Hotel Central is located in an unbeatable location, a paid parking lot is just steps from the hotel lobby. Once you make your check in, you can walk everywhere. The Old Town is not more than a 5 minutes walk, and the area is full of restaurants and shops. Just be careful, if your stay includes a Sunday, almost everything is CLOSED !!

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Trotz zentraler Lage war es (Mo-Mi) sehr ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Service. Im Fitnessraum gibt es leider wenig Möglichkeiten, keine Geräte für Krafttraining.

Fabulous Hotel! We wish we had stayed an extra night because they had free ebikes that you can use. It would have been a great way to see the city. The room was large, modern, very clean and bedding/bed comfy. No AC. A standing fan is provided in the room. Great location to train station and all local sites.

Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable.

To start with the positives, the service was great and the location was walking distance to the old town. I also thought their top floor spa and deck were really cool. Other than this, I did not love this hotel. The design of the hotel space including the lobby and room felt very basic sort of 70s feel. The historic cafe felt historic and grand but that style did not continue to the hotel itself. The room was basic with a bathroom very small with a bad plastic shower. I went in October so I had to keep the window open to stay cool, but then my sleep was disrupted from loud people on the street.

Nice central location. Best part they allowed to you hire bikes for free which I highly recommend. Reason for the less stars are only because there was no aircon. Stayed in summer and it was hot.

Great location to explore Innsbruck, everything is within walking distance. Free shuttle to take you to the ski slopes and back. Lovely sauna and fitness suite. Rooftop balcony to see a mountain in the distance.

Lage war sehr gut und Personal sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir Haare im Bett (nicht von uns) und kleine Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche entdeckt, was darauf hindeutet, dass diese vermutlich nicht gewechselt wurde. Schade, denn sonst macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck.

The staff was nice, helpful, and welcoming. However, my room was extremely hot even though it had not been particularly hot outside that day. Then I found out the heating was turned on!! But even after I turned it off, it remained hot in the room since the windows couldn't stay wide open without requiring a heavy object preventing it from closing. Also, when I checked-in, the room was not adequately cleaned...there was a leftover tea bag from the previous guest and an unemptied trash can—makes me question the cleanliness of other things. I didn't mind the unusual room design, but the door for the toilet was difficult to open/close and having a big key to lock/unlock the door is a bit bothersome. Lastly, the shower handles seemed broken but worked somehow, and the water was more cold than warm. Still, my stay was overall nice, but could have been better.

The lobby was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and elegant. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Unfortunately, room was not very clean. It needed a good mopping and bathroom cleaning.

First the positives, comfortable and clean room. Great location, 3 minutes to Aldstadt and within a 12 minute walk from Innsbruck Hbf. Central and always felt safe. Then the negatives. Not sure if it’s now a thing (excuse being the environment?), no in-room coffee or tea facilities, or bathroom amenities. Practically non-existent (so slow as to be useless) wi-fi. Could expect a bit better from a four starred hotel.

Nice Hotel walking distance to the centre of Innsbruck. Was there for 2 appointments , parking space very clos. Check-in fast and efficient , very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom also very clean. The only disadvantage was, no aircondtion, it was very hot and humide these 2 days and difficult to find a good sleep. It was my 2nd time in the Hotel Central and next time I would choose it again.

A quiet very modern room was provided with a comfortable bed with nice linen. The room was warm but it was possible to open the window.The hotel is in a central but quiet location in Innsbruck. The reception area and café are very spacious. The only downside was that there was an odour in the room coming from a drain.

We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable.

Loved the location - the beds and rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (hot and cold options). Only critique is the shower does not have a door so you either flood the entire bathroom or have the pressure SO LOW that you think the shampoo will never wash out. But overall, absolutely would stay again - excellent staff, rooms and location

Although the ground floor looks very impressive, the bedroom was small and lacked amenities like a kettle and tea/coffee making equipment. The information said you could hire a kettle from them! I would expect more from a hotel of this rating. No aircon either, fortunately it was not too hot but it would have been difficult if it had have been. Lots of street noise so opening the window was not an option. Overall we were disappointed with this hotel.

Very good location. Reception personnel qualification very disappointing. Did not get an upgraded room as per our reservation and pay. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful and just ignored our claim. Last day, January 2nd, asked reception to make a taxi cab reservation for us at 4 am for airport, which actually literally opens doors at 6am. Luckily the cab driver us knowledgeable and told us to get a car later, otherwise we would have to wait at the airport doors in the cold for two hours, since there was nothing open around or any chance to get a raid back to town.

Bei der Ankunft war das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gut finden wir auch die Anbindung an das bekannte Cafe Central. Beim Frühstück hat den Speisesaal eine Maus von einer anliegenden Baustelle durchquert. Meine Frau war davon nicht begeistert.
