Cockroaches, ants and discarded pop tart left in the AC unit. Cookie crumbs left on the seat from whoever stayed in the room before he and brown stains on the rug. I don’t believe the room was cleaned between stays. Especially since there was no bar or face soap on the soap holder.

Stayed 1 night

My room review: I had stayed earlier this week on the 5th floor and my room was impeccable. Clean. Smelled great. Wonderful experience. Tuesday evening I came back and stayed in room 339. I was exhausted as we came in late at night and noticed ants on the AC unit. Then saw a half eaten piece of a pop tart inside of the unit. As well as stains on the carpet. My husband told the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know and send them in Wednesday morning. (There was also a cricket in the room and a beetle, which I didn’t take a photo of the cricket, but the beetle image is attached to this review. As well as cookie crumbs on the single chair in the room. Which led us to believe the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before guests. I tried to just shrug it off. We went out all day and came back to see the pop tart was still there. But we also saw another visitor. A HUGE cockroach. My husband went to try and kill it but it scurried under the AC unit. We called the front desk, and the man working there (who has been the only reason I gave this hotel any stars because he was so nice the entire trip) came up to try and help us get the roach and he even opened up the vent and took out the pop tart with his own hand. He tried to assure us that it was probably a poisoned cockroach because they spray weekly. We weren’t offered another room. We were told if we do see it again to just try and kill it. We decided to check our bags out and make sure they were bug free and leave

Understaffed and undersupplied. Room was dirty upon check in. Got to the bar at 10:15pm...waited for service for 40 minutes. It was then last call. Starbucks could not serve half the menu.
