The first room we were assigned had a strong urine smell, like someone had urinated on the bed or carpet. This room never should have been offered. The second room was comfortable. The shower floor was not very clean and they do not have room service unless you ask. The pool looked very nice but we did not use it.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff VERY friendly, enjoyed the breakfast & the fact coffee is available in the lobby after hours. Please add cold water w/cups to the lobby for after hours too.

The pool was nasty and closed down! We drove 8hrs with small children, hoping to use this and it was Down. We should have been notified sooner so we could’ve stayed somewhere else. It had been down for some time to be in this shape!

Broken phone line with constant busy signal. Loud guests all through the night. Barely functional WiFi, couldn’t connect my streaming device. Asked to speak to management in the survey, they sent a template email instead of calling. Alarm clock went off at 5AM despite not setting it, and house keeping tried to barge in at 930AM despite them supposedly coming “on request”. I did not request, and they almost walk in on us changing clothes. Tiny suite is not worth the money, get a regular room or a better hotel if you want a suite.

i did not like the fact that the day crew and manager said my dogs were not service animals I showed them the paperwork but because one of my dogs barked when i left his side in the room, they got complaints I had taken onr out by itself and he barked That was my fault for leaving him He has been misplaced so many times in the past 3 weeks, he's not acting quite like himself There was no problem with the other one The male is actually my husband's and he is in Tomball Hospital at the moment I've been doing my best alone with him since his hospitalization I apologize for my dog barking in the morning Hes lost without his owner Im doing my best but he's nervous hes not here He did bark at people but he was excited He's never bitten anyone in his 6 yrs of life He hasn't been home in 3 weeks Some people are just plain heartless Needless to say, they asked me to leave their establishment I did so without a fuss They tore up nothing nor did they ever make a mess anywhere i also bring my bags to pickup any waste the may make in the grass Very responsible

We spent November 23rd (our stay was Nov 22-24) out at a local event and did not return until late in the afternoon. We were very surprised that the room had not been made up since we had not left a "Do not disturb" sign or any other indication that we did not want the room serviced. When I asked the desk clerk on duty he told me it was their policy not to clean a room unless a guest specifies that they want their room serviced. I asked if this was a Holiday Inn policy that had recently been changed...since it was not a policy I was familiar with nor was this stated anywhere in the room or stated during the check-in process. I asked him to contact his manager and she replied to him (by email/text) with an apology that this was not communicated to us but that this was indeed their policy. Housekeeping was gone for the day and our only recourse was to get fresh towels and continue our stay in an unserviced room. I'm apalled that a property that participates with hotels.com and other booking services can feel it's OK to implement a policy that is not the norm and is not being communicated to guests. I would appreciate if hotels.com get clarification if this is truly an acceptable policy!

Very nice stay in a newer, very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good and included eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes along with bagels, english muffins, etc. Beds were comfy.Front staff and ladies who handled the breakfast were all very friendly. Special shout-out to Gabby, who helped with operation of the ac, whicj worked perfectly, and remembered my name the very next day. Highly recommend.
