Allt var toppen, underbart läge med fantastisk utsikt, 236 trappsteg till stranden gjorde ingenting då det var värt varje trappsteg, MEN sen blev det fler steg för att gå till restauranger utanför hotellet, där finns flera bra…..Alla är bättre än hotellets egen tyvärr. Men vi kommer tillbaka då man inte måste äta middag där.

Rooms are small and outdates, but the a/c was great. The gym was excellent, pool was beautiful. The beach was rugged (not soft sand) but absolutely stunning. It’s sort of walkable to town, but you’ll end up paying a lot for cabs to and from town and to the train station (cost of taxi to train station is 15euros flat fee). I definitely felt like the price was very high, but the food, staff and premises (pool, beach, views) were excellent.

The hotel was wonderful and having various room options was really important to our group. We very much enjoyed the sea access but would be weary with children as it can be rough (they have a wonderful pool option)- for adults there was no concern! Staff was helpful!

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like I could probably help someone if they are on the fence on this hotel. I was here with my family which includes a 4 year old and 9 year old. Pros- The location is great. Just a little outside of the city. The access to the ocean and view is perfect. Even better than La callette which we also stayed at. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Cons- The lobby staff was nice depending on who you got. The restaurant staff on the other hand was very cold and it felt as though they did not want us there. I am sure they are tired of tourists, but I am an Italian native that only spoke italian to them and it still felt like we were a burden to be there. It was extremely unwelcoming. The pool and tennis area was extremely dated and dirty. They made you pay to use the tennis court which was a laugh because no one ever used it and it was run down to the ground. Overall I probably would not stay here again sadly. If you dont care about how you are treated and only there for the view and water then it's fine. Again the breakfast was excellent as well. And the views from the rooms were also amazing.

The sea view from the restaurant and the room is lovely. The terrace is pretty and lit at night. The hotel decor is very dated and makes the rooms feel dingy but they are very clean. The sun lounges are basic and plastic. The beach bar is limited serving 2-3 cocktails. The beach toilets are terrible - wooden shed, bad smell and no soap to wash your hands! The restaurant food is top quality, tasty and good value. This was our honeymoon but the staff did nothing to make our stay special at all! I recommend hiring a car as it’s only 7 mins drive to the centre of Cefalù, there is free easy parking at the hotel. Parking in cefalu town is very busy but there are paid car parks. It’s not advised to walk to town, very limited uber in the area with long waits.There is a public bus that stops at the entrance, although we never used this. Pool area is nice with a mountain backdrop and a few outdoor games to keep you entertained. Small limited pool bar. Good breakfast with cooked options, continental, baked goods, dairy free and gluten free options. Serves twinings English breakfast tea.

Loved it here! Expansive property with huge pool and private beach- food, beverage, chairs, umbrellas all available. Get your towel at reception before heading down the many steps. Staff were kind, helped to arrange taxis into town- though it’s a nice seaside walk that takes 30 min. Bed was really comfy and the sheets were divine! Breakfast options are many and it’s included. Dinner was delicious and served with a beautiful seaside view.

The hotel is overflowing with hospitality. Great location, nice dinning, good fitness center & pool. All facilities keep good condition. All staffs are sincerely dealing with our requests. Optimum for long vacation.

Our stay at the property was great! I would like to note that there was a bit of mold in our shower & the shower water leaked out onto the floor in the bathroom. It could’ve been just our room but would’ve been nice to not have that at all. The beach & pool area are great and very well maintained. It makes the location so unique and special. A shuttle service to the city centre would’ve been great however, this hotel lacked this. If you want a beautiful view, a nice spot to swim and a good nights rest - stay here.

the beach access was nice. otherwise the hotel is quite dated and we were unimpressed. our flight to sicily was delayed and we only stayed for one night, but still paid for 2 nights. 600 euros after the hotel charged fees. there was a dead cockroach in our hotel room. AC did not work. hotel food was okay but not the best. the breakfast buffet was by far the worst, we chose not to eat. the access to the sea however was great and we enjoyed swimming and the views from the hotel.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful. Cons: Dirty rag on coat rack upon entry. Paid for ‘Sea view’ burn was half blocked Air conditioner in one bedroom didn’t work. Main room AC produced dirty underwear smell - hadn’t been cleaned in what I’m guessing would be years. Cleaning staff left big windows open but curtains semi closed so we didn’t notice until we got back from dinner at which point our room had a ton of bugs in it. Many photos of the property make it look way more kept than it actually is. It looks like a decent 90’s hotel in person. Barely slept and had many bug bites. Overall - there are many other hotels that are way better - and have a much easier location to access cefalu unless you want to walk 30 min each way to get to city center

Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent setting - you couldn’t beat the view from our balcony and the restaurant/breakfast bar. The hotel beach was lovely. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The room and hotel in general were very clean. The hotel is located outside the town, so was a 15-20 minute walk (which we didn’t mind). There is bus stop/service (I didn’t use this though as was happy to walk). The breakfast was excellent (mainly continental).

This is a beautiful hotel for a great price point. The room was clean and updated with a picturesque sea view. The beach area was perfection, I absolutely loved being able to have a private area to swim right into the sea and with lounge chairs. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The only thing is that it is not very walkable to downtown Cefalu unless everyone in your party is in shape and not too old or too young as it is a mile walk and up hill. We had to take a taxi in and out every time which can get pricey but it was well worth it. Loved this hotel!

The beach is nice. The staff is nice. Free breakfast with a nice view. The rooms are dirty: chipped paint, doors don’t close right, showers don’t flow. When staff cleans the rooms, they don’t do it very well - our food (dirty plates) was never taken and we just got some new towels. There are 3 hotels next to each other, two (this and Blue Bay) are cheaper and 1 (the 5 star) is I think about 1000 a night and might not be worth it for what you get. This all being said I would not stay here ever again. You want to look forward to coming to a good place on vacation.

The sea view from the restaurant and the room is lovely. The terrace is pretty and lit at night. The hotel decor is very dated and makes the rooms feel dingy but they are very clean. The sun lounges are basic and plastic. The beach bar is limited serving 2-3 cocktails. The beach toilets are terrible - wooden shed, bad smell and no soap to wash your hands! The restaurant food is top quality, tasty and good value. This was our honeymoon but the staff did nothing to make our stay special at all! I recommend hiring a car as it’s only 7 mins drive to the centre of Cefalù, there is free easy parking at the hotel. Parking in cefalu town is very busy but there are paid car parks. It’s not advised to walk to town, very limited uber in the area with long waits.There is a public bus that stops at the entrance, although we never used this. Pool area is nice with a mountain backdrop and a few outdoor games to keep you entertained. Small limited pool bar. Good breakfast with cooked options, continental, baked goods, dairy free and gluten free options. Serves twinings English breakfast tea.

This is a beautiful hotel for a great price point. The room was clean and updated with a picturesque sea view. The beach area was perfection, I absolutely loved being able to have a private area to swim right into the sea and with lounge chairs. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The only thing is that it is not very walkable to downtown Cefalu unless everyone in your party is in shape and not too old or too young as it is a mile walk and up hill. We had to take a taxi in and out every time which can get pricey but it was well worth it. Loved this hotel!

Front desk was not overly friendly or cooperative. Small room which was in a noisy spot with people passing by. Only one outlet yo charge phone in bathroom. Breakfast was good but breakfast area busy and not calming. Did enjoy dinner on the veranda facing the sea. Food was very good. Service good. Did not use their pool or beach club even though it was pushed by staff. Booked another beach club in Cefalu which they reluctantly helped us with.

The hotel was wonderful and having various room options was really important to our group. We very much enjoyed the sea access but would be weary with children as it can be rough (they have a wonderful pool option)- for adults there was no concern! Staff was helpful!

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like I could probably help someone if they are on the fence on this hotel. I was here with my family which includes a 4 year old and 9 year old. Pros- The location is great. Just a little outside of the city. The access to the ocean and view is perfect. Even better than La callette which we also stayed at. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Cons- The lobby staff was nice depending on who you got. The restaurant staff on the other hand was very cold and it felt as though they did not want us there. I am sure they are tired of tourists, but I am an Italian native that only spoke italian to them and it still felt like we were a burden to be there. It was extremely unwelcoming. The pool and tennis area was extremely dated and dirty. They made you pay to use the tennis court which was a laugh because no one ever used it and it was run down to the ground. Overall I probably would not stay here again sadly. If you dont care about how you are treated and only there for the view and water then it's fine. Again the breakfast was excellent as well. And the views from the rooms were also amazing.

Loved it here! Expansive property with huge pool and private beach- food, beverage, chairs, umbrellas all available. Get your towel at reception before heading down the many steps. Staff were kind, helped to arrange taxis into town- though it’s a nice seaside walk that takes 30 min. Bed was really comfy and the sheets were divine! Breakfast options are many and it’s included. Dinner was delicious and served with a beautiful seaside view.

We booked a room with a sea view and were not disappointed. The private beach was fantastic and well-maintained by the staff. We could enjoy dinner with a view of the sea in the evening, and the waiters were friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff and disappointing stay. There was a duplicate booking under my name - staff acknowledged this at check-in but did nothing to resolve it. I stayed in the Expedia room, but they still forced me to pay €340 for the unused second room. Their payment system failed, and I was not allowed to leave until I used another card. No apology, no accountability. The air con leaked in the room, and breakfast was average at best. Staff were cold and dismissive throughout. Their follow-up response ignored everything and blamed me. Deeply unprofessional - avoid.

The property itself is stunning and we went at a busy time of year, but it didn’t feel crowded at all. The staff could not be friendlier, the food was amazing, the private beach is spectacular and everything was just totally spot on. It’s also just a 10 minute taxi right into the city center, or 30 minutes by foot.

I really liked this place. I was a little hesitant as it’s located a little bit outside of Cefau but there is a great walking path and it was well worth it for the private beach. Lovely staff and amazing views from the room (standard sea view) would highly recommend it!

The room and hotel in general were very clean. The hotel is located outside the town, so was a 15-20 minute walk (which we didn’t mind). Amazing spot, on a beautiful seafront. Good snorkelling. Direct beach access with beds. Natural rock formations in sea. Hotel has been renovated to a nice contemporary style. About 30 min walk to Cefalu, 15 euro taxi. Good parking. Would recommend.

the beach access was nice. otherwise the hotel is quite dated and we were unimpressed. our flight to sicily was delayed and we only stayed for one night, but still paid for 2 nights. 600 euros after the hotel charged fees. there was a dead cockroach in our hotel room. AC did not work. hotel food was okay but not the best. the breakfast buffet was by far the worst, we chose not to eat. the access to the sea however was great and we enjoyed swimming and the views from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an idyllic location. 4* with many elements of 5*. Quite unique as well. Stayed in a very spacious single room with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Service was fantastic at all times and the facilities are great. Wonderful restaurant overlooking the ocean where you can dine at breakfast and dinner. Lovely beach below. Only gripe was the prices they charge for drinks - don’t think they need to be so steep; certainly would’ve bought more if it hadn’t cost more than double the standard price for a coke or bottle of water!

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff and disappointing stay. There was a duplicate booking under my name - staff acknowledged this at check-in but did nothing to resolve it. I stayed in the Expedia room, but they still forced me to pay €340 for the unused second room. Their payment system failed, and I was not allowed to leave until I used another card. No apology, no accountability. The air con leaked in the room, and breakfast was average at best. Staff were cold and dismissive throughout. Their follow-up response ignored everything and blamed me. Deeply unprofessional - avoid.

Came here for a weekend excursion from a larger trip to Sicily and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my wife. The hotel had great amenities in which we made great use of the private beach, saltwater pool and patio lounge. Great experience swimming off the rocks in an exclusive area, beautiful views of the coast and underwater aquatic life around the rocks. The dining area and lounge were newly renovated but the rooms could have been a little more polished for the price point and 4 star rating. The Location was great for the exclude beach but it was difficult to travel around the city outside the shuttles times.

The rooms are very dated. Our room did not have a working air conditioner and when we mentioned something the staff replied “oh yes, we see your air has not been on”. We are in Sicily on record breaking unseasonably hot weather. They didn’t have another room to change us to but allowed us to sleep in another room while we still kept our stuff in our original room. We returned to the non working air condition room only then, the following day, be switched to another room. It was a great hassle after traveling all day and they were not apologetic.

Breakfast was not traditional Sicilian. No granitas no classic deserts AND NO FRUIT LIKE FIGS and Fig di India … this place was like a resort in the4 star Caribbean breakfast., That’s not a compliment. Also getting coffee etc eggs all self serve and setting not organized and chaotic. Also … beach area… I would definitely change the outdoor lounge chairs as they look like a tired 80’s resort. This resort was not a 4 stars European… more like a 3 star.
