We had to go back to office to get a working key for door: they door jams and hard to own at times/ they need to fix the parking lot so many big holes like Swiss cheese! 8”I’m sure they can afford to replace it

Fairly clean, everything seemed to work but the tv (it went off after using 15min and then on in the middle of the night) but maintenance was able to fix tv next day. There were very large pot holes in the drive and parking areas.

When we arrived we were stunned to find the motel had no parking lot. The entire lot was ripped up and under construction. No notification was sent to us of this change. Amazingly unprofessional. The hotel should have been closed during the construction. Instead, we were told to park far away from our room and to walk through dangerously unlevel dirt to get to our rooms with two young children and two elderly grandparents. We were then woken each morning at 7am by heavy machinery feet from our windows and got to enjoy the fumes and noise and muddy puddles and danger of being run over by bulldozers during our stay. Most construction zones require hard hats, but at this Motel 6 you can wander around freely. Staff offered no apology or extra accommodations to mitigate the ludicrous situation. I had to rescue a frail old lady who was stuck trying to navigate her way through the “parking lot” without tripping and falling. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

The only complaint I have is your parking lot!!! The parking lot is completely AWFUL!!! It’s like a game driving through that parking lot trying to dodge the enormous potholes. I actually twisted my ankle getting out of my car because I fell in a pothole!!! It is seriously the most ridiculous thing ever!!! If I were to not come back the reason would be because of your dangerous ridiculous pothole filled parking lot. The motel itself absolutely Wonderful!!!! The staff, they are absolutely Wonderful!!!! Location wonderful!!! Seriously the only terrible part is the parking lot!!!!

Well never had a motel bed that was a single cheesy mattress no box spring and layed on a thin board would have liked a coffee maker in the rooms for own convenience. Front office coffee , blah. You say deluxe room usually room has an extra chair and carpet . Parking lot was a disgrace. Large pot holes ,after driving long hours and getting to destination. Room was generally spotless until you opened the sheets. Filthy and more filth; I suspect that the bed sheets and pillows were not changed at all. How did I know? Hair that does not belong to mine was on the pillow; I opened up the blankets and found other strands of foreign hair on the bed.

Bed bugs. We got eatin alive. Motel staff took pictures of our bites. They put us in another room. Staff told me the churches sometimes rent rooms to homeless people and homeless bring whatever with them. This freaked me out... i expect a refund...

The room was OK for me but my wife felt the pillow was too soft. The WiFi was OK but dropped off. I wonder why they have smart TVs that you can't connect to the WiFi? We walked to meals and found it was a nice (but long) walk to the down town area. There is closer options. We have been using Motel 6 more and this one was better than most.

My husband and I had stayed here with one bed listed as queen. It was not. It was a double. Next trip w/friend & myself: Can't rent accessible room with 2 beds, so rented regular room w/2 beds. Tiny and over crowded! One bed was literally pushed up against the air conditioner. Literally one foot between beds and second bed was 6 inches from the wall. No room to use wheelchair, had to use walker and that had to be parked at the end of the bed, so couldn't pass by it. The room was clean and we appreciated the fridge, micro, and coffee in room. We will not stay here again with walker or wheelchair. My husband & I will not stay here again because of undersized queen advertised as queen.

That bed was not comfortable. And though there were blackout curtains, they were hung too far from the wall and allowed a ton of light I to the room from all sides. As this is a well lit area at night, I found it too bright to get a good sleep (and this after a 500 mile motorcycle ride that day so I was very tired).

I stayed there for four days and out of those four days not one day did they come and clean ! I was out of toilet paper, all the trash cans were full and all my towels were dirty. I went to the office to ask if i could please get a cleaning lady to the room on my 3 night. We left to sight see and when we came back NOTHING WAS CLEANED ! So we had to go back and ask the office lady if i could just get toilet paper and towels. Horrible service! I will never be staying here again . Only reason we did was because not many options in carson when booking .

the first night I was put into a room with 2 beds because I requested a downstairs room. they were very nice about it and gave me the room at no additional charge. I discovered that I would need a room for a second night and they had me change rooms the next day to a room with a single bed. the problem was that the tv in the second room didn't work. I tried calling the office and there was no answer, so I walked to the office and found it was locked and a sign that said they would be back in 10 minutes. I decided to just watch videos on my iPad. Also discovered the WIFI signal in the second room was not that great, but it was good enough to get the job done.

Property was fine, our room was located towards the back so it was quiet. The reason why I felt it was unsafe is because when we arrived at our room, I noticed a couple of men walking around between the hotel property and the property next door with many cars that looked repossessed. Wished that we could have been able to park our vehicle in front of our room.

I liked how this motel is driving distance to the main strip w plenty of restaurants and casinos. There's even the Carson City Mint so that was a sight to see. Parking is plenty.

Great location and room was clean & comfortable. However, in back part of motel, while well lite, there were people loitering in parking lot and did not feel safe. Maybe fencing the area between the gas station and rear entrance and closing the rear entrance. A private security patrol may help.

Clean but needs updated bad, pool was fun staff very nice, some scary people roaming around all hours of the day would not stay alone to scary. If updates done and some work on keeping homeless of property I think it could be a great place to visit again

Hotel was clean, coffee served in the lobby every morning. Not very walkable, the fan rattled so was not effective for dealing with noise of other travelers. We were by the stairs so we heard everyone rolling in late, leaving early. Not a bad option for the price point

It was a bit spartan, but after all, it was Motel 6. Great value and very clean. There were a few "low-life" characters staying there, but they didn't bother anyone and you had to check in at night thru a security night window....none of which gave you a feeling of security. The bed was good and the shower was excellent. No breakfast, but had coffee in the lobby. Several people had dogs, so pets must be okay.

Bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the morning, fridge & microwave were nice extras. I was worried about street noise, which there was, but room fan drowned it out very well. No breakfast but staff was nice. Location was very convenient.

Easy check in & out. The clerks were courteous and professional. I locked myself out and they asked questions to make sure it was my room. Plenty of lighting at night, parking lot however needs to be worked on. I didn’t have a bad experience but for what I paid for it should have been better. There was a small refrigerator and small microwave. Would have been nice if there was a coffee pot as well. You could say lesson learned
