Christie and her entire staff was simply amazing. So accommodating and friendly. The chef, Guadalupe, was a wonderful cook and put together a wonderful menu and is an exceptional chef! The view of th lake was so beautiful from our room. The room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable

The hotel and room were fine. That said, I’m not sure how this hotel is rated a five star hotel. At best it’s a three star hotel. To make things worse, the street in front of the hotel is under construction, so we had to park at the bottom of a long, steep hill and carry our bags up to the hotel. There was no one to help us with our bags. For the price, I was very underwhelmed.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony was great with a nice view. Enjoyed eating breakfast looking at the lake.
