Clean and quiet. Also has a convenient store that has snacks and drinks.

No water pressure in the shower. barely enough pressure to wash and rinse hair. nice to have kitchen but no products to use in kitchen. No pool or hot tub. Terrible food option!

$27 fee for pets. Everything was immaculately clean. Normal size fridge with built in ice maker was great. Bed was comfortable. Felt comfortable walking my dogs around at night around the hotel. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen includes no cooking or eating utensils. Grill was out of propane and I was told that I could go buy one.

Hotel was great. Room was wonderful. Staff excellent. Would be nice to have more than a dirt spot across the street for the dogs to go potty but it is what it is. It can be worked with & we will stay there again.

The place was nice. Couple things I did have issues with. The room smelled like feet every time the AC would come on. No maid service, you have to bring your towels down in a basket everyday if you want a new sets. There's no one at the front desk most of the time. I do like that they have coin laundry but they never have change so i can laundry. Other than that, It was an ok stay, if you're out all day and just need a shower and sleep.

We (me, Trophy husband) are on a two month road trip and anchored ourselves in Carson City for five nights over the 4th of July weekend. This was adequate for our needs. Pros: Two queen beds to spread out. A kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, sink and plenty of storage. Bathroom was sizeable and we both had room to spread out our stuff. Drawers to put away clothes. TV with a sleep timer (big plus for Trophy husband) and some premium channels when you are peopled out and want to zone. On site laundry room ($2 per wash). Cons: This property is right next to the 580. I am a light sleeper so my sound machine was a must and worked great but if you're a light sleeper this might be an issue for you. The laundry takes quarters but the front desk doesn't give change. Neither does the AM/PM across the street so we ended up at the car wash down the street to get quarters. It was be a very nice perk if the front desk helped with change. Those cabinets in the kitchen are completely empty. You must bring everything to cook/eat with. I was prepared but heard one poor mom unprepared and heading to Walmart to buy stuff to cook her food with. Overall this place worked well for our needs. If we ever find ourselves back in Carson City for an extended stay we'd consider staying again. Side note to management. Employees parking in the primer parking spots at the front was noticed by a few people who would have loved to park closer to load/unload.

On our way to vacation cabin and needed lodging with facilities for keeping lots of food cold or frozen. Standard size refrig. with freezer in room was perfect. Realize we could make sm amt of ice on room, bit hotel having ice maker would have been appreciated.

I arrived around midnight and found a bathtub and bathroom floor covered in black hairs. In the morning, I let the front desk know and was told that it would be taken care of. The manager called me and let me know that it was apparently due to a clogged drain. When I came back to my room that afternoon, most of the hair and crud had been cleaned out of the bottom of the bathtub but there was still hair on other bathroom surfaces. They did not fix the clogged drain so the water came up past my ankles every time I took a shower. They didn't do any other housekeeping (making bed etc) that day which was odd. I really had to question the cleanliness of the entire room and ended up sleeping on top of the comforter all week. I also didn't have hot water one evening. Manager has not been responsive answering calls for promised resolution. The hotel was in a good location and was pretty quiet; if it wasn't for these issues I would recommend staying there. I would have been satisfied with this stay had they resolved the dirty bathroom issue.

Great staff and spotless hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Wonderful having the large fridge and studio kitchen even though we didn’t cook.

Pros:Quiet, easy parking. Great room size, clean property. Really enjoyed the full size refrigerator, stove too & Toaster Cons: shower had A LOT of hair in the tub and shower curtain. Went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect. Although it has a kitchenette and small stove top there are no pots,pans, cooking supplies. etc (bring your own)

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were so glad they had some frozen dinners on sale in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. We had to leave early and they had fresh coffee for us in the lobby.

The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but the sheets were nice with four pillows of different stiffness‘s.The toilet was short in height and the paper was rough and small like not the normal size you find most places. The window covering is not a blackout curtain. The particular room I was in had every amenity someone could want on vacation, refrigerator microwave stove second sink TV Phone air-conditioning. The check-in staff were pretty nice. The woman working the counter on the a.m. shift woke me at 7am with her laughter because my room was on the first floor 40 feet from the front desk. I heard no one else my entire stay, but that one employee. Personally, I would not stay here again. I might also add when I exited my room that loud employee quickly hid something behind her back and looked mortified as I walked past her. A few hours later outside as I walk by her she was using foul language to talk to another associate about a neighboring town. I think if I would have been on any other floor, my stay would have been great. Lots of parking and easy freeway access.

It was a nice place, seems very clean and lots of amenities bells & whistles in the rooms/kitchenettes until I got bed bugs crawling on me later which also hitched a ride home on my luggage. We rented two rooms, one did not have a coffee pot on the coffee machine, was kind of annoying, but we stayed two nights & left.

Newer hotel with large carpet stains in the hallways. Beds pretty uncomfortable. Pretty clean other than all of that.

all of us barely slept due to the strong nosiness from AC, refrigerator and outsides traffics. it is next to the express way, but the noisiness isolation is terrible! the curtain for a window is too cheap and small to block the light.

Amazing the bed was so comfortable, tv channels were excellent, AC was so fresh, bathroom was amazing to get ready in “lighting” was perfect overall 10/10

TV doesn’t work right. It won’t even come on! The Front desk woman & I tried to fix it but couldn’t! Finally got 3 channels - Disney cartoons & espn & discovery- that’s it! Also the chain that operates the window shade barely works! I loved having the recliner! Very comfortable & a nice addition. Thanks.

Good basic accomodations for travelers. Convenient location to access downtown and interstate.

Please don’t book this place expecting a kitchenette to cook in. There’s ZERO dishes, pans, cups, glasses or silverware. NOTHING! It does not explain this in the description. The wifi didn’t work, again, as a home away from home expectation, this was pretty poor. It was out for 5 days. They advertise great free great wifi. Surely in this day and age it would have been fixed within a day or two? Staff were rude and ignorant. Even full on swearing on multiple occasions. That’s if you could find a staff member as the front office was always empty. The staff sat in a back room munching on their food. They’re highly inconvenienced should you want anything. Don’t expect to sleep in. The cleaners like to use empty bedrooms for storing items and restocking their carts. Oh and to eat their breakfast. They like to keep the door ajar with the metal bar thingie so everytime they’d come and go you’d hear a lovely door slam each time. I could go on with more but I think you’ll get the gist.

It is a fairly new hotel, good freeway access, very clean, good price. My sister stayed on 3rd floor on end unit, the room next door you could hear the man snoring thru thin walls. My nephew stayed on second floor and end and was awakened by foot stomping above. so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Wear ear plugs!

The front desk clerk, Courtney, greeted me, was very friendly, attentive, and overall great to work with. The room was very spacious allowing for my husband's electric wheelchair (we did book the mobility room) and was very clean. The kitchenette area was great & included a full size fridge with freezer that had an ice maker. We had our service dog with us and the area around the hotel was great to walk her, was well lit,& I felt very safe at night. We will stay here again

The room itself was very nice and clean; however, the door to our room (Room 107) was literally IN the hotel lobby, and they said there were no other rooms available. When you walk into the hotel front door, our room door was right there! My 12-year-old and I heard every single conversation in the lobby all night/morning, and we heard the phone ringing at the front desk throughout the night. Couple this with the fact that the room door doesn't even go all the way to the floor, and it was so loud! I finally shoved a bath towel under the door, which helped a tiny bit. The other issue was that the website said that breakfast was "available." I expected that it would be an additional cost, and it was, but the only option was basically a convenience store selection of cereal, yogurt, and microwavable burritos...and there weren't even utensils available to eat the food.

When I came to check in, the lady at the desk didn’t acknowledge me. I told her I needed to check in and she said she was busy. She disappeared, I wanted about 15 minutes and I decided to go get a coffee. When I came back there was another lady there who checked me in. Upon arriving to the room I knew I wouldn’t be back. It smelt like old stale cigarettes and just as an old model would smell. A few days later I had ask the front desk to provide toilet paper, switch out the towels and get the trash. They said they don’t do that, I’d have to go get my towels and switch them out with them and I could come back later for toilet paper. I booked this based off reviews and I will not come back.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, always accommodating and always asking if we need assistance with anything. I was extremely pleased with the hotel room itself. And have a two burner stove, full refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Both beds were super clean with extra pillows and the bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair even though it was not a handicap bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is what hospitality should be. I enjoyed my stay and especially the kind manager Chelsea and David and Shaun. Good people.

One of the clerks was a snot. She make we wish I had never stopped there. If you want clean bath towels, you have to go get them. Hampton Inn should thank you. I normally stay there. As friend talked me into trying My Place. This make two stays for me My FIRST, AND MY LASt

The hotel was great, but one staff member ruined the stay. We got a late checkout (noon) from the desk attendant on the night shift. I saw her enter it in while I was biting a soda. At 11:20 the next morning, I got a call that checkout was at 11:00. I explained we had a late checkout, and the woman in the phone said, “We do not do that for Sunday checkouts” and something else about how that is not “their” issue to police late checkouts. Not sure who the “they” was….may housekeeping or a manager? We were about ready to go anyway, but stayed until 11:50 & left the housekeeper a nice tip-in case the woman on the phone was her boss. The woman on the phone was SO rude. Rest if desk staff was great.

Was a perfect place for our stay. All the young ladies who covered the front desk were so kind and professional. Courtney was great checking us in and Heather was so kind also. We also saw one other young woman at night covering the night shift, but can’t remember her name. We were able to do laundry, $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Perfect home base to explore all the fun things to do in the surrounding areas.

Service at the front desk depended very much on who was there. When trying to check out, waited at the front desk for ten minutes for someone to show up. All three of the staff I spoke to asking for help, couldn’t help me until someone finally arrived. There was no sign at the desk with instructions on what to do if no one was there.

Clean, comfortable establishment. Love the kitchenette but customers who stay here will need to know that they must supply everything from silverware to a pot or pan if you intend on cooking anything. Front desk staff availability could definitely use improvement. Also, after a night out, we arrived back at My Place around 11:30 PM. We were able to walk right in to the front office area where there was no staff anywhere in sight. We then went right up to the third floor, thus making it possible for literally anyone to wander freely about the property. I will say, that is a bit unnerving. About 20 minutes later, my roommate went back down to the lobby to ask if they had any utensils (plastic forks, spoons, etc.), and again there was no one there. She called as instructed on the lobby phone three times and there was no answer. Perhaps management can do something about this security and staffing issue. Other than that, the room was sufficient, and I did enjoy the full-size refrigerator as I was able to empty my cooler and keep everything nice and cool overnight until I repacked it the next morning

Someone opened our door at 8pm. We were resting and had tv on. And a guy opened our locked door!! He said the front desk gave him that room and his key opened our occupied room. When i told the front desk. The lady said oh it wasn't me??! No one cared

It was clean, roomy, and we would have stayed longer if our trip didn't warrant leaving. The driving access to it is AWKWARD, and leaving to go into downtown Carson City is even more awkward! But that is no fault of My Place.

Didn’t understand why there was a cooking burner but nothing to cook in. There was a full size refrigerator but no paper plates or utensils. It seems to me this discourages cooking in room. So why have the stove & refrig? Other than my curiosity, the room and staff was very nice. Our stay was pleasant.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. My only complaint is the food they offer for "convenience" in their little store. All processed crap. Nothing even close to real food. They didn\'t even bread (whole wheat or whole grain would have been nice). The yogurt didn\'t even have the gut friendly bacteria that makes yogurt healthy just sugar. Instead it was the same old fat, salt and sugar crap.

My Space is a great new find for me! I loved everything and when I stay again, I know I have laundry services available. I would have liked disposal cutlery available. I brought dinner meal, but needed a fork. Also, my room faced the parking lot and a bright street light. The window shade did not fully block that light. I tried to work the shade to gain better room darkening which I value, to no avail. Great staff! Great hitel!
