This hotel is across another one called Universal, which is the one we had to go to check in; weird but ok. Although they provide good driving instructions, it’s difficult to find due to fact that it’s in a very busy road with just a few spots for parking. That said, the hotel offers parking for an extra €19 but it’s very convenient since one can get a ticket by just driving around in town because it’s restricted and camera enforced. The hotel doesn’t have lift, so prepare to climb stairs with your luggage! The room and bathroom was clean but a bit small than the typical hotel rooms. Overall it was good and it served its purpose! We’ll stay here again!

Buenas estancia. Lo único que no me agrado mucho el tener que avisar en la recepción del hotel de enfrente para que nos abran la puerta del garaje cada vez que tenemos que meterlo. Por lo demás todo bien.

C'est un hôtel vraiment bizarre ! La réception n'est pas dans l'hôtel, mais en face qui porte un autre nom que "présente" pour entrer au parking de l'hôtel qui est payant 19€ !!!, Ils doivent vous ouvrir à distance chaque fois, j'ai garré ma voiture à P-2 et pas d'ascenseur ni escalier, il faut remonter comme un véhicule !! L'hôtel non plus de dispose pas d'ascenseur, il faut montrer les escaliers avec les valises en main!!!! L'accès à l'hôtel par GPS n'est pas évident ! Le seul point positif est son emplacement centre ville. Le seul po

El hotel Presidente está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y a unos 30min de la Alhambra. Aparcar por los alrededores es difícil pero tiene Parking de pago. Pero el hotel Presidente es únicamente el lugar donde uno duerme. Es un hotel “unido” al hotel Universal, edificio que está en la acera de en frente. Es en ese edificio donde hay que hacer el check in y desayunar. El edificio no tiene ascensor. La habitación era sencilla pero funcional. El desayuno consta de zumo o fruta tostada o bollería café o te o colacao.

Super centrico, el personal de recepción muy amable, la habitación pequeña pero suficiente, limpio. Lo que mas me gusto es la ubicación hay muchas tiendas al rededor, caminando llegas al centro y a donde pasa el camioncito tipo tuktuk muy recomendable. Hay estacionamiento, tienen acuerdo con el hotel de a un lado y te indican en que cajón estacionarte. Algo importante, no tiene elevador! Importante saberlo porque alguien en silla de ruedas, adultos mayores etc imposible, muchas escaleras para llegar a tu habitación.

La recepción está en el hotel de enfrente y cuando nos dieron las llave y entramos el hotel está en reformas sólo habían unas habitaciones habilitadas para dormir un poco determinadas y por la mañana te encuentras a los albañiles trabajando para mí no fue un problema pero creo que no está bien

L hotel si trova in pieno centro di Granada. Posizione comodissima per girare a piedi la città. La camera all arrivo era abbastanza pulita, ma il giorno successivo ci è stato rifatto solo il letto, non è stata pulita o comunque è stata pulita poco. Nel complesso hotel molto carino, lo consiglio.

Réservation pour une seule nuit. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel situé dans l'hôtel d'en face. Chambre avec grand lit tout à fait un confortables, dur et creusé au centre. Literie un peu ancienne je pense... Climatisation ancienne qui fait beaucoup de bruit ! Le sol avec cheveux et poils, ménage très léger. Petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel d'en face, pas de buffet comme dit dans l'annonce mais juste 1 boisson chaude, 1 jus de fruit, et 1 croissant, le tout au choix.

There wasn’t water the first day until after 5pm. The room was very small, the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way since it stopped with the bathroom sink and the there was a drawer missing. It’s not worth the money and will not stay here again. The only good thing about it was the desk staff who were friendly and helpful.

Quedamos conformes principalmente por la excelente ubicacion, facil acceso a todos los puntos de interes como tambien a las estaciones de tren y bus. La habitacion mas pequeña de lo q mostraba la foto. La recepcion muy amable!!!

They need to be much clearer up front / Online about check in! It was not until I spent an hour, driving around the surrounding streets that I was able to find parking, and begin the search for the hotel. Then, when I got to the building, it was closed with no instructions on the door for after hours check in. But for me having access to my email on the phone, and then using google translate, I would not have known what I was to do.

Then, when I got to the building, it was closed with no instructions on the door for after hours check in. Nice enough and convenient for shops bars sights etc but it would have been useful to know we had to check In across the road and the security door was not working ie it opened without the code. Also I was charged £10 more than advertised on your website.

Super centrico, el personal de recepción muy amable, la habitación pequeña pero suficiente, limpio. Lo que mas me gusto es la ubicación hay muchas tiendas al rededor, caminando llegas al centro y a donde pasa el camioncito tipo tuktuk muy recomendable. Hay estacionamiento, tienen acuerdo con el hotel de a un lado y te indican en que cajón estacionarte. Algo importante, no tiene elevador! Importante saberlo porque alguien en silla de ruedas, adultos mayores etc imposible, muchas escaleras para llegar a tu habitación.

L hotel si trova in pieno centro di Granada. Posizione comodissima per girare a piedi la città. La camera all arrivo era abbastanza pulita, ma il giorno successivo ci è stato rifatto solo il letto, non è stata pulita o comunque è stata pulita poco. Nel complesso hotel molto carino, lo consiglio.

Quedamos conformes principalmente por la excelente ubicacion, facil acceso a todos los puntos de interes como tambien a las estaciones de tren y bus. La habitacion mas pequeña de lo q mostraba la foto. La recepcion muy amable!!!

Réservation pour une seule nuit. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel situé dans l'hôtel d'en face. Chambre avec grand lit tout à fait un confortables, dur et creusé au centre. Literie un peu ancienne je pense... Climatisation ancienne qui fait beaucoup de bruit ! Le sol avec cheveux et poils, ménage très léger. Petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel d'en face, pas de buffet comme dit dans l'annonce mais juste 1 boisson chaude, 1 jus de fruit, et 1 croissant, le tout au choix.

El hotel Presidente está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y a unos 30min de la Alhambra. Aparcar por los alrededores es difícil pero tiene Parking de pago. Pero el hotel Presidente es únicamente el lugar donde uno duerme. Es un hotel “unido” al hotel Universal, edificio que está en la acera de en frente. Es en ese edificio donde hay que hacer el check in y desayunar. El edificio no tiene ascensor. La habitación era sencilla pero funcional. El desayuno consta de zumo o fruta tostada o bollería café o te o colacao.

This hotel is across another one called Universal, which is the one we had to go to check in; weird but ok. Although they provide good driving instructions, it’s difficult to find due to fact that it’s in a very busy road with just a few spots for parking. That said, the hotel offers parking for an extra €19 but it’s very convenient since one can get a ticket by just driving around in town because it’s restricted and camera enforced. The hotel doesn’t have lift, so prepare to climb stairs with your luggage! The room and bathroom was clean but a bit small than the typical hotel rooms. Overall it was good and it served its purpose! We’ll stay here again!
