Overall, it was a decent stay. I would say everything about the hotel, except OUR ROOM, was 5 stars. 1. About 50% of the lights in our room did not work. 2. Our reservation was supposed to include a sofa bed, but the couch did not have that feature. 3. The shower and sink had some water pressure issues. I want to be clear: those three factors did not ruin our trip, and the staff there were very professional and polite. Sounds like we just got pulled the short end of the straw in terms of their rooms. I would give them another shot in the future if I could pick a different room. We literally got the last room available according to the Hotels.com site

The staff went above and beyond and were wonderful to our group. We were there for a baseball tournament for four days. The front desk, the housekeeping, the night manager were all friendly. The rooms were spacious, kitchenette well stocked, and everything very clean.
