Finding your cabin was very difficult. The to find a parking spot near you cabin was very difficult. Numbered or designated spots would be nice. The room itself was fine You have to go to the main office to get ice or water this should be told to you at registration The stay was enjoyable loved the wild life The deer came right up to the cabin and were by our car

Had only one glitch and it was corrected the next day by austin. Other than that it has to be one of the most restful experiences while on the road out if town in an motel or hotel room

Great spot, our room was so close to the rim! Everything we needed was close by including the shuttle to the various lookouts.

Great location on the rim. The lodges looked a bit tired on the outside, but we're fine inside. It would have been nice to have a couple of chairs outside to sit and enjoy the canyon, maybe a little patio area, as they weren't the cheapest rooms. I would still recommend staying there, just for the location. It would have also been nice if the ice cream parlour stayed open later than 3pm!
