I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside Hotel. There was plenty of space available in their free carpark. As there is no Reception on site I received the check-in code exactly as explained on my phone. The process at the hotel to collect my key worked without a problem. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, had a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the en-suite. I had a comfortable night's sleep.

Really great stay here and glad we booked this for our stay. We also made use of the small kitchen downstairs to use the microwave and this worked really well for our requirements that evening. Room was really clean and well put together- bed was super comfortable

The communal areas on arrival were very basic and smelt terrible, either from guests cooking in basic kitchen or a drain smell. The room was clean bedding was good. Facilities very basic with electric shower and again a drain smell. My parter stated she would not stay here on her own as she wouldn’t feel safe.

First impressions impression was it looks like a hostel as was the last impression. Room had no AC Andrea’s hot day, but could not open windows due to the noisy road. Windows need to be better.

A good choice for a visitit to Cirencester. 15 Minute walk to the town centre. Although no staff on site, the access was fairly straightforward and when I messaged witha query they replied immediately. The bedroom was nicely finished and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite shower rtoom was not finishedd to the same standard as the bedroom. Although clean, it was just a bit basic. The only other negative was the noise from the nearby main road.

A perfectly serviceable basic hotel on an industrial estate. Clearly a converted office block. The room was pleasant enough but the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the neighbouring room. Not a staff member in sight and completely without character but all you want to somewhere comfortable and economic to sleep it's a good option.

The room was very clean and bathroom too. Comfortable and also a good size. We were expecting the room to be cleaned the next day - Boxing Day - but it wasn't. We didn't see anyone at all throughout our stay other the cleaner on the morning that we were checking out. Maybe because it wax Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

We realised on booking that the hotel was unmanned. Almost to our surprise, it does work. We were given codes and instructions on how to enter and our room number an hour before check in. The rooms very clean, with a lot more storage than some other hotels. There was tea and coffee, plus a fan and hair dryer in needed. All the towels and bed linen were top quality. Downstairs there was a vending machine with cold drinks and snacks plus charging leads and toothbrush kits. Negatives were there was only one chair in the double room, no USB ports or instructions on how to use heating controls. Because we had used our rewards, we were happy with our bill. However I would not wanted to pay the full £140 for a Saturday night and have no breakfast.

The room was ok but when I arrived there was no key. A lady came and brought it but in the morning the cleaner came straight into my room without knocking thinking it was empty. The key system is flawed and I would worry about the security of guests. I won’t be staying somewhere with no reception again.

The place was clean and not too expensive, that’s about all I can recommend about it. Impersonal and stuck on the edges of town within an industrial estate, it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m visiting Cirencester again.

Nice, clean hotel and (king) rooms if you just need to put your head down somewhere. Good location just outside of the town, 15 walk into town. Very quiet on a weekends, which is when we stayed but check and access was very good. No other facilities on site on the weekend but we didn’t really need any.

Booked this hotel for a wedding as it's one of the cheapest in the area. The location is perfect ten minute walk into the lovely Cirencester. Much better area than the premier inn across the road. If you're looking for a affordable no frills hotel this is the one for you!

Very quiet on a weekends, which is when we stayed but check and access was very good. No other facilities on site on the weekend but we didn’t really need any.

Really great stay here and glad we booked this for our stay. We also made use of the small kitchen downstairs to use the microwave and this worked really well for our requirements that evening. Room was really clean and well put together- bed was super comfortable

Wouldn't suit everyone but exactly what we were looking for - simple and straight forward check in and check out via codes and key boxes. Excellent communication from the hotel prior, during and after the trip. Clean room and tea and coffee provided. For a quick stay, or somewhere convenient if in business, this hotel is idea. Plenty of parking out the back in designated spaces by also a far bit of on road parking too.
