The Hotels.com website stated this hotel had free shuttle service to the airport. This is strictly why I booked at this specific property. When I arrived, I learned that I could benefit from the shuttle service since service started at 6 am. I needed a ride at 3 am. You need to clearly state shuttle service hours. This was a huge disappointment and I had to pay $40 for a 4-mile drive.

Average hotel, rooms a little dated. USB wall charger didn’t work. Warm room and air on switched off at winter. Bathroom door barely closed due to moisture/steam, showing signs of wear and tear. Located about 20 minute walk from big shopping centre. To get the shuttle from the airport you might need to call them. I waited for almost an hour and didn’t see the bus so had to call them.

I was very disappointed at the beginning because my main priority when booking was the shuttle bus, as I had a long layover after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle bus as promised, the staff simply told me it had left 10 minutes ago and that was it. No assistance with getting to the hotel, and it’s not mentioned anywhere that the shuttle bus only operates until midnight. I had to pay $29 for a taxi. Aside from this, the hotel itself was good for an overnight stay. The breakfast was nice, and there’s a beautiful park just a 10-minute walk away, I highly recommend visiting it.

Good option for an early flight the next day from Madrid. Would be better if the shuttle service was more frequent. Got an Uber when we arrived, rather than wait 45 minutes for a pick up (€17) and booked the shuttle for the next morning back to the airport, which was great and on time. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. No issues or problems at all

The property appears to be situated in a precarious location, and my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel had a rundown appearance, with visible construction work underway. This gave the place an overall feeling of neglect and disarray. Once in my room, I was greeted by a strong unpleasant odor that only diminished after I turned on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; both the walls and the bathroom were visibly dirty, which added to my discomfort during my stay. Originally, I requested a room with two beds, but the staff informed me that only a single-bed room was available, despite my reservation. This lack of consideration for my request was disappointing and added to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It does not measure up to the standards I have come to expect from other NH Properties. For a more enjoyable stay, I suggest looking for other accommodations and avoiding this establishment.

The staff member who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were kind and efficient. The shuttle service and driver was also very good. The hotel needs maintenance. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the cleanliness was okay. Hotel convenient to the madrid airport. Thank you.

Room was clean, water pressure was great. Close to metro and bus stops for easy transportation on the tourist card. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpfull. The common areas look and feel quite dated but the room was fresh, modern and clean If I am in Madrid and don't plan on staying in the hotel much just like this trip... then I will be back to NH Madrid. Worth noting hotel has free wi-fi, free airport shuttle but at kind of specific times, hair dryer in the bathroom, and the room I stayed in only had a shower(I dont use the bathtub, but for those who do.) There is a pre-stocked mini-fridge that COSTS but has some water and soda inside.

Fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel, pois tinha um voo logo cedo no dia seguinte. Escolhi o hotel principalmente pela proximidade com o aeroporto e pelo serviço de transfer, e foi, sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha dentro desses critérios, trazendo muita praticidade e comodidade. Na ida ao aeroporto, inclusive, não sabíamos que era necessário reservar o horário do transfer. Ao chegarmos, a van já estava cheia, mas, mesmo assim, a equipe foi extremamente solícita e prontamente chamou um táxi exclusivamente para mim e meu marido, demonstrando um cuidado e atenção diferenciados com o hóspede. O café da manhã é bem completo, com produtos de qualidade, e o quarto, apesar de compacto, é confortável e atende muito bem às necessidades para uma estadia curta.

Well used property, but still in decent shape. Decent breakfast. Decent room. Horrible bed, the bed was so hard it was impossible to sleep comfortably on it, I’m not exaggerating much if they threw out the bed and just put sheets on the floor it wouldn’t make much difference. If you value sleep highly I would look elsewhere.

It was a great choice, all you need for a transfer when traveling and even a longer stay. Very close from the Barajas airport, punctual timing of the bus shuttle, clean, modern and very helpful staff. Particularly I Remeber the Mr Alfonso at the check in desk, extremely helpful, kind and provided quick solution to requests. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Again, another super stay at the NH Hotel Madrid Airport, from the free shuttle but to the amazingly helpful and attentive staff this hotel is always my first choice when in Madrid, thank you to everyone. Walking distance to the metro station El Capricho and around a 25-minute journey into central Madrid. In the local area there are many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets for your essentials. All in all, best value for money when you want to be near the airport, I'll be back.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe des Flughafens, jedoch weit genug weg, um keinen Fluglärm zu hören. Eine U-Bahn-Station ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und man erreicht innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten das Stadtzentrum. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein größerer Laden ist innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Für den Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss man im Hotel anrufen und das Shuttle bestellen. Leider mussten wir hier fast eine Stunde warten, bis das Shuttle uns abholen kam. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Leider war das Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert. Sämtliche Geräusche vom Bürgersteig waren im Zimmer laut zu hören und auch die Wärmeisolierung war nicht besonders gut.

An excellent location close to the airport with free shuttle or €25 to Terminal 4 in a taxi as i wanted to go before 5am, would be less to the other terminals. High quality facilities, and extreme friendly and helpful staff. A 5 minute walk to the nearest metro stop El Capricho, from where its about 25 minutes to the central area for €2 each way. There are bars and restaurants right near the hotel and even a very handy little supermarket near too.

The hotel was fine for spending a night. At the front desk, the clerk gave me two breakfast coupons, so I thought it would be included in the morning and we did (not eating anything except a cup of tea and one egg.) Then at the check out the front desk clerk asked me to pay almost $36.00 euros for the breakfast. Should I know about that, I would not touch them since I could spend my money better with hot breakfast at the airport.

The hotel was great for a hotel near the Madrid Airport. However, when we checked in we were told we would have a free breakfast before our very early morning flight back to the States. We only had a few moments to grab a roll and drink half a cup of coffee, then we were told the charge was 34 euros. I paid that because the shuttle was waiting for us to board, but my friend and I felt very misled and could have eaten at the airport for much less!
