The hotel is in a great part of of town. It is maintained pretty well, but the age shows. Parking is horrendous and highly not recommend especially with a SUV. Recommend as long as you don't have a car as parking is still difficult with a small car.

Dichtbij Konigsallee fijn parkeren 2de keer dat we hier verbleven 2 de x bar gesloten geen drama maar wel minpunt Aan de straatkant is het luidruchtig in het weekend.

The room was super hot already early May and no air conditioning. The room air was really fusty and not fresh at all. The Gym was placed in the sauna department and was really hot. The gym was a real disappointment with only few conditioning devices and no weights whatsoever... Expected more from the breakfast. Although the breakfast took a leap to better when the big exhibition started in the city. Before that quite pale.

Rigtig dejligt hotel, dejlige værelser, god seng. Der kan være lidt larm fra gaden, da det er ud til en travl gade og med mange bar. Parkering er meget snæver, så man skal være komfortable med dette, hvis man tager bilen med. Hyggelig hotel bar med gode drinks.

La chambre était bien. Le centre de conditionnement physique manque beaucoup d’équipement. Surtout des poids et haltères, un banc serait bien aussi. Le déjeuner était correct. L’hôtel est bien situé.

We missed the infra red sauna, because it was not active. The sauna was fine. The rooms were very clean, and warm. Overall a really enjoyable stay. I would recommend it.

Er werd geen diner geserveerd. Koffiekopjes ontbraken op de kamer, wel koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Bar was het gehele weekend gesloten. Kamer netjes en schoon. Prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Nice staff and excellent welcome and glass of bubbly on arrival, nice and comprehensive breakfast options. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice shower. One or two minor tired features in room but very minor. Our only disappointment was the bar was closed on Sunday and Monday? No idea why - so they lost some good business from a party of 5 staying. Hotel is a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of town. The Hotel though does sit on the edge of the Japanese area - so lot's of those kinds of eateries closer by.

Für 180€ die Nacht könnte man meiner Meining nach schon etwas mehr erwarten. Lage ist super, Betten bequem. Das war’s dann aber auch. Die Lobby, das Treppenhaus und die Flure waren schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, aber schon relativ sauber. Aber das Bad sehr hellhörig (da kann man die Zimmernachbarn auf jeden Fall die Toilette benutzen hören). Zudem roch es im Bad sehr stark nach Abfluss.

Porte laissée ouverte toute la journée par le ménage + l'accueil n'en avait absolument rien à faire. J'ai retrouvé mes bijoux par terre. Ménage pas fait tous les jours obligée de demander au desk de vérifier que ce soit fait. Mon amie avait pris une autre chambre et ses bijoux ont clairement disparus de la chambre, là encore aucune réaction du desk qui s'en fichait royalement. Propreté laissant à désirer, literie à revoir (couette minuscule qui fait la moitié du lit, chauffage de la chambre cassé il fait 26degré impossible de dormir correctement. Salle de bain vetuste avec joint noir. Un scandale vu le prix que j'ai payé

Nice and stylish hotel with small but well equipped rooms. Great location within walking distance to most of the places I needed to get to. Staff at night didn't speak much English but still tried to be helpful. No restaurant or bar open upon my late arrival which was quite inconvenient. The only super disappointing thing was dirty towels - both of them. One had less of a mark, another one had a clear palm print of dust or something of the likes on it. I commented

中央駅にもアルトシュタットにも徒歩圏内で立地は良い。目の前にシューマッハというビアレストランがあり、アルトシュタットに行かなくても食事とビールを楽しめる。スーパーマーケットやコインランドリーが近くにあり長期旅行者にはありがたい。ホテルは清潔でスタッフはとても親切。

Hotellet var centralt beläget. Personalen var hjälpsam. Rum inte rena. Hårstrån i badrummet och fläckar på lakan. Brun heltäckningsmatta som kändes gammal och sliten. Fläckar av den. Inte fräscht. Kommer inte bo här igen. Men frukosten var väldigt bra.

Die Treppenteppiche sind in die Jahre gekommen. In den Gängen riecht es abgestanden (Schweiss, alte Socken). Das Zimmer war gegen den Hof gerichtet und ruhig. Die Matrazen im Doppelbett waren gut. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette war sehr klein. Die Duschtüre schloss nicht richtig, so dass der Boden nass wurde. Der Service&Frühstück war ok, leider waren die Marmeladen nicht angeschrieben.

Nachts sehr laut, da die Zimmertüren nur zugeknallt werden können. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus schlecht ausgestattet. Badezimmergröße ist eine Zumutung. Personal ist zwar nett , informiert beim einchecken jedoch gar nicht . Aschenbecher außen vor der Tür wurde erst am nächsten Tag ausgeleert. Davor war es nicht ansehnlich und eher wie eine Jugendherberge vor der Tür. Insgesamt für mich kein 4 Sterne Haus. Positiv ist nur die Lage und Nähe zur Altstadt und Königsallee

Probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. Location is great. Less than 10 mins walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so finding food is not an issue. Hotel needs some refurbishment though. Rooms are dated. Carpet and bathroom js old and could do with some updating.

The property is located in a great area. Close to the main shops, restaurants and train station. Rooms are a decent size, beds are firm but that's to be expected, pillows could use some help, they're flat and lumpy. Worst thing was not having AC while it's 80 degrees out. When I asked the staff why my AC wasn't turning on I got a different response every time. First, it was the government controlling the AC, then I was told it might be broken, and finally I was just given a fan to use since the AC didn't even turn on in my room. I was highly disappointed because part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it claims to have air conditioning.

Een mooi hotel en erg vriendelijke service van het personeel. Vooral de barman was enorm gastvrij. Minpuntje is dat de kamers erg klein zijn en bij ons de airco niet werkte.

Wir haben kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und leider war unser Aufenthalt eher enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend renoviert werden. Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen und hing schief an der Wand, da die Halterung nicht richtig montiert war. Auch die Schränke ließen zu wünschen übrig, viele Türen hingen aus den Scharnieren und schlossen nicht mehr richtig. Besonders störend war die Lautstärke im Zimmer. Die Fenster waren nicht schallisoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht hindurch deutlich zu hören war. Das Badezimmer war ein Relikt aus vergangenen Zeiten und sollte dringend modernisiert werden. Der Duschkopf war defekt und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Zudem ging die Lüftung im Bad ständig für 5-15 Sekunden an, was besonders nachts extrem nervig war. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die bequemen Betten und der kostenfrei gefüllte Kühlschrank. Allerdings war die Zimmertür defekt und schloss nicht automatisch, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Das Frühstück war leider auch eher enttäuschend. Das Besteck und die Teller waren teilweise schmutzig, die Brötchen hart und die Auswahl generell sehr begrenzt. Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu dunkel und wirkte dadurch wenig einladend. Ein kleiner Lichtblick war der Check-In, der sehr schnell und angenehm verlief, inklusive eines Willkommensgetränks. Auch das Parken war dank des Wochenendtarifs mit einem Rabatt versehen, allerdings sind die Parkplätze extrem klein und eng.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Doppelbett stand mit einer Seite an der Wand, somit mußte einer von uns immer aus dem Bett krabbeln. Ebenso war das Bad sehr klein und eng. Man konnte sich gerade so alleine darin drehen. Die Dusche war ebenfalls eng und der Spalt der Duschkabine ist nicht geeignet zum einfachen Einstieg. Wenn man etwas mehr als "normal" proportioniert ist hat man im Bad keine Freunde. Die Zimmer waren sauber, haben eben unter dem Bett eine Haarspange gefunden, aber sehr warm und die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Schade das die Hotelbar am Abend nicht auf hatte bzw.. bereits gegen 22uhr geschlossen war. Der Aschebecher vor der Hotel war in unserem Aufenthalt immer voll.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Doppelbett stand mit einer Seite an der Wand, somit mußte einer von uns immer aus dem Bett krabbeln. Ebenso war das Bad sehr klein und eng. Man konnte sich gerade so alleine darin drehen. Die Dusche war ebenfalls eng und der Spalt der Duschkabine ist nicht geeignet zum einfachen Einstieg. Wenn man etwas mehr als "normal" proportioniert ist hat man im Bad keine Freunde. Die Zimmer waren sauber, haben eben unter dem Bett eine Haarspange gefunden, aber sehr warm und die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Nachts sehr laut, da die Zimmertüren nur zugeknallt werden können. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus schlecht ausgestattet. Badezimmergröße ist eine Zumutung. The property is located in a great area. Close to the main shops, restaurants and train station. Rooms are a decent size, beds are firm but that's to be expected, pillows could use some help, they're flat and lumpy. Worst thing was not having AC while it's 80 degrees out. When I asked the staff why my AC wasn't turning on I got a different response every time. First, it was the government controlling the AC, then I was told it might be broken, and finally I was just given a fan to use since the AC didn't even turn on in my room. I was highly disappointed because part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it claims to have air conditioning.

Poor service and old facility. The staff was not very helpful too. No cleaning service even, the staff said I agreed not to have cleaning service when I checked in, which I never remembered got asked about this. Even so, who would had expected the basic cleaning service is optional?!?! I would never come back again, especially when travel with family.

Porte laissée ouverte toute la journée par le ménage + l'accueil n'en avait absolument rien à faire. J'ai retrouvé mes bijoux par terre. Ménage pas fait tous les jours obligée de demander au desk de vérifier que ce soit fait. The staff at the Leonardo in Dusseldorf were exceptional. Good hotel close to the centre, plenty of local bars and restaurants.

Probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. Location is great. Less than 10 mins walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so finding food is not an issue. Hotel needs some refurbishment though. Rooms are dated. Carpet and bathroom js old and could do with some updating.

Vi havde forventet der var badekar, så blev lidt skuffet, men det ok. Synes ikke at det værelse vi fik var børnevenlig eller sikkert for børn, da min søn kunne nå vinduet og kunne faktisk åben vinduet selv, så vi må stille alt hvad der var tung hen til vinduet, så han ikke kunne komme til at åbne for vinduet. Vi fik et værelse der vendt ud mod vejen foran hotellet. Morgenmad var lidt kedeligt, det var det samme hver dag. Der kunne være lidt mere at vælge imellem eller skifter lidt ud. Alt i alt var det ok.

The room was super hot already early May and no air conditioning. The room air was really fusty and not fresh at all. The Gym was placed in the sauna department and was really hot. The gym was a real disappointment with only few conditioning devices and no weights whatsoever... Expected more from the breakfast. Although the breakfast took a leap to better when the big exhibition started in the city. Before that quite pale.

Nice staff and excellent welcome and glass of bubbly on arrival, nice and comprehensive breakfast options. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice shower. One or two minor tired features in room but very minor. Our only disappointment was the bar was closed on Sunday and Monday? No idea why - so they lost some good business from a party of 5 staying. Hotel is a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of town. The Hotel though does sit on the edge of the Japanese area - so lot's of those kinds of eateries closer by.

Leonardo Hotels are always a good choice. This hotel had an amazing breakfast; a big selection of quality teas. And even sparkling wine ! Room was very quiet; good bed & comfy pillows. Bathroom was clean but very small. Very courteous and nice staff. Around hotel a lot of restaurants to choose from.
