Pool was filthy, the kids were scared to get in. Was hit with a $200 additional bond fee which has still not been returned. The staff were struggling to understand questions and not equipped to handle any questions not about check in.

So many issues. The tv and the aircondudidnt work. Bug crack in the mirrior, really bad faultg electrical in one of the bedrooms that was a safety hazard. Wires hanging out. Key provided to enter the locked gate of the priperty after hours did not work. Same for other gussts staying. We were stranded at midnight not able to get in as the after houds contact numner aas not helpful. It was onky that a car was leaving that opened a roller door and we were able to enter the property premises. Check-in took over 40mins when there was clearly extra staff that may have been able to assist but there was only one person checking people in (this staff member was lovely). Very disappointed this visit.

Enjoyable stay, clean and professional staff at reception. Location surrounds aren’t a draw card nor the exterior. Feels more like a sterile compound than a place of r and r for the night. Plus street signage needs to be massively upgraded for ease of locating. I’d stay again.

The property was dirty, stinky and behind the dishwasher was a bunch of cockroaches and the bathroom was dirty. I have to buy bleach to clean it. In my opinion it’s 0 stars and a waste of money.

Staff were great in staying back late to meet us from our delayed flight. Rooms smelt and showers had pubic and head hair in them. Kids got bitten by bed bugs in bed overnight. Apartment across from us partied all night and had randoms knocking on the door despite the no party rules. For what we paid it was a rip off!

Location perfect being just across from Rosehill Gardens and a block from a Woolworths centre with Maccas and KFC. It was perfect for us as a connection to Parramatta being only a short bus ride away. Staff were friendly and complex was secure. The room we stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated however it still had considerable mould problems in the bathroom (on tbe roof and floor) as well as a damaged TV (lines across it). Also the bed was quite noisy (yes, we were just sleeping on it!). Overall though for the price and convenience I'd be happy to stay here again.

1 night family trip ending with bed bug on the bed. The apartment itself is weird. A bed near the front door and you need to go up to the stairs for toilet/ kitchen. Definitely not a family friend set up. We found a bed bug in the morning. The facility overall is old. Sofas / chairs are terrible. Told the receptionist , it would be great if they can offer partly refund for the night/ maybe just a parking redemption. Got told that I have to email the situation to relative parties by myself and it will only be parking redemption if there’s one ($15) . Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Whilst the accommodation was fairly clean, I would NEVER pay $580 a night for this room - if I’m paying that much I expect extremely high quality furnishing and amenities (like aircon in the bedroom. It certainly lacks.

Very convenient and walkable to Rosehill Race Course and. Close to dinning options ranging from fast food to nice restaurants. The three bed room suites were clean and large but old and worn. The two bedroom suites were newer probably had a renovation. Overall safe and convenient for shirt term stays

Property requires double glazed windows as you get no sleep due to traffic all night. We had no hot water, reception investigated and said everyone was showering at same time therefore this resulted in no hit water. For us oldies, bed is upstairs and toilet downstairs, challenging to climb stairs if a night. Clean and modern facilities.

Absolutely ridiculous. We booked a 1 Bedroom Executive Apartment for 3 adults. The sofa used as third bed couldn't be called a bed in any scenario - rock hard, lumpy with metal bars, and so short that even the shortest adult couldn't fit without their feet hanging. There is no way this could be called a bed and still expect customers to pay.

Excellent location opposite Rosehill Racecourse with a pub down the road. Our room (room 1) was pretty noisy with being on main road and front gate opening and closing till all hours. Rooms down the back would be way quieter. Overall, I'd stay again.

Unfortunately I was charged more than expected by Expedia. Then the apartment I was given only had 1 very narrow window, so was very dark. There was no window in the bedroom, just a skylight, so the room was light at 5.30am......not good when on holiday. Lots of leaves at the front door, so when you opened the door the leaves all came inside. I would expect a much better apartment for the money I paid. Location is good.

Nice property although a little tired. Quite close to main road which is quite noisey. Turned up from overseas 50 minutes early and tried to charge us A$20 for early check in. Also required a A$200 bond which wasn’t advertised. The stay was nice though so would recommend.

Booked and paid a little bit more for what was listed an Executive 2 bedroom apartment with King bed and 2 single beds. Main bedroom had only a double bed. Mentioned this to reception when checking out and was told that not all executive apartments have king beds and would need to request when booking. Was told that we had paid a bit more and stayed in a renovated apartment. The apartment was clean, bathrooms and kitchen were newish. Lamp and light fittings were a bit old m. Overall happy with stay for the price. $200 deposit paid up front and debited from account. Have been told it will take 5 to 7 days to be credited/cleared which is longer than it should be.

Spacious Difficulties to understand check in clerk due to his strong accent. He was pushy. First asking me fill in registration form and while doing it he demanded that I pay $200 deposit. While might be your policy we are both 78 yrs old and not young people likely to damage your room. When I asked if he expect me to trash the room, he said yes and he wants the deposit. Where do you find your employees? When I wanted to give him $200 cash he refused, insisted that I used my card and then I have to authorise that you can withdraw $1.00 because I was forced to use the car. The room was shabby, run down in appearance. Not a great experience!

The staff were very unhelpful and honestly it was just a disappointing experience and we will never stay there again. I asked a full week in advance to be able to check in an hour early cause we had an event and they said shouldn’t be an issue call on the day. I did that and again they said they might be able to help, when we got there they wanted to charge us $200 extra to check in an hour early. It’s just not a good vibe there. The room also had a bug infestation in the bathroom

Unit (lower price) 'unique' with bedroom downstairs, and all other areas upstairs - a little fraught at 2 am! Unit has windows that can be opened, but this increases the consistent motor vehicle noises (24 hours). Eastern facing aspect (and hot days) meant aircon going on early. Porch off bedroom, no seats, but very noisy so not inviting. Well positioned with convenience store and take-aways nearby. Walkable distance to Parramatta.
