Our stay was amazing..we had the best service..the ladies at breakfast were amazing..very friendly..the check in was quick the receptionist was amazing…the hotel was clean..the breakfast was great..just need more meat options that’s not pork but other than that the overall stay was amazing..the jetted tub was a added bonus..We will be staying again

The wonderful lady that checked us in and let us get in the room early was awesome. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was substandard. 1. The hotel did not have coffee in the lobby, which seems rather odd. 2. I asked to use a conference room or business center to take a test and I was told that unless I rent the room I am not allowed in it. The manager then proceeds to lock the room in insure that I didn't go in there. 3. The eggs at the breakfast bar had an odd taste that was unpleasant to say the least. This is the first bad experience that I have had at a Hampton Inn & Suites and I will not consider this location for future stays.

The jacuzzi was completely dirty. Called front desk manager wasn't there. Staff took my name and number and would call me back. Never called back. I called and I got a half hearted we will give you a $50 discount. The jacuzzi was THE ONLY reason i booked there. This ruined the entire night.

It was a bit expensive. However, you get what you pay for and I mean this in such a great way. The location was safe, great food options nearby, etc. The guest services reps at check in and check out were friendly. No loud noise heard throughout the night, nice spacious rooms and bathroom. I didn’t notice any stains, dirt, etc. Hotels.com rates were cheaper than booking directly through the hotels website. Plenty of parking space also.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. We stayed in room 126 and the carpet was extremely wet throughout the entire room. The wall near the AC unit had a gap and you could see it was previously patched. The rainwater plus the AC condensation was coming into the room soaking the carpet. Maintenance had to come in and try to fix the issue, but it was wet our entire stay. It also smelled musty. Other than that, the hotel was decent. It was convenient to the interstate and mall/restaurants.

When I entered the room it had a bad smell. The air was not cool, the curtains were damaged, but the worst of all was when I opened the sofa bed, the bed sheet was covered in blood in many places. After complaining so that they would give me another room, the lady told me that they did not have anything available, that the only thing they could do was give me a clean sheet, pretending that I would change the sheet full of blood. I told her, that what I wanted was a new room. I told her, that I had to talk to my wife first. When I returned, she told me that a room had appeared. The other room they gave me was in good condition.

We were only here for one night but we were very surprised how big our room was. Very nice area as well. The area was quiet, but the air conditioner was making a weird noise but other than that, we liked our stay and hotel. Also, super easy to watch TV and the streaming services were easy.

We stayed over thr holiday weekend. The hotel was full but our room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is the standard fare. We noticed our room did not have a closet. Not an issue for us but something to be aware of you have a garment you want to hang up. The hotel is near I-20 and close to lots of restaurants and a shopping. I would recommend this hotel.

Ive stayed there many times in the past and enjoyed my stay. However, this time the matress in my room was indented and lumpy from wear. I didn't sleep well because of the horrible matress. In the morning, when I politely told them about how uncomfortable I was and that it interfered with my sleep the response I received was unsatisfactory. The person on duty told me that all of the mattresses were like that and offered no resolution for the issue except for an extra blanket tp put in the indention. However, when I arrived back to the hotel at 9 pm the lady on duty did give me a different room. The matress in that room was better, but just okay. I wont stay there again.

The room was clean enough but seemed old and kinda musty, if that makes sense? The room was huge which was nice. Staff was very friendly. The beds were soooooo uncomfortable that we woke up sore. The hotel just needs to be updated.

Would definitely use this hotel again. My only complaint was it seemed to be an issue to get extra pillows. Had to ask multiple times and multiple people. Finally got some the next day. Then later that afternoon someone else brought more up. All in all definitely going on our family’s will stay at list.

Enjoyed the location and property as whole. Unfortunately, room wasn't ready for a 30-min ahead of check-in time and wasn't ready until 4:10pm... 10-mins after check-in time. 6-days after using my debt/credit card for "incidentals"... my card was fraudulently charged $1100 in excess so had to cancel card and dispute charges. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone else.
