From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness. They had a Bar/Starbucks/Bistro right there in the lobby. So you could order food and dine there, or take it to your room. As I opened the door this smell hit me, and I was so shocked that it smelled so clean & the fragrant was very nice! lol & they don’t have little bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash, it’s 3 large bottles that are secured in the shower that you can use, & they smell great. I was then greeted by the television that welcomed me with my name on the screen. Lol the little things that make a difference. I was truly impressed with the room, the hotel and would HIGHLY recommend! & they have Top Golf! Can’t forget about that. The pictures I posted were just random. Had I known I could post some for this review I would’ve taken more.

This property says they have a pool and they DO NOT have a pool. They do not have signs showing where ice machines are so you have to ask as they are not on every floor. Also each day I was there I witnessed their staff parking in handicap and no parking areas. You have to ask about the free WiFi as they do not tell you when you check in or have it posted in your room.

Stayed one night in #135 is the 2nd floor not ground level. Had some fast food bag set on the floor next to the bed. Went to throw away in the morning to find was covered in small ants! Let the front desk know didnt seem too concerned

Only complaint: hotel was not even close to being fully booked but when I checked in the front desk person gave me a room looking out at the parking lot. I had to ask to get a room with the courtyard view.

The air conditioner was really loud, kept me up most of the night. No ice machine, had to go to the bartender for ice. No complimentary coffee except for what is in your room. The room had bare minimal amenities, no refrigerator or microwave. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly.

Nice remodeled 2 story hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable I had a one issue with a strong chemical smell in my room which is why 4 star rating I think the carpet had been shampooed or was new but the smell made me nauseous. I switched rooms but not much better. Had to keep the balcony door open the entire stay. Hopefully it will dissipate over time, otherwise a nice hotel for the money.

The only issue I had was one of the female staff members at the desk was being snippy when I asked for the location of the elevators which was located in the far back side of the building. She was not very clear nor was she professional. I don’t know if she thought I was hitting on her or what but we had a lot of luggage for a business trip. I asked the cleaning ladies and finally got directions and found it.

Internet connection was not allowing us to connect to Netflix and we changed rooms, but that did not solve problem until next day. However, the lady at the front desk shined trying to help us. She was very welcoming and had perfect customer service. Also, shower got clogged up, but the person that could fix that was available ASAP. Also very professional and prompt. Problems arise, but they take the opportunity to show why they are great.

The other Weiner was broken in the evening, and I was the only one that called in to tell them it was broken, and it was late in the evening. However, it was fixed by the morning. Also, the topgolf room was very difficult to figure out how to get in there and the guy. The front desk was not helpful at all. We tried for like an hour to get into the app correctly and it didn’t work and he wasn’t helpful and it was in the evening.

Front desk was excellent. Great location in great area with food and shopping near. They weee amazing when I had to ask for a late check out due to an accident in a rental. I was stuck in snow and dealing with a soccer trip. They were very gracious. Wonderful and price was better than I expected

10/10 cleanliness! Super helpful front desk staff. Close to RTD stop and able to walk to nearby dining. Kind of far out relative to downtown Denver, but if you're not worried about that, it's a great hotel.

My stay was very pleasant. Ariving very early into the morning, I didn't expect I'd get to check in early, but six hours to check-in they gave me my key card and I was able to get some well-needed sleep after my flight. Another big benefit of the courtyard is that Arapahoe station is only a short walk away, which gives you easy transportation all across Denver. Overall, the hotel was extremely nice and something I could not recommend enough.

The hotel, staff and room were great. Not the greatest area. The issue I had was at 0530 I was woken up by a young woman screaming at the top of her lungs for help. Ran into the hallway and see a woman running away and two guys inside hallway. One was un his underwear in his room doorway and another was walking away with a hoodue on and a backpack. I wasnt sure which guy was a possible suspect. They both could have been. The hood guy walks past and leaves. Securuty approaches me and we go outside and locate the confirmed (by frantuc womans description of her attacker) suspect who has crossed the street and walking quickly away. Security looks at ne and says, Im not allowed to go any further. I looked at him and replyed Im just a guest with a gun. Not my circus. Cops ended uo catching him from our description.

was comfortable and just what we needed coming back from a concert from Fiddler’s green! Great food options around the hotel. Nice staff and very clean. Will definitely be booking here again the next time we come to Denver!
