Hotel was in great condition, you can tell it’s new! I found a couple long dark hairs in the bed which were clearly not mine, and hair on the toilet- ick-, but besides that it had all the amenities I needed for a 2 night stay. Comfortable bed, Chromecast, and a kitchenette with fridge/freezer and cooktop. No dishwasher as shown in pictures, but unnecessary for a 2 night stay. If I would be staying longer this would have been nice, as well as adding a small set of pots/pans, dishes, untensils. No pool/hot tub, but a very small gym on site. Hotel is up top a hill from the main roads, so I felt safe leaving my vehicle here. I would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel entry doors not ADA. Difficult to get thru in a wheelchair. Bed too low for my disability. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of space for wheelchair maneuvering. Overall good stay

There was nobody there when I checked in but they had an electronic check in and key printer. I t worked quick and easy. It would be nice to have a regular coffee machine in the lobby rather than the fancy 1 cup at a time. Overall a great stay.

Basic facilities, but it has what you need. Not a fan of the hard floors as the kids above kept us up until 11pm. Only had one bath towel when 3 people were booked into the room. Could t find a room service number but got more towels at reception. Coffee available in the morning from the small lobby.

Used a kiosk to check in. Fast and convenient. Would stay here again.

As a person with a disability I prefer to park as close as possible to the entrance. It was nice to see plenty of disabled parking available. Thank you M. Snyder

The self help kiosk was great but not the same as in person. Rooms are well appointed for extended stays, which is the intent of the hotel. Adfitional ammenities such as a coffee pot must be requested, but the full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner convection top are a great ammenity.

This is a hidden GEM in the Tri-cities! I am booking 3 months in advance ASAP because I don’t think you will find a better bang for your buck in town! I loved the laundry & fitness center & took advantage of the free coffee in the lobby. The staff members were the best you could request. 10/10 stay. I’ll be back in a couple weeks!:)

The rooms are supposed to be only accessible by key fob, but I found the side door leading to parking both open and unable to lock. Regardless, staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodations roomy. The TV system requires inputting your Netflix or broadcasting from a smart phone; but, I found that the latter option did not working with Airplay. In general, a decent budget stay—so long as you bring your own entertainment.

Very clean and comfortable

My sheets appeared to have been slept in and the bath tub had lots of black hair all over it.

Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like is that towels looked like were just reused from previous guests as it had stains.

The floors were never mopped. We were there 4 night and the room was not serviced, no clean towels. Halls were not mopped the entire time we were there. Was supposed to be room with a kitchenette but only one chair and no table for eating.

arrived to the place. did self check in everything was going perfect. got to the room everything looked good besides the bathroom. got to the bathroom and the roof is leaking onto the toilet, the toilet paper. and the ground. we thought someone took a shower and didn't clean but we looked up and it was the ceiling, she gives us different room not trying to give us anything for a discount or any upgrade. and she just gives us another room, we sleep wake up everything is fine and we check the sheets of the bed and they have pee stains on the mattress, blood stains on the mattress and does not look clean at all. should have got my refund right when we moved rooms.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The issue was that you could hear everything in the hotel through the walls. Family of four got two poor night’s of sleep.

The fan made a terrible sound all night long and right outside our window were the train tracks. The horn blowing and it sounding like the train would bust through the walls was awful at 3 am. Full kitchen but anything you need must be purchased at an additional cost. For the same price, I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Water pressure on the shower is weak, low no matter where you stay. I have been there a couple of times. Blinds in the windows are not enough for the sun in the morning, mainly the rooms facing front of the building.

My gf an I wanted to cuddle up and enjoy a movie together! The first room tv didn’t work ! After 20 minutes they gave us a different room! Tv worked but guest internet didn’t work! The girl at the front desk gave me stuff internet! Most weird tv system with most uselessly difficult chromecast set up! Tried to turn on the youtube app for an hour amd half! Nothing worked ! Tv wouldn’t allow us to access any app ! The girl tried to reach out to the manager and it was 10:30 but the manager wouldn’t respond! At 11:00 the frontdesk girl just left ! We ended up watching a useless tv system and useless mangement service! The whole point of getting the room was just to enjoy a netflix movie together ended up in disappointment!

My wife and I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfortable setting of the room. The amount of space for storing clothes, food, and other items was wonderful and the overall room setup was great. The only issue we had with our stay was the constant door slamming throughout the day/night probably from the longterm stay Tennants, and I personally felt on edge every time I would take our dog outside to the bathroom because there was always a group of people hanging out by the side door/dumpster area in the evening every time I would go out. The one incident that really set my nerves on edge was the first night aeound 9pm I took my dog to the pet potty area near the dumpster and from the moment I walked out until I went back inside, there was a vehicle that immediately pulled out of a parking spot and then stopped their car in the middle of the parking lane facing me with their lights on, but didnt pull back into a spot or leave the parking lot. They sat in the middle of the lane and just stared at me for the 5 minutes I was out there. I didnt feel comfortable allowing my wife to take our dog out potty by herself. I am an Afghanistan war veteran and I dont get uncomfortable easily, so when I start to feel uneasy about a situation, I take that feeling very seriously. I was never threatened or harassed during our 2 night stay and the few people who said anything to my wife and I were very polite and respectful, but we felt we should share how I felt about our evening dog potty trips

Like the space. Like the stove heater, didnt the mising pots. Mised working TV, what some from the frond desk culdn get going over half hour trying... Our alarm clock at home has at least radio. No this one...

The hotel is new and as such, is pretty clean and in solid condition. There were 2 issues for me. First, hearing every noise in the rooms around me. I expect to hear my neighbors some in a hotel, but as an example, I was hearing one neighbors stomach issues and every complaint they uttered outloud in the middle of the night. Clean kitchenette and large (3/4-ish) refrigerator/freezer. Queen bed mattress on standing spring was comfortable. Room thermostat responsive for both A/C evening and heat in the morning. Would stay again when traveling through Tri-cities. Near to Costco (gas) and various restruants.

I had a confirmation from Hotels.com but when I arrived, they said that they didn’t have any vacancies and were sold out. The desk person said that he hated third party rentals like hotels.com because this happens all the time. Had to look for another place to stay.

Staff was rude

Arrived and there was no one at the front desk. I tried the automated desk check in but it wasn’t working. Finally, a the worker appeared and i was 3 deep in line. took 30+ min to check in. Then the agent says they don’t have any of my king bed rooms clean…it was 7pm so not sure why. I prepaid and she said she didn’t know how to get me in a different room…took another 20 min. Finally made it to my room and it was incredibly noisy. I had conf calls that next day and the cleaning ladies were screaming and laughing so loud my boss could hear them on my conf call. I prepaid a $30 fee for late check out because I conf calls until 2 and the manager approved, at 11 the front desk is banging on my door asking why i haven’t left during a conf call…then they call an hour later and asked why i still haven’t left. will not stay here again.

I didn't get to exercise. They told me I was not able to stay there as I was trying to Check-in and it's because of a loud mouth really inappropriate. Staff front desk operations. Who was telling me to get out and to get out now. I was in middle of packing. Told her to give me the December minutes and I'd be out. She refused and said she'd come back knocking at the door again and she didn't 5 minutes, which was her a** in it. And then said I cursed at her.So therefore I needed to be black listed.Never.Did they ask me a question or interview me about it?But isn't the customer supposed to be always right?Just common sense.I'm thinking I'm extremely appalled.And it happened to me obtained The Times around here.I don't understand why

Great customer service

Stay was okay although the room was clean it only had a few towels and one roll of toilet paper. Trash bag was missing in bath room. When we first got our keys we were given keys to an already used room and walked in on a guest who was naked and it was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. Overall experience was not pleasant

It was affordable and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was quick to respond to any request we had. The parking was close to the entrance. The property felt safe.

My daughter and I made a last minute booking because of her sports schedule running late in to the night. New building, close to the fields, decent ratings, and an all in cost of $100? Sounded good. Ive stayed at no frills/rooms set up more for a long term customer such as these- they’re fine, we don’t eat the free breakfast or use a pool anyhow. What I didn’t think about was what other clientele a sub $100 room attracts. When we got there after 10pm, some folks were pushing a dead car in the parking lot, there were 2 people asleep in their car, and I think there was a security guard watching the lot. Check in was smooth at the kiosk. The building is new. Very cheap/basic room setup. Plastic kitchen stools. No toiletries and I didnt see any kitchen supplies on the open shelves- I didn’t check drawers though. The issue with the room was the smell- I can’t put my finger on it but when I ran for my coffee in the morning I bought Fabreeze. It was kind of nauseating. Walking the halls in the morning folks were taking out trash, you could smell cooking breakfast in their kitchen in the halls- I think more folks are more permanent than I realized. The bed was fine and we only needed to sleep and shower, we were there maybe 10 hours. At this price point I think this place is going to have issues keeping everything under control but for our one night stay it was okay,

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the remote check in option.

This is a new property with well appointed rooms and landscaping. Comfortable bed and spacious room. No coffee in the room which is definitely not a deal breaker since we called ahead and bought our own. We were informed there was coffee in the lobby available. Nice full kitchen for longer stays, but you will need to inquire about dishes and silverware. Very nice property and would stay here again while in the Tri Cities area.

Room was clean and comfortable, and way cheaper than Hilton Garden Inn nearby. Check in is at a Kiosk but it’s easy. Only saw about 3 employees the whole time, and 2 of them nearly ran into me on their hoverboards as I exited the elevator. No coffee maker or tea or kettle in the room. Not even a key drop off, guess I was supposed to leave it in the room.

This is a great little place. The rooms are kitchenettes, bring your own plates, cookware, etc. There is a sink, 2 burner stove, fridge and small oven. We didn't cook this time, cuz we only stayed one night. Beds were comfortable, which is a big deal for me because i have a bad back. The bed was not too soft and not too hard, good support. Only complaint was when the hot water was turned all the way on the plumbing squealed loudly. Fortunately, we were able to take a warm enough shower to get by. Thank you for a nice stay!

This was a nice, clean property but if you are looking for a place with amenities, this isn't the place to stay. We didnt even have cups available in our room and had to ask for wash cloth's. Very bare minimum in the room. But it was quiet and the bed was great.

I was charged $10 more than the expedia rate I booked, it said breakfast was included but they don't have that up and running yet. Clean and quiet and othewise ok, but not what I booked and more than quoted.

Great spot for a qucik night. I didnt realize thr kitchen didnt come with any kitchen items, like pans, pots, plates, silverware so it was a bit hard to use.
