I stayed here for 3 days for a work trip, while the staff truly made the experience great with their kindness and helpfulness, the facilities could use some improvement. Every team member went out of their way to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, the exceptional service made up for the shortcomings in facilities, but a few updates would make it even better.

Hotel with a basic but comfortable standard. Cosy area around. Lots of options for food, coffee etc. in walking distance. Subway station to the airport and city center is nearby as well. Also walkable located close to the city center. All together: practical and perfect for a citytrip.

We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. Hôtel impeccable. Très propre, le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle salle de bain et une grande douche. L’hôtel est très bien situé...nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a une rue piétonne pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping et vous êtes à 10mn de la Grande Via. Petit déjeuner continental simple...avec une bonne tortillas 😁. Bref c'était parfait !!

Mesmo no quarto andar eu ouvia todo o movimento da rua, mesmo nas madrugadas. Existem opções mais vantajosas em Madrid principalmente na região da Gran Via. Nao foi uma boa relação custo e benefício.

Beautiful looking room but lacked some essentials. No coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. No conditioner for shower. Windows were not soundproofed and the street outside was very noisy at night. Neighbourhood was great though, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

This place is a good, if not great, place to stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast didn't have everything, but covered what we needed. Local area was a bit noisy and the external soundproofing wasn't that good. Excellent restaurants in the area, especially La Musa on the same street. It was about 30 mins walk from the main sights which was easy.

Em relação a internet não tenho nada a reclamar pois funcionou perfeitamente. Atendimento da equipe sempre perfeito mas o único porém é em relação ao café da manhã. Fiquei hospedado por 4 dias e todos os dias era servido as mesmas opções de comida no café. Ficou enjoativo, fora isso tudo muito bom!

O cafe da manha é razoavel nao tem muita variedade. O quarto é super confortavel para duas pessoas, o unico porém é que nao tem frigobar no quarto caso queira guardar algo. A localizaçao é otima. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Hôtel impeccable. Très propre, le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle salle de bain et une grande douche. L’hôtel est très bien situé...nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a une rue piétonne pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping et vous êtes à 10mn de la Grande Via. Petit déjeuner continental simple...avec une bonne tortillas 😁. Bref c'était parfait !!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and not cramped. The shower was great--with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The pillows were fluffy!! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it smelled amazing.
