The staff were a bit uncourteous and not very friendly. The room and bathroom had an odd odor. The water pressure was up and down as was the temp of the water. I just wasn't impressed by anything at this hotel. The facilities seem old and worn and in need of updating. I'm ok, but for someone w physical handicap this place would be very difficult

Mooie locatie, hele aardige ober in het restaurant. Verder vooral minpunten. Weinig handdoeken op de kamer. Extra handdoeken niet meteen te krijgen bij de receptie. Geen enkele uitleg bij de incheck. Poolen kost extra, de bar was niet eens open. Het zwembadwater was erg koud.

De accommodatie was super mooi. Wel was op donderdag vergeten om de kamerdeur te sluiten na de schoonmaak. De service vond ik niet optimaal. Bij het ontbijt werd de eerste dag gelijk om 9 uur de koffieautomaat uitgezet. Buiten zitten mocht met het ontbijt, als we zelf het bord etc. terugbrachten. Rond half 5 in de middag bitterballen bestellen, of iets anders te eten, kon niet ivm het bereiden van het buffet. Mijns inziens is dat niet klantvriendelijk.

Mooi locatie, laadpalen voor elektrische auto (helaas maar 2 stuks), vriendelijk personeel. Staat van de kamer was teleurgesteld. Wel schoon, maar duidelijk aan vervanging toe: gordijnen hangen los, vlekken in de vloerbedekking, stopcontacten los, kan een verfje gebruiken, overal enkel glas (heel koud bij binnenkomst). Ook erg gehorig, hoor bovenburen lopen en naar de wc gaan.

Établissement très calme au coeur de la forêt. Séjour prolongé de deux jours Proximité Université Radbound. Prévoir des vélos, possible de les louer à l'hôtel.

Personal sehr freundlich, auch deutsch sprechendes Personal.der weg zu den Zimmern über viele Treppen,Lift gibt es aber auch.

Okay, you do not have facilities on site. THEREFORE YOU DO NOT HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE!! The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. It is, however, out of the way; if you want to go to Nijmegen proper, be ready to pay top dollar for taxis or learn to walk a kilometre and navigate the buses. The buses in Holland are good and plentiful. They should call it a two star hotel because people would have low expectations and would be pleasantly surprised. But by calling it a four-star, they raise expectations too high and, consequently, breed disappointment in their guests. Not at all bad, but not a 4 star.

Séjour d'une semaine pour installation d'un étudiant a Radbound. Très pratique car proche de l'université, environnement agréable au coeur d'une forêt. La chambre de 30m2 est hyper confortable et la piscine un vrai plus.

Hotel ligt midden in een bos. Veel dingen zijn aan vervanging toe; tapijt is vies op de kamer en bij de douche kan je de temp. Niet meer aflezen.

Prima locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Geheel wel redelijk gedateerd en vlekkerig. Temperatuur/ verwarming net te koud cq te laag

Wel schoon, maar duidelijk aan vervanging toe: gordijnen hangen los, vlekken in de vloerbedekking, stopcontacten los, kan een verfje gebruiken, overal enkel glas (heel koud bij binnenkomst). Ook erg gehorig, hoor bovenburen lopen en naar de wc gaan.

Tout est bien, accueil ok, juste l’état de l’hôtel est un brin délabré.

Oud gebouw, helaas met vieze vloedbedekking mn in de gangen. Heel jammer. De afwerking van de muren in de kamers is onvoldoende, mn de randen bij plinten en muur/plafond. Het bed zakt door. We zaten aan de binnenkant, helaas geen uitzicht.

Mooie omgeving om te wandelen of te fietsen. Hotel heeft moderne kamers en oude kamers. Wij logeerden in het oude gedeelte van het hotel. Kamer 258 rook muf bij binnenkomst en er waren plinten kapot. En vitrages die gaten had. Ontbijt was goed en nette ontbijtzaal.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud en het meubilair op de kamer was kaal en versleten.

Grosse Zimmer, Möbel wahrscheinlich aus den 1960iger Jahren, Betten gut, Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Für 2 Übernachtungen okay. Wie bereits erwähnt, sehr abgewohnt. Tolle Umgebung und für's Radfahren herrlich.

Changement de règles : les chiens ne sont plus admis dans les chambres. Nous ne reviendrons plus. Chambre 536 bruyante (salle technique à côté, on entend un gros coup métallique toutes les 5 secondes)

Het personeel stond wel.klasr voor de gasten. Ik heb in principe geen minpunten.

Fint hotel, dog ikke det mest indbydende personale. Lidt dyrt i forhold til stand. Hotellet er fint placeret i forhold til offentligt transport.

Prachtige locatie midden in bossen. Mooi hotel.

Als je niet te hoge verwachtingen hebt van het gebouw/de kamer dan is het een prima plek om te overnachten. Het is gedateerd en er zijn dingen nodig aan vervanging toe, maar we hebben er prima geslapen en heerlijk ontbeten.
