Really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but the poolarea is fine. You could hear the neighbours quite loudly. Breakfast is ok, but for a four star hotel, a better breakfast is expected. Make sure to have a rental car since it is quite costly to go by taxi to the nearest towns and beaches.

The pool was lovely but the resort is a bit shabby. There are not enough staff to accommodate guests. It took forever to get drinks and food at the pool.

We really liked our stay, breakfast had enough options for Italy, and good coffee. Diner - salad & desert bar as well as choice of 3 served apetizers and main courses. We loved the memory foam mattresses and pillows. Staff was very nice from cleaning ladies through receptions until waiters, we even got an upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! The only thing that needs improvement is the door lock that kept getting stuck (it was a real struggle to open the room) and the extremly narrow shower… i could barely shower my kid there let alone myself. Otherwise it was a very nice experience and good base for exploring the area.
