We love the laid back, not crowded vibe of this resort. Perfect for families. The lakefront beach 🏖️ was our favorite and the curly slide was our daughter’s favorite. Delish pizza and gelato 🍨 Fun walks to Cima and Porlezza.

This property is huge with direct access to Lake Lugano, kids activity center, 2 pools, and multiple restaurants. There is a lot of walking required to get around the property. It is away from the touristy hustle and bustle, nestled in the mountain with glorious views of the lake. The staff is great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 children and our dog. The staff was amazing (especially Aurora) and the facilities were easily 5 stars. You have a family pool with slides and a quiet 16+ only pool so no need to run for sun-beds! The hotel also has a grass area in front of the lake (with amazing views, bar and watersport activities) including a separate dog area. Please be aware that the hotel is build on a hill so you have to take plenty of stairs although some lifts are available. Food was great and you can choose from pizza’s to fine dining in one of the seven restaurants. The room we originally had was ground floor level and although large enough, not as modern as E24 which had a Great Lake view and large balcony (dog was not able to jump over). You get a fridge and some kitchen equipment (you pay extra if you need more). Dog was 35 euros a night and the parking 20 euros per night. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Please book evening meals in advance as it can get busy. Hotel has also spa and indoor swimming pool which you can use for free (including 18+ area only). It doesn’t take long at all to drive to lake Como. Having a car is definitely beneficial to go to nearby towns or supermarkets.

This is a lovely property, beachfront with chairs and umbrellas. Pool. Very nice breakfast, lots of choices. The staff is extremely helpful with good English. Parking places available, easy. There is a bonus of a very nice spa with sauna, steam and salt room for all guests. i would stay there again!

Very nice staff who go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. Lots of water sports available, but not too much else to do outside the hotel so recommend bringing a car to drive around the surrounding areas.

Stunning resort - very well laid out. Beautiful spa! So much for children to do. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Staff work so hard and and are friendly and helpful. Our 10 year old had the best time - free ice cream pass was excellent surprise when we arrived. Highly recommend this resort for a family holiday.

La plage privée permet d'autan plus de bénéficier d'infrastructures améliorant l'expérience générale (toboggan aquatique, table de ping-pong, bar/cafétéria, location de pédalo,...) Au sein de l'hôtel, on apprécie le niveau de propreté et sens du détail dans la décoration et les espaces verts sans oublier les belles piscines (adultes et enfants (avec toboggan). La chambre familiale est très propre, spacieuse et avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le parking (en supplément à 20€/nuit) est en sous-sol. Petit déjeuner très correct et diversifié. Globalement, notre expérience a été excellente !

The hotel location and grounds are beautiful. Great views of the lake from your room and all over the resort. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond on many occasions. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable.

Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future.

This is a beautiful resort with amazing views, ambience and overall service. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Needless to say, the area is beautiful. Trips to Lake Como towns are easy to arrange, and the staff help attentively with helping to plan this. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay - the first was a little dated but nice and clean, the second was much more modern and renovated. Both had stunning views. The fitness centre stood out as quite dated and needing renovation. Otherwise, the amenities on the property are incredible. Great stay and would come again!!!

Dette er et flott hotellanlegg ved Luganosjøen. Det er flotte uteområder, gode rom og fin plassering ved vannet. Frokosten er særdeles bra. Parkering koster 20 euro per dag, litt irriterende når man betaler så pass for rommet. Ellers er mobildekningen på området ustabil, det samme gjelder wifi nettverk. Dette ble et problem for alle i familien. Man forventer stabilt internet på et slikt sted. Det skjer lite i området rundt hotellet, vi dro til Como-sjøen for å få et bredere utvalg av restauranter.

Views for miles! Amazing stay and gorgeous property. Great service from the staff. Cant fault this property with anything really. This is a beautiful resort with amazing views, ambience and overall service. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Needless to say, the area is beautiful. Trips to Lake Como towns are easy to arrange, and the staff help attentively with helping to plan this. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay - the first was a little dated but nice and clean, the second was much more modern and renovated. Both had stunning views. The fitness centre stood out as quite dated and needing renovation. Otherwise, the amenities on the property are incredible. Great stay and would come again!!!

Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future.

All the staff at Parco San Marco are very welcoming, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Also very family friendly too. The food is amazing, plenty of choice for breakfast. The views are stunning, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back!

This property is huge with direct access to Lake Lugano, kids activity center, 2 pools, and multiple restaurants. There is a lot of walking required to get around the property. It is away from the touristy hustle and bustle, nestled in the mountain with glorious views of the lake. The staff is great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Very nice staff who go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. Lots of water sports available, but not too much else to do outside the hotel so recommend bringing a car to drive around the surrounding areas.

Thank you for the lovely stay. An excellent family hotel with lovely staff that strive to make a difference. So welcoming and go out of their way to help. Definitely would go back. Good location to marvel at the sights of Lake Lugano but also a drive away from Lake Como. Recommend hiring a car so you have the freedom. But the resort has a bus stop just outside to get you to Lugano or nearby Porlezza. You can catch a train from Lugano to Como or to Milan for a day trip.

The resort’s landscaping is amazing, with beautiful lake view. We came to the area for Lake Como, and staying here provides a more peaceful vibe. We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 children and our dog. The staff was amazing (especially Aurora) and the facilities were easily 5 stars. You have a family pool with slides and a quiet 16+ only pool so no need to run for sun-beds! The hotel also has a grass area in front of the lake (with amazing views, bar and watersport activities) including a separate dog area. Please be aware that the hotel is build on a hill so you have to take plenty of stairs although some lifts are available. Food was great and you can choose from pizza’s to fine dining in one of the seven restaurants. The room we originally had was ground floor level and although large enough, not as modern as E24 which had a Great Lake view and large balcony (dog was not able to jump over). You get a fridge and some kitchen equipment (you pay extra if you need more). Dog was 35 euros a night and the parking 20 euros per night. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Please book evening meals in advance as it can get busy. Hotel has also spa and indoor swimming pool which you can use for free (including 18+ area only). It doesn’t take long at all to drive to lake Como. Having a car is definitely beneficial to go to nearby towns or supermarkets.

This hotel is another that promises a lot but just falls short. It is a lovely spot and the rooms were nice and food good. I think it is an Italian thing where they think charging for everything on top makes it exclusive whereas the best hotels include everything. Here are all the areas it felll down. This hotel cost £4.5K for a week, just bare that in mind. 1. You had to pay for parking, €20 a day, so you pay to stay in a hotel only accessible by car and you then pay extra to park, why? 2. Wifi was poor to terrible - just fix it, don’t blame things, just fix it 3. No service at pools, I would expect in a place of this costs to have table service for drinks and food. The adult pool does not have food delivered 4. In fifty years, the first summer hotel I have been at that does not have outside dining for the main restaurant. Big miss and beware if you are on half board, you eat inside every night 5. Half board only allows you in one restaurant. The others offer small discounts so if you are here a week or more, will get boring fast 6. Service waiters seemed to spend more time joking with themselves and 2 year olds than actually serving you efficiently, some better than others. Seemed Very laddy. 7. You have to go through locked gates everywhere, with a key, find more a fob solution and make the gates less heavy and cumbersome, feels like prison some days 8. Food very expensive, no snack food, most hotels have something by the pool where you can get a light meal.

This is a lovely property, beachfront with chairs and umbrellas. Pool. Very nice breakfast, lots of choices. The staff is extremely helpful with good English. Parking places available, easy. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
