Downtown Historic Charmer - Walk to State Capitol

Charming little house. It’s super close to the music and arts brewing, which is also where you start the wine walk. Very kind hosts as well.

Lovely home built in 1905 with modern everything. We wanted a comfortable house close enough into town to travel easily when we were done with our kids sporting events in town. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, clear instructions for everything and even a nice cold pitcher of water in the fridge! The bedding and towels were all nice, clean and comfortable and high quality, and we felt very welcome in the home. I actually think the ad undersells the property. I stayed with 2, 13 year old boys and my husband and everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and relax without being on top of each other. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area . They also had a lovely card welcoming with snacks and enough coffee for the morning making it so we didn’t have to make an extra stop at the store. I highly recommend this property.

The house was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, spices, etc, and we were able to easily make Christmas dinner as well as bake with everything already on-hand. The owner had lots of nice touches such as laundry baskets, welcome snacks, and sleds we could borrow. Definitely recommend!

The house is superb, everything was in working order. The instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. Everything exceeded my expectations!
