The lobby was hot, the evening shift desk clerk didn’t speak English, there was no breakfast The luggage trolley was held together by a phone cord. I guess the birthing was I needed a handicap room and they had them all rented to year round residents. Not a good visit

The deadbolt was broken made us feel unsafe, no blanket on the bed only a top sheet with a hole in it and a decorative sheet. We were cold all night. Room had spackle on the walls and someone smeared glitter on walls. Very dumpy, halls felt dirty and tile in elevator broken.

Dirty, noisy, musty smell, broken toilet sit, the smoke alarm was detached and placed on the side, elevator was not working… Area is not good, it didn’t feel safe. I got a smoke free room, but it smelled like smoke inside and especially on the hallway. Don’t expect breakfast, I didn’t see any (not that I even wanted to touch it).

First room they gave me had no bathroom door and the tv was defective. Second room they transferred me to was a bit better, but I would have a chat with the cleaners if I was the manager. Vending machines were all empty. One little pot of coffee in the morning was all that this place offered. For the price, I wouldn't expect alot but at least if the place was a bit cleaner, it may have been ok.

Nice hotel with potential BUT the sink leaks and the elevator doesnt feel safe and hallway smells weird. Staff was nice and friendly as always.

The elevator emergency phone was hanging out and not properly placed. Made me wonder if it would even work in an emergency? All of the tiles in the elevator needs to be replaced, and all of the filth on the elevator walls need to be cleaned. Something was smeared all over the elevator wall, and had been for a while because it was crusty. The whole entire building had a stale pee smell.. Including all of the linens.

First thing you see when pulling up is prostitutes and crackheads. Some staff are nice others are whatever. Elevator is in need of TLC. Stairwell is humid and smells like feet. Vending machines are empty and no breakfast. Now for the bad parts: • Trash cans only cleaned once in a week long stay • Bed sheets never cleaned/fixed • Shower has one setting, hot. • Only got new towels once in a week • 3 nights in a row keycard for room didn’t work and had to go to lobby desk several times to get it fixed • Floors were sticky • Air condition falling apart • Bed frame sounds like lightning striking when laying down • The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in • Dog across the hall barking • Hallways were dirty and hot/humid • Gross stains on the floor • Too much money for the quality Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

this place is gross - dirty floors, bathrooms, incense burning in the lobby and no A/C in the hallways of the third floor. I would skip it worst stay I've had in a long time. lastly I would recommend that the staff shouldn't smoke a the front door of the hotel. It's was gross to have that blown on you when coming in. the room floor was visibly dirty, paint was peeling off walls in bathroom and there was a hole in wall.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel for any reason. Sadly I will never stay at a red roof inn or use this app to book any hotels ever. I’m a seasoned traveler and I didn’t read previous reviews as I was passing through. The hotel was extremely dirty and my room had Urine all over the floor. This room had not been cleaned for weeks I’m sure. I got a wet towel and used my sandals to clean up the floor and I was amazed and grossed out by how dirty this place was. I had by then already contacted front desk and he couldn’t accommodate me to another room, I brought him over to my room and he said it was dirty and wanted to bring me a deodorizer. This place is a mess and I don’t know why red roof inn brand doesn’t do anything about it. Also there was dogs paw prints on the bed sheets, excrement on the bathroom walls, hair and nasty stuff all over the floors. $100 lost. Left over strawberries in the fridge tell you they don’t even bother to clean this dump of a hotel.

Vile. I’ve stayed in hotels in five continents and never have I seen conditions this poor. Have I not been so drop dead tired I would’ve asked for my money back and gone elsewhere.Moldcovering air conditioner ,floor is not cleaned,etc The smell was atrocious. I’ve stayed in Barnes that smelt better and were Cleaner.

I had to clean the room and buy sheets and towels so we could sleep. I did not sleep because I was affraid. The room across us the door had marks of being forced open. The whole place was dirty and smelly.

I booked a king smoking ended up with a double smoking! The first room was FILTHY from the refrigerator to the brown stuff on the wall! Ik it was smoking but the room was engulfed in cigarette smoke!!!!!! Stains on bed coveres AND sheets!

The room we stayed in looked nice on the surface however sheets were burnt with holes. The wall had a hole over the plug and whatever they washed the bedding in had us itching. The hallway was nasty and the hotel stunk to high heavens one night was all we could do.

Door lock didn't work and the guy seemed to know it, but he had gave me the key anyway. The solution was "let me know if you need back in and I'll come unlock it. Also a dead beetle was in the bathroom. Otherwise it looks just like the pics. Tub is very small for a 6ft guy.

The facility had blood on the sheets, fleas in rooms, windows leaked water into rooms, staff rude about the flea concern and my wheelchair bound son being covered in bites. No refund for our stay and having to talk with corporate.

I spilled dog food from my service dog when door hit cart when to front desk to let then know. He just looked at me and cut me a dirt look. Had to pay $50 deposit for room a day that you dont get back for 1-2 to days. If you don’t check at exactly 11a they keep it and charge you $309.Room Floor was Filthy had to use washcloth and bar soap to clean it. I’m scared to open my bags curtain were Burnt for cigarettes. Elevator has cracked title and Hallways Filthy. Beautiful Pics online for Crackhead Hotel drove 7 1/2 hrs for This!!!!

The property is under renovation so dont let the outside looks sway you away. The rooms are beautiful and updated. I have appointments in that area twice a week so I'm there often. But it's the staff that I have enjoyed. They are friendly and attentive every time I have stayed.

The hotel smelled horrible the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks stains on the bed covers and last but certainly not least the lady that checked us in was rude and nasty as if she didn’t want to be bothered I have no photos I kept telling myself just one night you will be cursing tomorrow one last thing we checked in on a Friday the 15th that Saturday we checked out that staff member was really pleasant

Front desk wouldn't give a receipt, no breakfast was served, the remote volume didn't work, stained cover, the mirror had finger prints all over also a big bag full of trash and a 2nd one half full outside in the hallway, not good shower pressure ,but what i did like was that it was quiet, and everything close by for shopping, or getting something to eat

I was allowed to check in early, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy, and the sheets and towels had stains. There are about 15 hotels within 200 yards of this hotel, so I would chose another.

The room had a jacuzzi and it was so nasty we didn't use it, they only provided a small bar soap. They only had coffee up front not in the room and they only offered powder cream and real sugar, no sugar substitute. There was no Bible in the room. I have stayed in a red roof inn before,but this one gave them a bad name. Will not stay in another red roof inn.
