Unfortunately we weren’t impressed with our stay. The room had weird smell of something old and unclean. The shower was leaking, the light in the bathroom was broken. Also no parking on site, which completely mislead us, because in advanced search field we specifically asked for the hotels with parking. Though location was great and Annecy itself was fantastic.

Clean and quiet hotel in centre of Annecy. Easy to walk to lake, restaurants and old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Parked in underground “Poste” public car park about 400m away and hotel funded overnight charges. Only negative is rooms are small, but that was known in advance. Would recommend

Atipik is a quaint hotel and while the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and willing to help or give recommendations. Location was wonderful 3 min walk to train station, and dead in the center of the Old Town- which had a plethora of places to dine and explore.

Arrivant en voiture, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de parking dans l'hôtel et que ce dernier est dans l'hypercentre. L'accueil et les conseils sont top. La chambre est bonne meme si les grandes tailles sont un peu a l'etroit dans les commodités. Le parquet craque régulièrement. Pas de clim fonctionnelle et l'ouverture des fenetres donnent sur une ruelle tres bruyante. Le bus s'arrête devant l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec un effort certain sur les produits locaux. Tarif correct et aide financière au stationnement pour la nuit.

The hotel was in a very central location. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was not in a noisy area but the sound isolation in the building is quite poor. Every morning I woke up several times due to the loud noise of slamming doors. The room doors should be renovated to close slower or the guests should be warned in advance to be more careful. The room and the bed were a bit small but they was neat and clean.

Very nice, clean room. My only issue was the shower, which didn't have much water pressure. Location was central and convenient! Staff was helpful, even when checking in at 11pm.

We were surprised by the quality of Hotel Atipik. Based on the excellent rating on Hotels.com, we expected a significantly higher standard. The location is adequate, close to the city center, but in an unremarkable part of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room quality was disappointing. It was extremely small, had no closet, and the linens and mattress were of low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the excellent rating displayed online.

Uns ist eine Bauchtasche mit Kopfhörern Geld Kreditkarte beim Entladen unseres Autos, in der Rezeption oder im Zimmer abhanden gekommen[ wie genau ist uns nicht bekannt] und als wir am Morgen im Hotel um Hilfe baten hat sich die Dame überhaupt nicht dafür interessiert und wollte auch die Empfangskollegin vom Vortag nicht kontaktieren oder mal genauer nachschauen ob etwas gefunden wurde. Komisch ist auch, dass 10 Tage nachdem wir das Hotel verlassen und alles bezahlt hatten nochmals eine Anfrage für eine Zahlung über unsere Kreditkarte vorgenommen wurde. Betten waren okay, Lage zentral und es gab eine Preisreduktion beim öffentlichen Parkplatz.

For a 2-star hotel, it was serviceable but I would prob not return. The check in went well, but upon getting to my room, there was no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket you’d normally use as a throw. No top sheet either, which would have been ok if there were a comforter. I asked for a second blanket as it was pretty chilly at night and you’d have thought my request was something outlandish. Also the staircase to my higher floor room was quite a haul with luggage. It’s ok it you’re in shape but not for the mobility challenged. Maybe there is a lift I was unaware of. Checkout was good, very courteous staff member who seemed to genuinely care about my stay.

Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was also wonderful and reasonably priced. Excellent experience at Atipik Hotel!

Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel et il m’ont assuré que je n’avais pas de réservation. C’était 22h après un long trajet, j’étais seule dans une nouvelle ville et malheureusement la dame a l’accueil trouvait pas ma réservation. Au final, c’était de sa faute qu’elle trouvait pas la réservation mais elle ne s’est présenté aucune excuse pour ça. Je ne me suis pas sentie bien accueillie et à la limite j’avais peur de me retrouver dans la rue parce qu’il y a une énorme festival cette semaine et tous les hôtels sont complets. Je suis navrée de raconter mon expérience mais je ne la trouvais normale pour un accueil dans l’hôtel.

Atipik is a quaint hotel and while the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and willing to help or give recommendations. Location was wonderful 3 min walk to train station, and dead in the center of the Old Town- which had a plethora of places to dine and explore.

Although not a big room, it was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellently priced and of excellent quality. Fantastic location. Attentive staff. The only problem is there is no elevator.

Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was also wonderful and reasonably priced. Excellent experience at Atipik Hotel!

Though a small hotel , clean n nice . Surrounded by shops n within walking to sightseeing ! Breakfast is reasonable at 10.xx euro only disappointment no egg provided .nevertheless It’s recommended! 👍

Accueil au top, endroit très sympa, en plus le prix était conforme à notre budget. La chambre, la salle de bain les petits accessoires (savon et autres produits) étaient suffisant et de bonne qualité. Le petit déj très fourni et varié.

Hôtel facilement accessible à pied depuis la gare et ouvert 24/24 ce qui est rassurant quand on arrive par le dernier TGV. Accueil très sympathique. L'hôtel est rénové avec soin et avec goût. L'établissement ne dispose pas d'ascenseur mais un message nous en informant nous est envoyé au préalable, donc pas de surprise. Tout est en format un peu mini : la douche; les serviettes, la télé. Mais pour une étape en ville à plein cœur d'Annecy, çà reste un très bon qualité prix et l'hôtel remplit parfaitement son rôle.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Altstadt und es gibt Gutscheine fürs Parkhaus. Die Standardzimmer sind eher klein, genügen aber für einen kurzen Citytrip. Das Doppelbett war schmal (~160cm) und weich. Das Frühstückbuffet ist überschaubar, hat verschiedene Brote, etwas Käse und Fleisch, Yoghurt und Cerialien. 2 Säfte und überraschend guten Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten. Wir waren schon mal im Atipik und würden/werden wieder kommen👍.
