Room outdated, kick plate on the lodge door missing & bugs etc., easily entered the unit, inappropriate for anybody’s stay. Check out staff member said “thanks for letting us know”, no apology etc. Surprised a head staff member or housekeeping, did not report it when cleaning out the room. Dinner at the Angel Lodge was awful, bland and overpriced. No atmosphere at all. Went to Maswik Lodge to see if they had better food and had to send a basic Caesar salad back as lettuce was brown & withered, wasn’t even tossed when served, you had to do that job yourself! Went to the room and TV reception was static/snowy, called the front desk & apparently an issue with their TV system, that went on all night. Breakfast again, overpriced, for what you got. Glad to leave!

The room was very clean. The property is conveniently located. Front desk wasnt helpful and seemed irritated at simple questions. Breakfast was ok, Burgers were GREAT.

The hotel was fine. The best thing about it was the location. The room was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped; we had to ask the staff for a couple of basic things. They had no idea about the items but then looked things up in the computer and were able to help us. It took a couple of tries. Also, the cafeteria was mediocre and very overpriced.
