This hotel was amazing! It was quiet. It was clean. The staff was unbelievably polite and accommodating with any request. The pool has a little shelf with dunking buckets for little kids. Plenty of parking for guests. Nothing directly next door or across the street but plenty of shopping and places to eat a short drive away.

Can I say OUTSTANDING?! Yes, Outstanding. Very clean, inside and outside. Beds and pillows very comfy. Great shower and water pressure great, very hot water makes for a great hot shower. Powerful towel flush. Lol. Breafast was good. Pool was awesome. Staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed new. The area felt safe. Loved the town of Tomball. Thank yall for caring for the place you work for, it really showed.

I love that the pool has a small splash pad area of the pool. The outside area is beautiful, with a fire pit and cafe lights. The also sell convenient items, such as detergent, goggles for the pool, and good options for snacks, drinks, and meals. They have washers and dryers on the first floor. Only thing is that the washers are not cleaned daily so you can smell the mold. The room was amazing with a kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. The stock the bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, hand soap, and makeup remover wipe. Only thing was that there was mold behind the shampoo holder, but everything else was very clean. I would definitely go back.

My son's wedding party and guests stayed here for the weekend and the place was perfect! We were able to gather in the lobby and on the patio around the fire pit. The space was very conducive to accommodating a large group of 30-ish people.

Chris checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the lobby and outdoor area were perfect for sitting and visiting. Will definitely stay here anytime I’m in town.

I would’ve given this a perfect score until this morning. It’s really not the staff’s fault but this morning somehow ants made their way into my bed! Staff immediately removed all bedding and sprayed the room. Had not seen any ants previously. Other than that, breakfast was very good and the place was clean. We were in Tomball for a baseball tournament and it was perfect!

Very good. Everything was nice and clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the door locking mechanism I guess had worn down batteries. I had to go back to the desk 4 different times upon our arrival because the card would not open the door. I initially thought the cards had gotten too close to my phone, however that was not the case. The breakfast was sad. The choices were minimal. I have stayed have before in the past, and I have always been pleased. It is why I continue to come back trip after trip. After this trip, I may try another hotel next time.

We were there for a 5 night stay. The room and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The complimentary breakfast was very good and the coffee is great. I have two complaints. The first is that the refrigerator in the room did not want to fully close thereby keeping items inside from getting cold and the second is that the mattress was in pretty dire need of replacement. Both my husband and I found sleeping on it to be difficult.

The front desk was amazing. Put us in a first floor room for easy access to the outside with out pups. The place was roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was the toilet perpetually ran, and one of the lights was busted. But it worked, and we were very comfortable. The doors kept the sound from the toilet from bothering us.

Staff was friendly and responsive. We prefer feather pillows, weren't totally satisfied with what was available. Also, we expected daily service to make up the room. It wasn't clearly explained upon check-in that this was not the case and we arrived after a very long day expecting a clean, orderly room and it was as we left it with unmade bed and wet towels on the floor. (FYI we were in town to help family members dealing with a stroke patient) We didn't expect to have to make our bed up before sleeping.
