This is a great property to stay at if you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. We enjoyed the area that felt less touristy and more laid back. The room felt more like an apartment and less like a cramped hotel room. It is a great place if you need a homebase as you venture out in the area. Biggest perk was the communication with the property management, they were a text or call away and would jump over the building for you if there was any way they could help. We had a small issue, and they treated it like it was the biggest priority of their day.

Unit was recently updated And modern room was extremely clean and inviting. Host got back to us within a matter of moments when I had a question. Would recommend staying there.

I had a great experience during my stay at this extended stay property. The overall condition of the property was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The representative who assisted us truly stood out. They were very thorough, patient, and took the time to make sure all of our needs were met. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference in our experience. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Another great stay! The staff is great at Responding to inquiries. Excellent value! Very nice apartments. If you are in Fort Lauderdale having your boat fixed, Cordova Arms is a great place to say!
