Shuttle from the airport is a nice perk. My room was spacious but storage was limited so wouldn’t be good for more than a one/two night stay. Also there were no hooks but one right by the shower. Even on near the door or on the wall would be appreciated for hats/jackets

The staff were great! The room was unique and comfortable. There was a stain on the carpet that was obvious and I'm not sure if the for had been mopped. However, overall the hotel was great and I'd stay there again.

Hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. Bed and pillows was very uncomfortable. Bed was a rock and pillows disappeared when you played on them. Towels were sandpaper. No restaurant so only food option was overpriced frozen tv dinners. No breakfast. Room was hot and AC couldn’t keep up to cool it off.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is modern but maybe a bit too modern? For a one night stay it was fine but for an extended stay i would say itd be inconvenient. There room is relatively small and cramped and theres not much space to put your stuff. They do have the softest towels though.

The front desk is hugely under-staffed. The night receptionists seemed very stressed, bothered and borderline angry, sort of avoiding eye contacts. The staff is also under-trained. My reservation from hotels.com was mishandled, leading to my frantic searching, contacting hotels.com when all the time it was mishandled by one receptionist without her informing others. It took me almost an hour to get checked in.

Front desk absolutely fabulous. Room was missing soap and they fixed it. The AC and heat unit will not turn off at all despite manipulating the controls on the wall and there was some hair in my shower aside from that. It was a nice quiet place.

This is honestly the worst service I have ever gotten. First you double charge me, then never send the proof that’s it’s corrected. Then my flight is delayed beyond my control and I arrive at the airport at 1030pm to call and be told he has too many stops and can’t pick me up before 111. And the $45 parking fee I paid did me no good and wasn’t even disclosed anywhere. I had to spend and other $25 on a Lyft just to get back to my car. Never ever will I stay here again.

Dont go there with a Mastercard, they wont let you in. Even when I paid for the room on line with the same mastercard, I couldnt stay because they wouldnt take my Mastercard or cash for the deposit. That is inconvenient. I had to go down the street. Where they took both.

Great supporting staff, at check in the nice man brought my service dog treats and toys. The rat of the staff was also very nice. Very supportive of the stay. Wayne they weren’t dealing with customers always a little pleasant hello. Close to the airport. Will stay again new favorite place to stay in Dallas. And the breakfast is an absolute bonus.
