Nice pool to enjoy with tables and loungers along the pool side. 2 min walk to the beach thats lined with many dining options and souvenirs to he bought! Restaurants near by have loungers amd umbrellas to rent or included after you eat from them! The hotel can book a boat tour for you or arrange a more affordable way to the airport!

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast is plentiful and includes local dishes. The pool is quite nice and comfortable. If course, the beach is only 2 minutes walk and the sand which is black because of the volcano is magical.

Nice hotel in Perissa, a two-minute walk to the beach and to the bus station to Fira (buses have a chaotic schedule but they do come and get you where you want to go). I travelled solo, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for 10 euros. Lovely, relaxing swimming pool but the sea and the beach are right there. Thank you for a good stay!

Great atmosphere and very familiar place. The owner is really nice, available, and always there if anything is needed. The room was nice and just right. The beach is extremely close and so are all the restaurants and transportation if needed. Breakfast is very well varied and rich with all you need. Definitely recommend coming and staying here.

O quarto que cheirava a mofo, mas era bom. O banheiro foi muito decepcionante, a cortina da ducha era velha, mofada e cheirava mal, a sanita cheirava mal e eu pedi para que colocassem algum produto e não colocaram e a pia do banheiro estava super entupida e alem disso, não trocaram as nossas toalhas durante 4 dias! O Ponto positivo: a localização, excelente!

Avevamo scelto questo Hotel anche per il punteggio meraviglioso, ma non corrisponde al vero, abbiamo soggiornto 5 notti: pulizia scarsa ogni giorno non ci veniva dato il sapone e il docciasciampo che avevamo usato, gli asciugamani usati non venivano cambiati, 1 giorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera, le lenzuola poco pulite erano macchiate, 1 giorno ci mettono solo le lenzuola piegate sul letto abbiamo dovuto fare il letto noi, la doccia allagava il pavimento del bagno la tenda della doccia non tratteneva, spesso nel bagno vi era odore di fogna. 1 giorno entra la donna per rifare la camera mentre siamo in stanza chiediamo di aspettare ma non parlano inglese solo greco, siamo stati costretti ad andare nel balcone. La colazione è scarsa, non esistono i croissant!!!, non esiste lo yogurt, il latte è solo freddo, il caffè di pessima qualità , gli affettati è solo il prosciutto cotto di bassa qualità e puzzolente. Tovaglie a colazione macchiate e non cambiate. Deludente non soggiorneremo più.

Lovely and charming hotel super close to the beach. Great breakfast. My only complaint was that in my 5 nights there sheets were never changed and the extra warm blanket available hadn't been washed from the previous guests.

The hotel is quaint and vintage but pretty clean. We are a family of 5 with three small children ages 1,3, and 5 and we all fit confortably in the family room. My kids loved the wading pool which was small but perfect for their size. The one year old couldnt touch the bottom but my 3 and 5 year old could. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the tour. The front desk receptionist said my kids could do most of the tour except maybe the volcano. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL TOUR IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. She was right about the 1.2km hike up a steep hill to the volcano. But she failed to mention you are expected to jump off the boat and swim to some hot springs in the ocean. They give you a pool noodle but unless you are a strong swimmer (and i dont know many small children who are) you shouldnt attempt this. If i really was going to do that with my kids i would need to put them on a raft and push them out to see it. They couldnt even get in bc theyre so young. The next stop is a small fishing villiage, also at the top of a very steep hill. Also not kid friendly. To top it off, we spent most of the day listening to Abba on a glass bottomed boat showing blue water but no fish or anything else. The tour guide couldnt be bothered to explain any local soghts or history-she was too busy chatting on her phone. We wasted 8 hours of our lives on this tour. When i got back to the hotel and told her what a flop it was and thatwe left early, she just shregged her shoulders.

This was a quick overnight stay before leaving beautiful Santorini. Vivi was lovely and upgraded my room which was clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit small but I managed! Vivi was sweet to make me coffee, which I don’t drink, and insisted I take cake good the flight. It was a short but pleasant stay.

The hotel is quaint and vintage but pretty clean. We are a family of 5 with three small children ages 1,3, and 5 and we all fit confortably in the family room. My kids loved the wading pool which was small but perfect for their size. The one year old couldnt touch the bottom but my 3 and 5 year old could. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the tour. The front desk receptionist said my kids could do most of the tour except maybe the volcano. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL TOUR IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. She was right about the 1.2km hike up a steep hill to the volcano. But she failed to mention you are expected to jump off the boat and swim to some hot springs in the ocean. They give you a pool noodle but unless you are a strong swimmer (and i dont know many small children who are) you shouldnt attempt this. If i really was going to do that with my kids i would need to put them on a raft and push them out to see it. They couldnt even get in bc theyre so young. The next stop is a small fishing villiage, also at the top of a very steep hill. Also not kid friendly. To top it off, we spent most of the day listening to Abba on a glass bottomed boat showing blue water but no fish or anything else. The tour guide couldnt be bothered to explain any local soghts or history-she was too busy chatting on her phone. We wasted 8 hours of our lives on this tour. When i got back to the hotel and told her what a flop it was and thatwe left early, she just shregged her shoulders.

Nice hotel in Perissa, a two-minute walk to the beach and to the bus station to Fira (buses have a chaotic schedule but they do come and get you where you want to go). I travelled solo, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for 10 euros. Lovely, relaxing swimming pool but the sea and the beach are right there. Thank you for a good stay!

Great atmosphere and very familiar place. The owner is really nice, available, and always there if anything is needed. The room was nice and just right. The beach is extremely close and so are all the restaurants and transportation if needed. Breakfast is very well varied and rich with all you need. Definitely recommend coming and staying here.

Avevamo scelto questo Hotel anche per il punteggio meraviglioso, ma non corrisponde al vero, abbiamo soggiornto 5 notti: pulizia scarsa ogni giorno non ci veniva dato il sapone e il docciasciampo che avevamo usato, gli asciugamani usati non venivano cambiati, 1 giorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera, le lenzuola poco pulite erano macchiate, 1 giorno ci mettono solo le lenzuola piegate sul letto abbiamo dovuto fare il letto noi, la doccia allagava il pavimento del bagno la tenda della doccia non tratteneva, spesso nel bagno vi era odore di fogna. 1 giorno entra la donna per rifare la camera mentre siamo in stanza chiediamo di aspettare ma non parlano inglese solo greco, siamo stati costretti ad andare nel balcone. La colazione è scarsa, non esistono i croissant!!!, non esiste lo yogurt, il latte è solo freddo, il caffè di pessima qualità , gli affettati è solo il prosciutto cotto di bassa qualità e puzzolente. Tovaglie a colazione macchiate e non cambiate. Deludente non soggiorneremo più.

Lovely and charming hotel super close to the beach. Great breakfast. My only complaint was that in my 5 nights there sheets were never changed and the extra warm blanket available hadn't been washed from the previous guests.

The location was very good and 2 mins walking distance to black sand beach. Loads of restaurants nearby which are open up until very late. We checked in very late at 11:30PM as we arrived in a late flight. But the staff was waiting for our arrival and invited us and gave a cup of juice to everyone. They also arranged our boat trip and it was excellent and very economical.
