Fantastic hotel! I extended my stay because I loved it here so much. Gorgeous property in park-like surroundings and near the water. Spectacular buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Amazing spa with hot pool and sauna on ground floor. I had a lovely massage and soak. Walking distance to town and bicycle rental is also available. Lovely, friendly staff. 10/10. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Wish I could have stayed a week.

Der Check In gestaltete sich etwas länger als üblich. 1 Std. und 15 Minuten ist schon ungewöhnlich, 3 Mitarbeiter/innen gaben ihr Bestes, waren aber den vielen anreisenden Gästen nicht gewachsen. Dabei blieben sie sehr freundlich und nett, erklärten alles was man wissen muss. Wenn das Management weiß, das so viele Leute anreisen, muss man sich besser vorbereiten. Man hätte die Wartenden auch mal fragen können, ob man die Wartezeit mit einem Kaffee oder ein Glas Sekt überbrücken kann. Leider Fehlanzeige, schade, so war unsere Freude erstmal gedämpft. Hotel schon etwas älter, was man von außen erkennen kann. Innen aber gut saniert, renoviert, sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und machen einen den Urlaub angenehm. Eiergerichte zum Frühstück überzeugten uns nicht, entweder kalt (Spiegeleier) oder der Geschmack ist nicht so, wie wir das auch von anderen Hotels in der Region kennen. Den Punktabzug gibt's für den SPA Bereich. Viel zu klein, für die Größe des Hotels. Obwohl überall steht, dass der Saunabereich textilfrei zu benutzen ist, sitzen ständig verhüllte Gäste in der Sauna und Dampfbad. Hier müssen größere Informationen angebracht werden und für alle sichtbar und das in verschiedenen Sprachen. Wichtig ist es, dies ständig zu kontrollieren. Vorhin saß eine Muttvorgenowerden.

The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels.

Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich super. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Beim Abendessen wäre gut eine bessere Organisation, zu groß der Andrang, lange Wartezeiten am Buffet. Durch die sehr vielen Menschen im Hotel war natürlich auch die Sauna, das Schwimmbad, etc total überfüllt.

Pros..... Loved our stay at the Eden hotel. Great location for Rovinj Old Town if you're hay and able to walk. The rooms were lovely, well furnished and modern. Breakfast provided an excellent choice. Good facilities and activities. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons.... My only complaint, as suggested whilst staying at the hotel, is that care needs to be taken to ensure guests maintain the standards expected of a 4 star hotel....far too many towels and laundry hanging from balconies which lowers the tone. Also people using Mulini beach bar as sun loungers meaning people wanting drinks can't get tables/seats.

Hotel che offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza! Ristorante ottimo sia per la colazione che per la cena, formula self-service. Piscine bellissime con acqua di mare. Spiaggia pulita,attrezzata e ottima per rilassarsi. Hotel immerso in un bellissimo parco di pini vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ottimo per raggiungere Rovigno a piedi. Che dire.... Vacanza super!

Overall this is really a beautiful property. you should know that the hotel is huge and from end to end is a very long walk. f the room you get is at the far end everything you do is a long walk. Additionally the parking is really not on the hotel property. Approximately 2 weeks away. It is an inconvenience.

Zimmer war sehr sauber immer. Einrichtung und Service alles Top. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel bietet viele Services an. Die Massagen sind super (extra Kosten). Abendessen waren wir immer in der Ortschaft. Man findet genug Gasthäuser. Waren eine Woche dort und haben jeden Tag in einem anderen Restaurant gut gegessen. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war dass unser Zimmer sehr warm (25grad) war. Habn dadurch oft Balkontür offen gehabt dann ging es. Sind kein Fan von Klimaanlagen. Wassertemperatur in der Dusche wechselt oft von sehr heiß auf kalt und umgedreht. Wahrscheinlich wenn viele Leute gleichzeitig Duschen. (Temperatur Regler einbauen?). Parkplätze sind weit weg, aber Hotel bietet Gepäck- und parkservice an. Ist also alles meckern auf hohen Niveau. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wundevollen Familienurlaub der keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wahnsinns Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Super nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Tolle Angebote für Kinder. Schöne saubere Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit sauberem Bad, wirklich alles top! Nur die Aussicht war leider hintenrum zu den Turbinen, die recht laut waren. Frühstück war wirklich gut. Schade ist nur, dass es nur eine Frau mit einer Pfanne gibt, die Omelettes auf Wunsch zubereitet. Bei so vielen Gästen ein bisschen wenig. Das Reservieren der Liegen am Strand mit einem Handtuch sollte auch nicht toleriert werden.

This hotel has everything. The location and the activities are awesome. The room was comfortable,nice ,big and clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee it was just ok.I enjoyed the pools and the beach access with all the complimentary launges. It was a short pleasant walk to the old town with all the shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's nice for families with children as well.

room was good, the only downside was it was setup as a triple, when we were a couple, could have used the extra space. Food was excelent, we picked half board and were thinking ot would be hit or miss, but very much a hit, three well defined ourses and plenty of choice, based on our experience get there in the first 10 minutes to have good seating options. The only draw back is parking is 350 M from the hotel, you need to check in and leave your car for 15 minutes to then use your key to acccess the car park.

Eden is beautifully refurbished. Our room, a family suite was perfect for our family of four. The location is stunning, surrounded by trees and the gardens are well maintained. The pool area is lovely and even though it is shared with Lone, we never had any issues getting sunbeds when we usually arrived in the afternoon. The beach area was lovely but quite small so got very busy. The walk into Rovinj is lovely along the promenade. We hired bikes and kayaks from the hotel. Although kayaks are way overpriced at €20 an hour when around the bay in the forest you can hire them for €6. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and quality was ok. We had to eat there one evening due to bad weather and the quality of the food wasn’t good, especially for the price. Plenty more amazing restaurants in town.
Eden is beautifully refurbished. Our room, a family suite was perfect for our family of four. The location is stunning, surrounded by trees and the gardens are well maintained. The pool area is lovely and even though it is shared with Lone, we never had any issues getting sunbeds when we usually arrived in the afternoon. The beach area was lovely but quite small so got very busy. The walk into Rovinj is lovely along the promenade. We hired bikes and kayaks from the hotel. Although kayaks are way overpriced at €20 an hour when around the bay in the forest you can hire them for €6. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and quality was ok. We had to eat there one evening due to bad weather and the quality of the food wasn’t good, especially for the price. Plenty more amazing restaurants in town.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer renoviert. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool. Frühstück war auch hervorragend. Der HotelStrand hat mir nicht gefallen. Leider war das Wasser total verschmutzt und hat gestunken. Niemand wollte ins Wasser gehen. Das war sehr schade. Sollte man vorher wissen, wenn man gerneim Meer badet oder vielleicht Kinder dabei hat.

Netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit sauberem Bad, wirklich alles top! Nur die Aussicht war leider hintenrum zu den Turbinen, die recht laut waren. Frühstück war wirklich gut. Schade ist nur, dass es nur eine Frau mit einer Pfanne gibt, die Omelettes auf Wunsch zubereitet. Bei so vielen Gästen ein bisschen wenig. Das Reservieren der Liegen am Strand mit einem Handtuch sollte auch nicht toleriert werden.

Pros..... Loved our stay at the Eden hotel. Great location for Rovinj Old Town if you're hay and able to walk. The rooms were lovely, well furnished and modern. Der Check In gestaltete sich etwas länger als üblich. 1 Std. und 15 Minuten ist schon ungewöhnlich, 3 Mitarbeiter/innen gaben ihr Bestes, waren aber den vielen anreisenden Gästen nicht gewachsen. Dabei blieben sie sehr freundlich und nett, erklärten alles was man wissen muss. Wenn das Management weiß, das so viele Leute anreisen, muss man sich besser vorbereiten. Man hätte die Wartenden auch mal fragen können, ob man die Wartezeit mit einem Kaffee oder ein Glas Sekt überbrücken kann. Leider Fehlanzeige, schade, so war unsere Freude erstmal gedämpft. Hotel schon etwas älter, was man von außen erkennen kann. Innen aber gut saniert, renoviert, sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und machen einen den Urlaub angenehm. Eiergerichte zum Frühstück überzeugten uns nicht, entweder kalt (Spiegeleier) oder der Geschmack ist nicht so, wie wir das auch von anderen Hotels in der Region kennen. Den Punktabzug gibt's für den SPA Bereich. Viel zu klein, für die Größe des Hotels. Obwohl überall steht, dass der Saunabereich textilfrei zu benutzen ist, sitzen ständig verhüllte Gäste in der Sauna und Dampfbad. Hier müssen größere Informationen angebracht werden und für alle sichtbar und das in verschiedenen Sprachen. Wichtig ist es, dies ständig zu kontrollieren. Vorhin saß eine Muttvorgenowerden.

Leider war das gebuchte Zimmer nicht vorhanden, weshalb wir ein anderes bekamen. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir kostenloses Abendessen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Herr, welcher das Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringt nicht. Das „Restaurant“ ist maßlos überfüllt und es entsteht ein Lärmpegel, welcher äußerst ungemütlich ist. Preis / Leistung passt hier einfach nicht. Am 2. Tag bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Hinweis es wären Nichtraucherzimmer. Da wir Nichtraucher sind verwundert mich das ein wenig. Alles in allem waren wir nicht zufrieden und werden in Zukunft wieder in einem anderen Hotel schlafen!

Fantastic hotel! I extended my stay because I loved it here so much. Gorgeous property in park-like surroundings and near the water. Spectacular buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Amazing spa with hot pool and sauna on ground floor. I had a lovely massage and soak. Walking distance to town and bicycle rental is also available. Lovely, friendly staff. 10/10. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Wish I could have stayed a week.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in landschaftlich toller Umgebung. Die Promenade in die Stadt, ca. 15min, ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Der Service und das Frühstücksbuffet sind top. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Hotel che offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza! Ristorante ottimo sia per la colazione che per la cena, formula self-service. Piscine bellissime con acqua di mare. Spiaggia pulita,attrezzata e ottima per rilassarsi. Hotel immerso in un bellissimo parco di pini vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ottimo per raggiungere Rovigno a piedi. Che dire.... Vacanza super!

room was good, the only downside was it was setup as a triple, when we were a couple, could have used the extra space. Food was excelent, we picked half board and were thinking ot would be hit or miss, but very much a hit, three well defined ourses and plenty of choice, based on our experience get there in the first 10 minutes to have good seating options. The only draw back is parking is 350 M from the hotel, you need to check in and leave your car for 15 minutes to then use your key to acccess the car park.

Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich super. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Beim Abendessen wäre gut eine bessere Organisation, zu groß der Andrang, lange Wartezeiten am Buffet. Durch die sehr vielen Menschen im Hotel war natürlich auch die Sauna, das Schwimmbad, etc total überfüllt.
