Definitely recommend. Stayed in 2x Studio apartments. Rooms were clean, shower hot, quiet location, balcony overlooking the courtyard, pool and gym were in excellent condition. Surrounding area felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Adina apartments are close to the Central Market & Chinatown which makes sourcing items for your apartment easy. Both the tram & buses leave just around the corner. You can also easily walk to Rundle Mall for shopping, breakfast or lunch. If you’re a senior make sure ti get the metro card from the tourist information centre just behind Adina. Parking is easy at the nearby parking station. Make sure to get a card from the staff so that the parking is cheaper. The apartment we had was clean and comfortable with everything you can possibly need. You do hear some street noise but you are staying in the city so it’s to be expected. We loved the pool and spa. We had a fantastic stay & would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at Adina. When we entered our room it was nicely air conditioned and comfortable, blinds were open letting in a lot of natural light which was lovely. Our room had a microwave, toaster, kettle and oven which all worked perfectly well and meant we could cook a meal in our room for one of the nights. We had planned a day trip to Glenelg on one of the days and reception were kind enough to loan us 2 MetroCards (with credit) which are required to catch the Tram, Bus, or Train in Adelaide (can also use CreditCard) The reception staff were very attentive and welcoming. We had run out of tea bags in our room, I called reception and within 2 minutes one of the kind reception staff was at the door delivering more tea bags. This was very much appreciated. Also asked for 2 robes and were delivered these without any hesitation. We made use of the swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym on each of our nights stay and all facilities weee kept clean and working. The gym was the highlight for me. Had exactly the equipment I liked to use. Rundle mall is a 5-7 minute walk with plenty of shops and eateries and supermarkets. Thanks for making our 1st trip to Adelaide so comfortable. Would recommend Adina to any future travellers.

Classic old building that is very well maintained. Large room with all those little touches of a fine hotel (glassware, robes and slippers, soaking bath, etc.). Bar and restaurant in courtyard in center of hotel completed the package. Very nice overall.

The hotel and rooms were glorious and a generous size. All room amenities were high quality and we loved the easy access to the shops and surrounding restaurants. The only downside was the car parking as a little walk to and from the hotel but it was safe and easily accessible 24/7 to get the car in and out as often as required.

A very pleasant stay in a spacious studio. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The only negatives were the carpet looked a little tired in places and the mattress could do with changing. Found it a bit flat on the sides while still firm in the middle.

The Adina in Adelaide is a good, central place to stay in a cool old building with lots of character. We found that it was a really good location to access the transportation that we needed to get around town. The area was safe although I wouldn't classify it as a spectacular location. It met our needs nicely. As with all Adinas, this one had a kitchen so that we were able to cook a lot of our own meals and easily store food for snacks. This one also had a washer and dryer in the suite which was helpful for us as we were in the middle of a long trip. I thought that the housekeeping wasn't great. The carpeted floors seemed to be in need on a good vacuuming and the kitchen wasn't outstanding in the cleanliness department. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and we found that the front desk staff was really helpful. I also liked the onsite courtyard and the lap pool downstairs!

Fabulous hotel and amenities. Great location close to transport, shopping and markets. Very tasty breakfast and great coffee. Check in with the delightful “Francie”sp??was a breeze. A little disappointed with the state of the carpet flooring in our suite which was threadbare in places and gathered in others (trip hazard)

Very dated room and long black hairs behind the bathroom door and all over the walls - defo not mine! Loose kitchen taps. Nice pool, central hotel but needs someone to do some basic maintenance and pre arrival checks on cleanliness of rooms

We always love our stays at Adina as it’s a lovely building has a heated pool, the staff are great and friendly and location is ideal. The only criticism this last stay was that the rooms were not cleaned very well and restocking of minibar. Bathrooms not being cleaned every day is a downer for us. Floors were not cleaned at all.

This is an amazing apartment /hotel. Room 64 has an outdoor balcony & the location of the hotel is so convenient to Victoria Sq. Everything you want to see & do in Adelaide is close. The apartment itself is spacious , full kitchen, living room, laundry . I cannot rate it highly enough

We were on a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, with no natural light and privacy only through screened off windows and curtains - windows out to the street on one side and the courtyard on the other; the bedrooms had an interconnecting window, where light shone through at night to the other bedroom. The floor is not level.

This is a very well appointed and conveniently located property. Staff were quite helpful. Only complaints are we had a room looking at a wall about 10 feet away, no view at all. I’ve come to believe that is what they assign when you book through a site such as Expedia. The other complaint is the fee you pay to settle the bill with a credit card; that I know understand is commonplace in AUS but had I known I might have opted to have the room prepaid before we arrived.

I always look for an Adina hotel because they are very reliable. Our one bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and well equipped as they usually are, and it was conveniently located. The old Treasury building is very attractive and the internal courtyard a peaceful oasis. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

A wonderful central accommodation in Adelaide. Close to CBD and tram stops Easy check in, we were given a complimentary room upgrade Room spacious, quiet and well appointed. Full apartment appliances with laundry. Shower over bath, only room let down. Would be difficult to step in and out of bath if you have reduced mobility. Lovely court yard to sit relax, have a wine or meal. Indoor pool. Definitely recommend

Disappointed that hotel would not upgrade our apt for Gold Expedia member. Excuse was that there was none available even though there were 2 available and 6 the next day. Stuck us in a small apartment with view of back walls of buildings and they said that this was the quiet part of the hotel!!

Loved staying here felt really comfortable in the room bed was great the best sleep we had all holiday. Would love to come again. The restaurant was top notch food and beverage selection with a cute bar to the side.
