Auch wenn das Hotel altmodisch eingerichtet ist, war es prinzipiell gepflegt. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Schade war nur, dass die Sauna defekt war und wir sie nie benutzen konnten.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, pink building. The staff is fire friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are awesome—meat, eggs, cheese, fruit, baked goods. Exercise room equipment was somewhat outdated but it was good to have a workout mid-trip.

We spent three days in the summer heat of July 2022. Air conditioning worked! The hotel was very close to the old part of town and close to the excellent transport system of Prague but still very quiet. Bed too soft for me, but husband and son were comfortable. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Reception staff helpful, supplied parking for our car right outside hotel. I would gladly come again.

when we arrive ved the fitness center and sauna were locked and we were informed of 14 euro per person per day charges for each. They misrepresent the price. Most assume these are included.

Hotel was comfy, slightly dated in places but perfectly clean. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom with bath, shower, toiletries, hairdryer etc. fridge, mini bar, safe, and own balcony. Big room with lots of storage space. Breakfast was decent, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, salad, pastries, cereal, toast, cold meats and cheeses. Bar was good also and reasonably priced. Check in smooth. Nice staff. Would definitely stay again.

It is rated as a 4 star hotel, but i can only rate it as a 3 star. Carpet in the room is dirty and furnitures are dusty. Only one electric plug available in the room and it is located in bathroom. No USB adaptors and it is a pretty old hotel in general.

Our hotel is very close to the center. It's a very beautiful building. I loved the furniture and decoration! Everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine for us. We would like to stay in the same hotel next time.

Städte trip mit Freunden, für 2 Nächte. Wir gaben das superior Zimmer gehabt mit Balkon, das Bett ist sehr klein und gibt komische geräusche von sich, minibar zu laut, die haben wir in der Nacht ausgesteckt. Balkon war schon lange nicht geputzt, Mühl war auch nicht weggeräumt. Die Badewanne war sehr angenehm zum drinnen legen, Frühstück sehr ausreichend

Zentrale Lage, trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Probleme im Zimmer wurden schnell behoben. Leider war das Bad nicht so sauber, Haare in der Dusche/Badewanne, geht gar nicht. Hotel hat eine vergangene Pracht, alles sehr abgewohnt, könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Frühstück ist ok

The Grand exterior unfortunately does not meet the interior standard. While the traditional furniture does add charm to the spacious room the road noise from the adjacent highway and the paper thin curtains do not make for a peaceful sleep. A handheld over the bath shower could also be improved. A welcome smile or just a happy face at reception might have helped a little but even this was missing. The 4* rating is a little misleading.

Mooi hotel, personeel kan vrolijker, zijn nogal nors. Mooie kamer, wel toe aan nieuwe matrassen. Die zijn versleten. Badkamer kan ook een update gebruiken, douche kop moet je met de hand vasthouden tijdens het douchen, niet ideaal. De slang van de douche was versleten net als de douchekop.

U hotelu je ruch rušné silnice, takže se nedá moc větrat, otvírat okno. V protější budově, stavbě byla pouštěna velmi hlasitá hudba,, ráno v 7,30 a večer po 22h, rušilo to i shlédnutí tv. Jinak vstřícnost portýra oceňuji ochotu. 5.6.22. Sníndaně skromnější ale výběr rozmanitý. Dobrá káva.

ウェスアンダーソンの世界のような可愛いホテルです。スタッフもすごい愛想が良くて優しいです。ちょっと早く到着してもチェックインさせてくれたのは本当にありがたかったです。朝食もとても美味しかったです。どこへでも行きやすい立地ですし、女性の一人旅とかでも全然使えるホテルです。

Ottima posizione, e personale gentile. Se si prende la cena inclusa nel pacchetto, è previsto un menù fisso senza possibilità di scelta, ma la qualità è in genere buona. Discreta la pulizia, ma con diverse pecche. Buona invece la dotazione della camera e gli spazi.

This is a comfortable hotel and within walking or public transport reach - Trams 12 & 14 stop right outside and Florenc Metro is nearby. My room was comfortable and clean and quiet, the only let down was a lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is plentiful but there is limited space in the breakfast room, and a cut-off hour of 10am means there was a lot of congestion between 9 and 10. Also there were often shortages of juice glasses, coffee cups and other essentials

Leider konnte der Rezeptionist weder Englisch noch Deutsch und neben uns befanden sich nur noch zwei weitere Gäste in diesem recht großen Hotel, was sich auf das Angebot niederschlug. Das gluten- und kuhmilchfreie Frühstück war extrem karg.

Hotel accogliente e pulito a soli venti minuti a piedi dalla città’ vecchia .Molto comodo per la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici Metro ,Bus ,Tram. Eccellente la disponibilità’ del personale,sia alla reception,sia in sala ristorante,dove e’ possibile mangiare bene a prezzi non elevati.Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva.
