I went with my grandson to this park and it had excellent facilities and was handy for various activities we wanted to do. It had a good park and swimming pool. Clean and tidy.

We stayed for 4 days & got a two bedroom cabin. Has everything you need it. Pool was great for the kids. It’s small for the size of the park but it enough. Close to places we went and had a shopping centre 2mins down the road. Would definitely recommend staying!!!

My partner and I only stayed 1 night as we went to a wedding down the road. For the time we were at Discovery Parks, it was a nice stay. Our room was clean and spotless. Bathroom was small and shower head was low so had to bend down to take a shower but all in all, we're very happy. Amenities were clean and even had a playground for our girls to play on.

We couldn’t use pool as the added too much chlorine🤔 Ants in bathroom & kitchen. Flyscreen not able to lock ( lock was broken) Lovely camp ground and staff was extremely helpful. Location was easy to get to, will try to come back again.

The staff were super lovely but our room was full of ants, even inside the bed. We had to mop the floor twice with hot water. Then the next day the toilet wouldn't flush. I stayed once before and It was lovely, but dissapointed this time. We werent offered a new room either. Our sheets were meant to get changed but didnt.

The staff are warm and welcoming. Our room wasn't clean with dirty floors and mold in the shower. plus the lounge seat was in complete need of repair seat cushions were turned over to disguise the fact that the leather on the cushion had fallen off and was slowly peeling away from the cushions and what was left were big stains and other markings for us to seat on.

Chalet was very run down, didn’t have warm bedding in the kids room - so needed to use the extra blanket from both rooms combined. Bunk bed is a hazard, a screw is missing holding the top bunch up and it’s not even connected properly. Hair was all over the shower floor when we checked in. Super dissapointing.

We booked a standard 2 bedroom cabin. This property and room type were rated at 9/10 and were specifically rated high for cleanliness. The cabin was grimy and apeared to have had little to no recent improvements. The site advertised wifi but we were unable to access this for the full three days and were told on arrival that wifi around the site is poor. Not all bad, the beds were comfortable and linen was spotless.

Spacious and clean. Would suggest to have a border / curb around the shower area so the whole toilet will not be wet. Toilet is very spacious but no shelves to put things.

The property was fine for a cheaper stay option. The staff were very cheerful and pleasant, checkin was smooth and quick. The property was quiet and very neat and tidy and central to where we needed it. The unit was fine, it had everything you’d need. The cabinets were neat and newish, but the bed was very soft and you tended to roll to the middle. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable but it served its purpose.

The shower head in one of the shower was pointing towards the wall and all the water went to the wall. One ceiling light in kitchen was not functioning. The hanging soap holders in two shower boxes were slanted. The door stop in one of the bath room was broken. We don't know why these were not fixed before we checked in. So we believe that this cabin was poor managed.

The cabin was modern and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a separate bathroom a, an outside table and chairs and parking next to the cabin. It was very clean, huge very comfortable bed and immaculate bedding/ towels etc. Quiet air conditioner. You can tell the park takes a real pride in the accommodation. The cabins were very well maintained, as were the surrounding areas, no litter, very tidy areas. We will stay again.

I've stayed here several times and the properties are starting to seem tired and run down for the price you pay. The last property I stayed in had parts of the blind missing so it didn't feel very private at night times.

Staff were lovely but we had no network signal and no wifi at all during our whole stay was disappointing considering we are in 2023. Would hate if i needed to be contacted for a emergency and i couldnt be reached due to no signal

I stay here regularly always put check in at 2pm I was disappointed that I had gone to check in at 2pm and it wasn’t ready I was told they hadn’t even started cleaning the room although I’m local I found this very disappointing as I had to unpack my car and replace it as I had food in there I ended up having to do after hour pick up as I had an event to go to it would of been nice if I got a call saying it wouldn’t be ready

Contacted the staff for late check in arrangements and she made an excellent job while I called her on the booking date. She confirmed our booking and arranged code for late check in that made us much easier to check in while no staff at counter at 8pm. Awesome staff services.

Amazing service I checked in and out outside of. Business hours. It was easy convenient and stress free. I have stayed here before and they did not waste those years the facility is clean, the environment is quiet, and the cabins are designed well so your neighbors noise has very little impact on you. Love this place it was well worth the money and I will definitely stay again!

I liked the ease of booking online. The text confirmation and messages were excellent! I liked that one text had a map attached so was so easy to find the location. We arrived after the office had closed but had clear instructions for the gate and lock box access - thanks you made our stay very easy!

Always love staying here when we’re in the area. Close to the airport, cafe across the road is amazing. A beautiful area, listening to the birds and wildlife. Number 1 choice if we’re doing anything in the area
