to upgrade your room for as little as $80.. The lifts were so cramped and slow it felt like a peak-hour train, yet you aren't allowed to use the stairs. Between the Olympic Park having major spectator events on with price hikes on all rooms and the lack of privacy, it definitely doesn't meet 4-star standards. It’s a shame, because the bed was comfortable, the rainfall shower was great, and the breakfast staff were lovely, but those perks don't make up for the lack of basic room quality.

We stayed had access to the Executive Lounge. However, in the afternoon there were no staff around. Lots of dirty dishes on tables and the coffee machine wasn’t working! That meant no tea or coffee available. Much better in the evening

Excellent customer service. Very helpful front desk staff especially Donna. Whilst the initial booking was for a superior room, on our request, we were accommodated in a different room which was a lot more quiet. Thank you. Car parking underneath the hotel is charged at $40 per night ( multiple entry).

At the time of the stay the lobby was getting renovated so the reception doesn’t have lot of space and was very crowded during check in and check out. One of the three lift was out of order as well resulting in long wait time during peak hours such as breakfast time.

I loved staying here. All Staff were exceptionally friendly especially the gentleman at the desk when I checked in late at night he was polite friendly and reassuring. The room was comfortable new and spotlessly clean. I loved Paramatta and will come back hopefully! Thank you .

MOLD in shower! I was shocked to find mold in the shower. When I explained to the staff that this was a clear health hazard and asked them to change my room to one of their newer renovated rooms, they demanded I PAY for the upgrade. Appealing to the manager didn't work either. I'm honestly shocked that the hotel is allowed to operate with moldy showers and even more shocked that they weren't willing to remedy this for me. It speaks to poor customer service, poor cleaning and poor infrastructure.

Overall a great stay, room was nice and clean. Toilets in the foyer were very dirty

Very impressed from the moment we checked in. Our room was lovely. The bed was huge and that was in a standard room. Bathroom very clean. Had a proper hairdryer but could do with bigger bath towels being the establishment was so well appointed. Room felt brand new

we first booked a reservation, then extended with 2 more reservations longer as we wanted to stay longer in sydney. Prepaid full all 3 bookings. I double checked with the hotel before arrival that we would get the same room and not have to check out, when we then arrived at the hotel they wanted a deposit for our already paid reservations x3. i.e. 200 aud x3, normal hotels only register the bank card but these took the payment and when I got the payment back we got less than the deposit back due to fees and currency exchange fees. they also said that we would have to check out every time even if we would get the same room. our first room was full of hair in the shower so we got a new room, but in the second room there were dirty socks and a used hairspray bottle behind the dresser. no one has cleaned them up yet.

The staff were nice and friendly, I could see a bit of dust over some items and hair in the shower, but overall it was Ok.

Stayed for the convenient location to Parramatta Park for an event. The room is overdue for a reno. As you soon as you open the door your a hit with a strong overwhelming musty/ sewage smell. Some stains on the walls and on the couch. No powerpoint by bed to charge your phones unless you unplug the lamps. Overall great parramatta location average rooms

It was ok stay. The room is good sized but the bathroom is terrible. There’s a fixed shower head covered in limescale and there was no hair conditioner. The bathroom was hard to keep dry as the old shower head was splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was average. Not much of a selection. In room dining requires a $5 delivery fee so give that a miss and buy from the shops around. Lots of restaurant choices.

There was no warning before booking the hotel that it was under construction. Due to this the lifts were excruciatingly slow and tiny. Meaning too many people squeezed into one because they didn’t know how long it would be before another would stop. On a positive note the room was recently renovated and very generous in size.

Room was new, clean, smells fresh and had the latest wireless chargers. Shower pressure was great and provided qualiy toiletries. Felt like 5 stars. Proximity to restaurants

We were in the new part of the building which was very nice however even on the fifth floor the street noise was noticeable.

Beautifully comfortable room.

Room is very comfortable and modern. There's also a filtered water tap in the bathroom. However the shower is not great as the temperature goes from boiling hot to cold constantly (no matter what you do with the tap). There's a lot of parking available underground over 2 floors with electric charging available.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was beautifully done. Quiet and so well decorated. Bed very comfortable. Filtered water in room was fantastic.

No complaints on the room - loved it However- Did an online booking to stay at this venue which included the full package (car park and breakfast) for 2 days. The 2 days of our breakfast we were told our breakfast was not included with our stay Very frustrating. On leaving the venue we were going to be charged for our car park because it didn’t show in their system we had a package included. Again - frustrating! There was NO staff communication in regards to our booking - it was such a frustrating and stressful experience communicating with staff explaining to them that I didn’t have to pay for breakfast and car park even when I showed them my online booking with everything included - Not happy

Second time we have stayed here for a concert and will be the last. Continuously woken up by other room doors closing. Lift took 15 minutes to get to floor 9, and when it did it was full. I was rudely and adamantly told at the breakfast desk by a female staff member of Asian appearance, short dark hair, that breakfast was not included when front reception staff confirmed it was upon arrival. She also had no interest in seeing my booking email also confirming it was included in my stay. Surrounded by construction noise and noisey business people, a peaceful breakfast was non existent. And to top it off, during breakfast that same female staff member dropped disposable coffee cups on the floor while restocking the coffee machines, looked around to see that “no other staff member had noticed”, picked the cups up that were scattered all over the floor and proceeded to stack them on top of the coffee machine to be used by guests. If this unhygienic practice is included in the cost of my $380 one night stay, I don’t think I’ll be back again. Disgusting and very disappointed.

Its always a good stay at the Park Royal. Reasonable room rate for a quality room with helpful staff.

The stay was awsome ! Everything was just perfect - very friendly staff during checkin - kitchen staff , the food was amazing !!!! - we had a lot of stuff as we have a small 5 month old kid with us , everything was perfect UNTILL at checkout had coversation with Pamela ! Oh My God! She was so rude - I had come to settle for the bill because we ordered in room dining and also any outstanding amount - she was soo rude because we had not got our stuff outside - I told her i just came to settle the bill and then will go and bring all our stuff - we don’t know the rules of the hotel ! I asked to speak to the manager - the manager came and told me it because her first langauge is not English ! How does langauge matter to be nice ? The manager was even ruder ! Never back to this hotel ! Will complain pan pacific group !

Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again

Could not take bond via card. Insisted we walk to ATM to get cash. On check out had to physically check room prior to refunding bond. Check in took 30 minutes. Checkout took 30 minutes. Will not be staying again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a room upgrade and cake for my birthday which was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and the buffet breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay, great location with many dining options within walking distance.

Great location and clean.

Nice big room, quiet and comfortable. Food options across the road and around the precinct.

Evident that the property is recently refurbished so is clean and fresh. Bathroom on the small side and limited facility to hang bath towels for drying. Hotel conveniently close to Eat Street with many restaurants and eateries. Area around hotel chaotic due to Power house museum construction.

Our son was competing in a robotics comp and we had travelled down to support him. Our booking was a bit lady minute however we wanted to be close to where they were competing which was at The Olympic Sports Park. PARKROYAL Parramatta was close by with only a 20 minute drive, or if you didn't have a vehicle there was a train.

Great spot to stay for a weekend away exploring Parramatta and surrounding areas. Easy access to ferry service into circular key and return train trip.

My husband and I stayed here as we attended a concert at the Qudos Arena, it was not a far drive to the arena and it had MANY shops, eatery’s, bars all surrounding the hotel, we didn’t need to travel far for what my husband says “a good beer!” And great food. Hotel was super comfortable and clean, will definitely be back again.

More staff required for breafast service, food cold, egg chef sunday was rude purely due to the amount of orders in.. tables uncleared, sausages raw.. unfortunate we had it included in our accommodation and was apparently unable to have it removed so we had to experience it at all.. Hotel and staff 5 /5 restaurant 0

Renovations going on that were not stated when I made the booking. Most staff lovely. Room cleanliness was great. Room service staff were excellent. Food was delicious.

Breakfast offering was very poor, we had to wait over 35 mins for our barista made coffees, they didnt top up or keep an eye oin their food, was very low, no bread, no juices, a lot of items were empty. Staff were not very friendly , the restaurant was full of dirty, unlcleaned tables with plates all piled up.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy room and bed, walking distance to tram and parramatta station. Good buffet breakfast options. Bathroom was clean except showers screen needs regular proper cleaning. Overall experience 9 out of 10.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the condition of the room was clean and comfy beds.
