Quick walk to the beach. Excellent local food options. Well appointed and spacious apartment. Kids loved the pool - parents loved that pool is shady for so much of the day. Easy after hours check in.

Amazing location right in the heart of Burleigh Heads, close to the beach and shops. Fantastic views of the beach, our apartment was perfect. Parking was easy in the underground car park.

We stayed for a second time this week and we love the location and the amenities and the friendly staff.

Pleasently surprised by the view and decor of the apartment. Absolutely perfect location & the property's amenities are well looked after. Will recommend to and friends and family looking to stay on the coast!

Construction was going on and even though checking in late Saturday, tradies who were not working had used up all the car spaces in the arrival area so was very awkward to check in and get to car park. Overall a little unsafe

Was not informed prior to booking that maintenance was being carried out. Noise gave my husband and I headaches. Otherwise the rooms were clean and well catered for although very strange having to dispose of one’s own rubbish. We accepted the roadwork noise we were aware of that prior to booking. It did make it hard to enter the premises but were able to cope with that.

This is a fantastic location near the beach and headland park. Burleigh Pavilion and Rick Shores restaurant are diagonally opposite. We stayed in a very nicely refurbished and quiet ground floor unit. The pool and the spa were a perfect temperature on what were slightly cool autumn days and the sand-dressed tennis court added a bit of old world charm. We had forgotten to bring our rackets but were able to borrow four rackets at no charge. Thank you.

Room was okay - nothing spectacular - but overpriced for what it was. When booking there was no indication that the pool would be closed for maintenance - one of the driving factors in booking here. We spoke to reception to discuss a possible discount due to the unavailability of the pool - we were met with a rudely defensive manager who implied it was our own fault for no forewarning about the pool because “we chose” to book through a third party (Wotif). The manager said (condescendingly) that there’s nothing she can do because we booked through Wotif - she became so rude and animated we ended the conversation and contacted Wotif who tried to help us with a resolution. Wotif staff were absolutely lovely and apologetic about the situation. They tried to contact the manager but after only confirming the pool was closed they were left on hold. Wotif recommended - if possible - to book elsewhere while they escalate the issue and seek a full refund. We would have settled for a small discount so as to not pay full price for something we couldn’t use, but ultimately it was the disgusting customer service that sealed the deal on us finding elsewhere. We ended up staying at a nearby Sofitel (5 star) for cheaper (we got to enjoy the pool there after all this). Do not recommend this Burleigh Beach Tower at all under the current management.

All rooms are different standards for the same price. We had 2 apartments . 11F was lovely. 12F was not nearly as good. Uncomfortable sofa and beds. Taps dripping all night. Not as good as 12F. Reception was closed when we arrived so checkin was confusing and long. Location was excellent. Gardens, pool and tennis court were beautifully maintained.

Everything was great from check in, staff and my unit was clean and with everything I needed

Less cleanness. Dusty fan. We paid more than 500 box per night but the quality is in question. View was nice but a bit noisy at night. Very convenient location to access shops. There is not enough washing soap for washing machine. Used Coffee kits were left. Not enough rubbish bags to change by ourselves so needed to use practic bags from Woolworth. Shampoos and conditioners were not enough. Reception were not accessible for the weekend so couldn’t ask any support. Staff was nice though. Just needed to be well prepared for two nights stay during weekend.

The position is fantastic but was disappointed in the condition of the unit we had. It was dated and not very clean.

Point positif: Il est idealement situé, le coin est genial! Le salon avec la vue a 180 degrés est super sympa, par contre on a eu une partie de la vue obstruée par un immeuble tres récemment construit, ca nous a gâché la vue sur la plage et goldcoast. (appartement 7A), on ne voit pas ca lors de la reservation, les photos ne sont pas a jour! Points négatifs: appartement sale ( moquette avec pleins de cheveux), aussi c'est bruyant a cause de la route qui passe en dessous.

Our apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus a fantastic view of Burleigh Beach below! Dining was especially good with various cafes and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. A special thank you to the staff, they were fabulous!!😎😎

Our stay was less than satisfactory as the apartment smelt like vomit and cigarette smoke on arrival. I purchased cleaning products to clean the apartment as a room swap was not offered. There were broken tiles in floor of shower and the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. The ocean view advertised for the property was from level 1 which meant it was a glimpse of the ocean in between the trees and other structures. It is unlikely we will return as on our previous stay we had to allow for real estate agents to enter the apartment for an open house with the public as the apartment was for sale.

The staff were extremely welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. We have 3 kids under 9 and everything was within easy walking distance.

Nice apartment, a little on the older side but still very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The property was overpriced, lame, cheap, patched-up 70s-style apartments at luxury prices. The building is in desperate need of renovation. Completely taking the piss!

Reception staff were lovely, property clean, grounds beautiful, however the room was advertised with a small balcony and we had two chairs over a concrete drain off the side of the room, that was NOT a small balcony. We have a son who is in the crawling stage and that was a big factor in booking the ground floor room for him, unfortunately we had to keep him inside the room which was also smaller than we thought because of the misleading property description.

I booked the Ocean View Superior apartment and received a room at the back of the building on the highway with a view available through one corner balcony. It was clearly not as per the wotif listing but was told numerous times all rooms are the same (even though the price I paid was higher than the other rooms as per the wotif listing). No other rooms were available so I asked to be refunded the difference which would have been the reasonable thing to do. Never received a reply. Absolutely unprofessional, amateur operators.

Location was perfect. Unit recently renovated. We found the bed uncomfortable. A mattress topper would fix that.

The ocean views to southern Burleigh beach are fantastic. The apartment was wonderfully relaxing and a chance to unwind. We wish we could have spent longer.

Staff always helpful, fabulous location. Our second stay at Burleigh Towers and will be back.

Beautiful spot and the property manager amber was lovely and helpful

We had a lovely stay at Burleigh Beach Tower. The location is so close to everything we needed and the view from our ocean view room was breath taking! Amber and the team were so friendly and helpful and would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Burleigh - we'll be back!

Gorgeous view of Burleigh Beach from the unit and so convenient being right across the street from the beach and walkable to town. Unit was comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped. Construction noise from the hotel being built and tram works caused us to keep the balcony door closed most of the time but you got used to it. Location was worth a little noise.
