I did not receive the code to access the property ahead of time, so I had to call someone to let me in. Also, I had a basement room, which is not what I wanted or reserved. When I called (three times) to ask if I could change, no one picked up. The basement rooms have no natural light, so you’re in the dark/have to turn the lights on in the morning. I will not stay here again.

Very convenient, well-located, and quiet place to stay. I'd stay again. The check-in is handled remotely but easy to navigate. The kitchen is convenient, minimally but quite workably equipped. There's a Rewe 3 minutes away. A tram stop just around the corner. A nice patio for relaxing morning or evening. A good corner room with bottled water, toothpaste, and sundries to buy in a pinch.

Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable 3 nights stay. Lots of windows for some fresh air. Use WhatsApp for quick and easy communication with the staff to reserve your parking spot. The parking entrance is a bit hidden, would easily missed for the first time. €15/night Laundry service available operates via an app. It provides self dispensed laundry detergent within the cycle. Close to tram station. Many grocery stores within 5 min walking distance.
