Flott hotell, beliggenhet ca 15 min med bil fra Hoi An sentrum. Hotellet tilbyr gratis transport (minibuss) til og fra sentrum 3 ganger daglig. Gratis håndkleservice. Meget god frokost. Godt utvalg, samt kokk som lager bl.a omelett, speilegg etc og phô. Vi spiste også middag på hotellet en kveld, og fikk god service og veldig god mat. Rent og ryddig uteområde. Treningsrom med 3 tredemøller, 2 sykler, styrkeapparat og manualer. Vi hadde også en 60 min massasje ved hotellets SPA. Massasjen var meget bra, men de kunne godt gjort litt mer ut av SPA’et, f.eks kunne det gjerne vært litt musikk i behandlingsrommet, og gjerne noe vann eller te når vi var ferdig. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Behjelpelige med booking av utflukter etc. Vi var uheldige med været da vi var der, men dersom vi hadde hatt sol og dermed bedre utbytte av basseng/strand ville oppholdet vært 10/10.

The hotel was very big, had a lot of restaurants, 2 swimming pools and a private beach. The room was comfortable, however, there was a weird and bad smell in the bathroom. Except this, it was perfect : towels provided for the swimming pool or beach, very good breakfast and free shuttle at different slots to go to the old town. Thank you!

My stay at the Hoi An Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic and relaxing. The swimming pool was beautiful not to mention the spectacular beach just across the room. The free transport to & from Old Town is a bonus... Definitely recommend if you are wanting a relaxing stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. I was there with my wife and 3 sons for 4 days. The breakfast was very good and everything was super. It is a quiet place, so if that’s what you are looking for, it is perfect. It was great that they have a gym there, even if it could need a little upgrade.

Pleasant stay here but after staying previously at the sister hotel in Hoi Ann unfortunately this one is a little behind in service and breakfast offerings. Good location although the beach is in a state of erosion this is happening all along not just the hotel. Nice pool areas. large pool towels and bath towels. Attention to detail cleaning required in rooms especially dust.

This hotel is in a very quiet tranquil setting. The gardens are superb The staff were all lovely and bent over backwards to help. The breakfast was ok but not fabulous. The only real complaint is that the shower and bath tiles and screens needed some attention as mouldy and smelly.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this resort. Made such a change not to be in a typical high rise hotel complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Lovely and quiet resort with easy ways into Hoi An by either the hotel shuttle bus or a quick cab ride. Would definitely return again next time we visit Vietnam.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is lovely, located between the river and the beach. The onsite restaurant was very good and had a nice variety of options. My one remark is that some things in the resort were well worn. Mistly ghatis fine and adds a bit of character. I wosh my shower stall floor was better, however. There was mildew all over it and i didn't feel comfortable showering in it. Fortunately there was a very nice tub with a shower head that i was able to use.

Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other than these two minor moans we absolutely enjoyed each and every day ….. well less enjoyed the few dull / colder days. The staff were fantastic and location is great! Rooms were spacious and bed was enormous! Didn’t like the bath shower and area also noisy with music nearby often in early hours. I think we went at wrong month as was extremely hot and no shade over pool although they had umbrellas around pool lounges! Overall very good value and location, was probably the noise at night that detracted from overall experience. Also got double charged on mini bar as paideia it might before but had early check out and staff made me pay again as we were waiting to go! Wasn’t much but was just a bit annoying as I tried to do right thing night before when settling account

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit gutem Service. Leider sind die Zimmer bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es gibt auch renovierte Zimmer. Es gibt mehrmals täglich einen Shuttle Service in die Stadt und Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden. Über eine Straße ist der Strand erreichbar. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsläden.

I.e a few tiles in bathroom were broken and shower needs an upgrade but perfectly serviceble and wouldnt stop me staying again. Die Unterkunft selbst ist toll. Alllerdings ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind riesig. Meine Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Egal ob beim duschen oder baden, es gab jedes Mal eine Ünerschwemmung. Das Personal ist top! Der 3 x täglich kostenlose Shuttle in die Altstadt ist klasse.

We received an upgrade to a bigger room when we got there. The resort is on a beautiful beach with plenty of reasonably priced eating places near by. Our room was large and good value. The pool and dining are good, staff are friendly. The only down side is that it is a long way from the action.

The resort is a nicely situated and has well appointed facilities. The restuarant is clean and offers nice views over the river. The 2 pools are of reasonable size and the area surrounding them are clean. The gardens are well kept and overall the resort presents well. However it is showing its age. Opened in 2003, the rooms (particularly ours) badly needed an upgrade or refresh. I guess it disappointed in this regard, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go there again

Property is across the CUA DAI Beach. Beautiful riverview and diverse international cuisine. On site restaurant is 4 star. We did not mind being far from the downtown center. Easy accessible to grab car if someone would like to do shopping at the Hoi An Central Market.

The beach is located across the street from the hotel property. The two pools were nice for the kids but it is not shaded so lots of sunscreen. The breakfast buffet was nice but dinner didn't have many options. However, they are just 10 minutes car ride to downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

Property was great! The 2 Swimming pools were great & the one was right across from our room. Breakfast buffet was awesome.. All the foods we're all fresh & delicious & had a great selection of fruits! Bathroom design could have been a little better as it was huge & there was not enough shelving or counter spaces for the size. Shower had plenty of hot water ... Our room was on a second floor which I didn't expect but it had a slightly nice view of the beach. It was only about a 10 minute shuttle to Ancient town which was convenient... All the staff were kind, helpful & super accommodating !!
