Geen bad aanwezig, wat wel geboekt was. Personeel wat kortaf reageert op de klacht. Te warme kamers, geen enkele luxe op een "luxe" kamer. Gehorig. Bedden die niet vast staan, waardoor ze constant uit elkaar schuiven. Sauna moet apart voor betaald worden, terwijl dat nergens benoemd wordt. Teleurstellend. Veelste hoge prijs, voor minimale kwaliteit.

Great points: Staff were helpful and professional when asked. Check in/out out was smooth. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is also spacious as well. Two separate beds but together as booked. Pillow selection on offer. Breakfast was included with a selection of warm and cold choices. View is lovely from the side/back of the hotel, especially restaurant area. Notable points: Beds were on the soft side. If you stay to the front of the hotel, there will be noise from everyone coming and going. Bring ear plugs. Rooms aren't completely soundproof. Most noise came from the balcony area. Pool limited but clean. Bring your own towel and/or bathrobe. Access is limited to the pool area due to swimming lessons in that little pool. Paid sauna only. Very limited place to work in the room. Wifi was spotty. No desk, just the little table in the picture on the website. For dinner at the hotel, make a reservation. Not so great points: Parking situation is bad. Limited space isn't comtroled. When people park badly taking 2 spots in a limited area parking is full most of the time. Lines aren't clearly noted. Non handicap car busted down in handicap parking. Overall: We will still go back in the future but book a better room towards the back of the hotel. As a last minute booking to be close to the hospital, this was our best option. Love the area and would.love the chance to explore it more.

De omgeving (bos) was prachtig, ook het uitzicht van de kamer was prachtig. Het zwembad was simpel maar genoeg om even fijn plezier te hebben. Jammer dat er geen koffie of thee-facilities waren in de kamer. Personeel heel vriendelijk

Gedateerd hotel trap naar 1e etage zeer smerig. Blad voor ingang heel hoog opgehoogd. Ontbijt voor 12,50 pp matig . Koffie wel goed . Bar gaat om 1700 uur dicht op vrijdag hoe dan ?teveel geld voor slecht onderhouden hotel.

Karig, verouderde kamer. Bed sliep prima. Baliemedewerkers waren vriendelijk. Ontbijt was royaal. Maar wachten bij de koffie. En geen waterkoker op de kamer.

Fint rum och välstädat. Bra frukost. Tjejen och killen i receptionen hade ingen aning om hur elbilsladdningen fungerade och lämnade fel instruktioner. Poolen borde haft större omklädningsrum. Överlag mycket bra boende.

Kamer was schoon en personeel beleefd.

Hotel is gedateerd. Verlichting in kamer stuk. Vloerbedekking door hele hotel ranzig en op trap treden stuk. Bedden zijn goed.

The toilet was complete brown on the inside. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The shower was broken, had to hold the shower head. Water temperature was fixed. Unable to adjust. Rooms were old and run down.

Ein Hotel für unter 100€ in der Gegend zu finden ist nicht einfach, aber für 70€ kann man definitiv mehr erwarten. Angekommen wurde ich an der Rezeption mit einem „Can I help you?“ von einer Dame sitzend am Schreibtisch empfangen. Der Check-In war sehr unpersönlich und die Dame hat einfach nur abgearbeitet. Eine Rechnung musste ich nach der Zahlung anfragen. Hätte ich sonst nicht bekommen. Die Zimmerkarte / Schlüssel hat beim ersten Mal nicht funktioniert. Als ich dann über den mit Flecken aller Art verdreckten Teppich zurück zur Rezeption ging wurde ich gefragt ob ich auch alles richtig gemacht hätte. Die zweite Karte hat dann Zutritt zum Zimmer gewährt. Das Zimmer an sich ist einfach und sehr abgewohnt. An sich in Ordnung, aber leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Überall liegt Staub und dreck.

Schone, niet al te grote kamer. Lekkere douche. Goed ontbijt. Mooie omgeving.

The room smelled horrible like piss, because of that we deed not sleep well at all, the curtains had holes en so deed the bed, the hotel is very poorly Maintained, de carpets true out the hotel are very dirty, I accidentally took an accessible room and it was not possible to change it. When I check in I was told that breakfast started at 8 am but it starts at 7:30. If I deed not ask about it in de morning I would not have known. Because I had to leave at 8 so I ordered a lunch pack bewaar that seemed like the only option. So overall a horrible experience. Don’t recommend this hotel The only thing I liked was the the view from the restaurant.

Mooie omgeving en ruime kamers. De kamers mogen wel koeler zijn, was boven de 24 graden op de kamers.

It seems more and more young people are employed resulting in a somewhat autistic reception. Renovation has been done nicely, but bad insulation of sewagepipes and frontdoors. People in the hallway sound like they are in the room.

Very nice location within all the trees. Hotel lobby and dining area very nice. However the room was small with only a single bed and it also smelt like cigarette smoke. The mattress may have done it’s time as well…very soft and sags in the middle. Great parking. Good breakfast. If I was to come back, I’d definitely go for a double room (or however they term it) to get at least a double bed.

We actually had to leave after staying one night due to flies in the room. Their solution was leaving a dangerous electric fly swatted out where my 5 year old could get it. I’m disappointed because the surroundings were truly lovely. What a disappointment. Also, Expedia had this under properties with air conditioning (one of the reasons we booked it). Don’t be fooled—no air!

Val Monte is een hotel op een prachtige lokatie op de heuvelrug in Berg en Dal met uitzicht op de Ooij polder. De kamerprijs is laag. Zonder ontbijt, dat wel. Moet ik dan niet te veel verwachten? De kamer en badkamer was netjes, schoon, ruim en goed ingericht. Maar het bed was verschrikkelijk!!!!! Nog nooit zo een slap, zachte matras meegemaakt. Ik slaap zeer regelmatig in hotels, van alle categorieën, op alle continenten, maar dit is ver weg het slechtste bed wat ik afgelopen jaren heb meegemaakt. Niet alleen een veel te zacht matras (alsof ik in bad zit), maar ook onregelmatig. Je rolt uit bed. Val Monte, jullie zijn een mooi en van oudsher beetje chique hotel. Doe hier wat aan. De belangrijkste reden van mijn bezoek is goed slapen.

Blev lovet indtjekning kl 15. Damen i receptionen var meget lidt kundevenlig. Da vi ankom kl 15 var vores to værelser ikke klar. Vi havde en aftale med en kunde hvor der var bestilt tolk, så et bad og nyt tøj efter en dags rejse havde været rart. Hun blev meget gal og sur og var i den grad usamarbejdsvillig. Da vi kom endnu en gang for st høre om vores værelser var klar kiggede hun sig lige over skuldren og sendt en ung fyr. Hun blev dog bedt om at forholde sig til problematikken. Kl 16.30 kunne vi få et af værelserne. Hendes undskyldning var, at de manglede stuepiger….dette skal vel næppe går ud over kunderne. Kommer ikke igen.

Hele slechte service, de volgende dag moest ik opeens 8 euro betalen want de medewerker van de dag ervoor had iets te weinig toeristenbelasting gerekend. Vond dit heel raar. Ze gaven de schuld aan die medewerker, ja zij was een stagiaire !!! Heb in hotel een kleine 1000,00 euro besteed en dan komen ze met 8,00 euro.kamers ook pas klaar om half zes!!

We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel's location was convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the staff were very respectful.

Very nice hotel. Looks a little dated on the outside, but very nice inside, with many renovations completed. The bed was small however comfortable. Best part was the heating which worked very well, helping me recover from being under the weather for a few days. Enjoyed a great dinner at their restaurant, very nice atmosphere. And much praise to the front desk staff who were so helpful - thank you. Easy to reach by bus number 8 from Nijmegen central station. Overall, very enjoyable.

Ik werd onvriendelijk ontvangen. Tijdens mijn hele verblijf was er geen wifi beschikbaar. Hierover eerd vantevoren niet gecommuniceerd. Bij een brandalarm wist het personeel niet adeqaat te handelen

For this Price such a nice Hotel in a forrest aeria near Nijmegen. The Hotel was unexpected nice. Nice and friendly personal. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. The beds are a Little to soft for me, but that is The only negative thing.

Beautiful park and view to hills and forest. Silence on the balcony, only birds sing. Excellent choice to relax just 10-15 minutes from Nijmegen city center.

Het hotel ligt in een prachtige omge ving met mooie fiets en wandelroutes. Het hotel zelf is wat gedateerd, maar in het algemeen nog wel netjes. Vriendelijk personeel en toegang tot het hotel snachts is ook goed geregeld.

Uniek is de locatie. Bij boeking was niet duidelijk dat het restaurant overbezet was. Hier was oa deze locatie uitgezocht, dus dat viel erg tegen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Landschaft. Das Restaurant hat ausgezeichnetes Essen und der Service ist sehr charmant und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind geräumig- allerdings fehlt ein größeres Licht an der Decke, denn es gibt nur 2 Bettlampen und eine Stehlampe mit wenig Licht. Es wäre auch schön wenn es eine Abstellmöglichkeit im Badezimmer geben würde um den „ Kulturbeutel“ abzustellen. Zum schminken ist das Licht auch sehr schlecht für uns Damen..,
