Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa

We were due to stay here 9 nights but cut our break short after 5 nights. Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only. The hotel was extremely quiet, there was only us around the pool for the first 3 days. We went for breakfast on the 1st morning, a la carte, the pastries and staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was terrible, we left most of it. The area and hotel were too quiet and the rock hard bed made us decide to check out early.

Great holiday with excellent staff throughout. Cocktails at the lobby bar are 2nd to none, especially love the Mojito and Whiskey Sours. 2nd time staying and will definitely be back next year v

Staff very nice,breakfast good but need a liitle bit cheese type option for westran tourists,room big,pool was nice

The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold.

When we arrived it was empty, post Christmas - pre new years eve days. So very nice. Only complete I being USA, like a more plush, soft top padded bed. We stated in one of the pool side vila style. 2ed floor. Grand styling, very luxury feel. ONLY green grass private beach front, for miles. complete hotel services. food, staff helping with chairs, etc. Beach side security. At the END of the beach road, so very little traffic on the road and on the beach side walking traffic. NON of the massive beach congestion, population as in the center of Cha-ca old town. NICE. 2-3k ride if you wanted town, crowd...
