Beautiful property, lovely pool area, and very friendly and helpful staff. Easily walkable to some beautiful beaches. The rooms are updated and very comfortable; we had a cute balcony looking over the pool. An added bonus is the private parking area. Would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Juan Les Pins.

The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice. The location is great, short and easy walk to multiple beaches, or to center of Juan le Pins. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to everything. It’s a lovely hotel. Our room was perfect, with a sea view and large balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful around it- not many children, but that might have been because we were there before all the schools broke up.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms and beautiful garden and swimming pool. Service is very friendly, rooms are comfortable and big enough. The breafast was very good, the breakfast and the entry area are very nicely decorated. It is a 10 minutes walk to a restaurant area of Juan les Pins or to the seaside and parking is possible on site.

This hotel is an Oasis. So tranquil, relaxing and delightful. The room had a terrace which brought the outside in. The pool was beautiful and there are so many extras - from the charming massage area to the Pétanque. Breakfast was delicious - fresh baked goods and freshly squeezed orange juice with lots of pulp were just some of the delights.

I have just stayed at Hotel La Villa Cap D’Antibes for 2 nights while on business, and will definitely be staying again next time. The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is clean, with great facilities, and my room was very good. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use the pool as the weather was bad, but it looked great and I hope to get the chance to make use of it next time I stay here.

We stayed for 2 nites. Very little to remark on except that the room was bit more spacious than classic French rooms but the room had a distinct musty smell and an AC unit that blew directly on us in bed. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

It was a quick 2 night stay. But it was perfect the room was spacious with a beautiful view. My one issue was how warm the room was, I did solve this issue by leaving the door open while in the room. Other than that everything was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

we booked two rooms and stayed two nights. very nice to give us one of the rooms early. rooms were very cleaned. did not expect such new bathrooms in the little boutique hotel which was a real plus. the first morning they had run out of bananas and I thought it was a very kind touch that, the next morning, they had kept one aside for my husband. it's those little thing that make you come back. we walked down to the town one night and walk back. maybe 10mns top. it feels more like a family run hotel which was a nice refreshing concept. would definitely recommend it.

Warm welcome from the girls on reception and patient with my many questions of which they answered and gave guidance. Thank you reception. The room, toiletries, bed, bed linen, robe, towels etc all a very welcome comfort and quality. Breakfast had something for everyone and more in a very pleasant area to start the day. The hotel is in a very convenient location with the added bonus of peace and calm. There is a bus route less than 10 mins walk away if you want to go further a field. I would happily book again.

A very nice hotel, a few blocks from town. Very comfortable and very quiet - as we left town, there was a concert going on on the beach, but when we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't hear a thing! Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay within a 5 minute walk to the excitement of Juan’s-les-Pins, but tucked into a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood. The staff was very nice and responsive. And the parking was a huge benefit. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. While the location is a bit off the beaten path situated in a quieter, upscale residential area, it is only a 10-15 min walk into juan les pins where there are many restaurants and the train station. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if we come back to Antibes.

Clean comfy rooms , spotless modern bathroom , could not fault amenities . Only problem not enough veggie options for breakfast and no water on arrival during busy month - we asked for water on arrival and was told to buy it . A glass of water upon arrival is not too much to ask .
