Property was ok. Construction inside where we ate was terrible. Concrete dust could be smelled everywhere and this is not good for the dining experience. One lamp beside the bed in our room was broken, we could not adjust the shower spray, sink drains slowly. Did not get our room cleaned on the 3rd day even though we left it available.

When we checked in - we were told the hotel was undergoing renovations on the 4th floor. I noticed we were given a 3rd floor room and asked if we needed to wait for a lower floor room to open. I was told they were just hanging wallpaper and we would not hear them. All we heard from 2pm to 6:30pm was loud hammering, banging and something that literally made the walls shake in our room. I called the front desk at 4:40pm to ask what was happening - they said they were sorry and would tell them to stop. Nothing stopped - at 6:30pm O went to the front desk. I was told they were installing carpet above me. A far cry from hanging wallpaper. The front desk person they would have them stop - I reminded him that he said that 2 hours ago. I asked if we could get a credit for our room - we paid $180.00 + to be disturbed to the point the bed was vibrating. I was told no because I have an Expedia room. The entire hotel was filled with signs that stated the fire/smoke alarms did not work, the ice machines did not work. It was a mess - definitely not worth the money - stay somewhere else.

The hotel was fine for a short stay. The carpet on the fourth floor has a bad odor. The lamps in the room were very dusty. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. We thought we were getting a room with a pull out couch, but it turned out to just be a handicap accessible room that had a large chair. Luckily they were able to give us some sheets for it and my son is small enough to sleep on it. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nicely done. The rooms themselves are just a little dingy.

There was a huge water stain in the ceiling with a large crack. The ton had missing porcelain pieces and the furniture was falling apart. The leather chair was peeling. Definitely not worth almost $200 for the night.

There was only one staff member on duty. Every was clean ,but the tub. No house keeping staff was on duty. Cleaned the tub ourselfs. The staff member could not leave the front desk. Management needs at least two people on call at night. Very understaffed.

No complaints. We stayed here for three days when visiting a nearby vendor. Breakfast was decent and had some nice variation. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. My room was good sizes with a decent sized work area, living room area, as well as a good bed. Didn't use the room much though.

We were in town for a family visit and enjoyed staying here multiple days. The room was large, offered plenty of space to unpack and just enjoy the town, explore, visit and see a different area. This town has everything to offer and the suite that we had just topped off our stay. The nice area for making coffee in the room, the refrigerator, couch, desk and the space, oh my! The room was twice the size of mine at home. The bed was comfortable; the area has all the shopping opportunities you could ever hope to have and lots of chain and local restaurants too! Go check out the downtown area that is very walkable and check out the various shops and food trucks too. This location is easily "right in the middle of things', so it isn't hard to find and there is so much to see.

The lobby, elevator and room were clean with no foul smells, like many hotels. There was no way to check out early in the morning as there was no one behind the desk. There was a sign telling people to use the house phone to call the manager but no one answered.
