It is a 2 prong sword, we loved the location, the staff were amazing, the hotel is clean but the rooms are sub par. We got a superior room, it is just old and not keep up which is a shame. The other reason it didnt get a great score is the parking or should I say lack of.

The hotel is in an excellent setting with ample free parking close by. Our room was spacious and comfortable but with some aspects requiring attention eg stains on the carpet. All staff were welcoming, efficient and professional and breakfasts were excellent. There was good wifi in the room even though a long way from the main public areas. We enjoyed our stay in the Priory Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

This is a delightful hotel in the centre of Beauly. It is next to Beauly Priory (obviously) with a variety of small shops and cafes right on hand. The room was large, comfortable and very well equipped. The lift was well positioned next to a side door, convenient for loading and unloading.

This was a great little find on my recent business trip around the Highlands Although it is obviously a little older place. It was clean and the food was fantastic on the restaurant.. the quality of the cook on the breakfast belies a little place like this.. recommend

Friendly staff at check in and throughout stay. Room was large, bathroom appeared recently refurbished. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had dinner both nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Priory Hotel. It's a nice, quiet location with a great breakfast included in the rate. However, what I loved the most was the staff. In particular, I want to thank Iren at the front desk again. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the kitchen was already closed. Out of pure kindness, Iren decided to make me a sandwich herself so I could eat. If that isn't amazing customer service and going the extra mile, I don't know what would be! Great stay, 100% recommended.

Older style hotel, largely refurbished to quite a high standard. Some difficulty keeping windows open (this was a 2nd floor room) -- it was a very hot day. Staff reasonably welcoming. Good dinner selection, although service was a little slow as the place was quite full.

Very friendly staff. Good evening menu. Breakfast freshly cooked. I left our room key when we went out & had to contact night porter to let us in as after the hotel had closed. He was very helpful & understanding.

This is a wee gem. Nice friendly staff, nice cosy room, the food was really good with several vegetarian options for dinner. Breakfast really good, I asked for traditional Scots porage made with water rather than milk and it was perfect. 10 out of 10 for The Priory.
